Onder verwijzing naar met name automatisering en veranderingen in het wettelijk kader staat de bestaande organisatie onder druk (accountants/administratiekantoor) Dat geldt voor eigen organisatie maar ook voor veel van onze cliënten (MKB/ZZP). Piekbelastingen, veranderende vraagstellingen en concurrentie vragen om een proactieve en flexibele instelling van medewerkers om blijvend aan de klantvraag en verwachtingen te kunnen voldoen. Door ruimte te geven aan medewerkers, deskundigheids- en teamontwikkeling te stimuleren en flexibilisering door te voeren hopen we de organisatie toekomstbestendig te maken waarmee we continuïteit en duurzaamheid kunnen garanderen. With reference in particular to automation and changes in the legal framework, the existing organisation is under pressure (accountants/administration office) This applies to our own organisation but also to many of our clients (SME/ZZP). Peak loads, changing demand and competition require a proactive and flexible attitude of employees to meet customer demand and expectations on a lasting basis. By giving space to employees, stimulating expertise and team development and implementing flexibilisation, we hope to make the organisation future-proof with which we can guarantee continuity and sustainability. Con particolare riferimento all'automazione e ai cambiamenti del quadro giuridico, l'organizzazione esistente è sotto pressione (contabili/ufficio amministrativo) Questo vale per la nostra organizzazione ma anche per molti dei nostri clienti (PMI/ZZP). I picchi di carico, l'evoluzione della domanda e la concorrenza richiedono un atteggiamento proattivo e flessibile dei dipendenti per soddisfare la domanda e le aspettative dei clienti su base duratura. Dando spazio ai dipendenti, stimolando competenze e sviluppo di team e implementando la flexibilizzazione, speriamo di rendere l'organizzazione a prova di futuro con cui possiamo garantire continuità e sostenibilità.
