The main goal of the project is to acquire/increase practical skills in the direction of the use of social communication techniques and tools by 2000os. (1200K,800M) works of judicial units in Poland (training a total of 2000 judges, judicial assistants or referendars-K.D.2). 01.09.2018-31.08.2020 (K.D.3)The project envisages the implementation of the following actions (K.D.5):Developing a training programme for: methods of effective interpersonal communication, including communication tools in conflict; barriers to communication; the impact of emotions on the behaviour of the parties to the conflict; characteristics of conflict dynamics and mitigation techniques; communication techniques with people malfunctioning in stressDevelopment of school materials.,Consultations of the program and training materials from the IOK,Developing a plan of recruitment of participants and schedule of implementation of trainings,Realisation of trainings 16h for a total of 2000 people. — result: mastering the skills of interper., in particular will lead to improved communication skills and resolution of conflict situations by court employees,Developing and conducting a pre-test, checking the acquired competences and evaluation survey at the end of the training,Issuing a certificate/certificate confirming completion of the training,The durability of the project will be preserved by passing the version of electronic programs and materials to Minist.
