Rewitalizacja Starego Miasta zlokalizowana jest w obszarze wpisanym do rejestru zabytków nieruch. jako UKŁAD URBANISTYCZNY-STARE MIASTO BARTOSZYCE ŁĄCZNIE Z MURAMI OBRONNYMI I OBSZAREM 50 M. NA ZEWNĄTRZ OD MURÓW decyzją z d. 31.12.1953. oraz w obszarze wpisanym do rejestru zabytków archeologicznych jako NAWARSTWIENIA KULTUROWE STAREGO MIASTA decyzją z d. 05.11.1992 ZAKRES PRAC OBJĘTYCH PROJEKTEM: 1.Ekspozycję reliktów ratusza, 2.Nawierzchnie drogowe, 3.Zieleń, 4.Instalacje do nawadniania kwietników i zasilanie wodne, 5.Roboty rozbiórkowe i wycinka drzew, 6.Roboty elektryczne, 7. Roboty telekomunikacyjne, 8. Nasadzenia uzupełniające - zieleń, 9. Budowa sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej, 10. Przebudowa sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej, 11. Fontanna, 12. Mała architektura, 13. Kanalizacja deszczowa, 14. Wodociąg, 15.Roboty rozbiórkowe - dodatkowe, 16. Nadzory, 17. Regulacja pionowa studni.
