Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy zarejestrowanych w PUP, zakwalifikowanych do I lub profilu pomocy II w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, w tym zwłaszcza osób znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj.:a) kobiet, b) osób z niepełnosprawnościami, c) osób po 50 roku życia, d) osób długotrwale bezrobotne, e) osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, f) osób posiadających co najmniej jedno dziecko do 6 roku życia lub co najmniej jedno dziecko niepełnosprawne do 18 roku życia, g) migrantów powrotnych i imigrantów. Dopuszcza się udział osób, które nie zostały ujęte w pkt a) - g), przy czym nie mogą one stanowić więcej niż 10% wszystkich uczestników projektu. Zgodnie z planem udział w projekcie zakończy 260 osób (164K,96M). Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie: - dla uczestników niekwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych - co najmniej 43%, - dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych – co najmniej 30%, - dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami co najmniej 33%, - dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej -co najmniej 33%, - dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu wykształcenia ponadgimnazjalnego włącznie) co najmniej 38%, - dla kobiet – co najmniej 39%, - dla osób wychowujących co najmniej jedno dziecko do 6 roku życia – co najmniej 29%. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of persons over 29 years of age who are registered with PUPs, qualified for the I or an aid profile II within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, including in particular those who are particularly disadvantaged on the labour market i.e.:(a) women, (b) persons with disabilities, c) persons over 50 years old, (d) long-term unemployed persons, e) those with low-skilled age, (f) The participation of persons who are not included in points (a) to (g) shall be allowed, but may not represent more than 10 % of all participants in the project. According to the plan, participation in the project will be completed by 260 people (164K,96M). For each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project aims to achieve the employment efficiency criterion at the level of: — for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups – at least 43 %, – for the long-term unemployed – at least 30 %, – for persons with disabilities at least 33 %, – for persons aged 50 years or more – at least 33 %, for low-skilled persons (up to and including upper secondary education) at least 38 %, – for women – at least 39 %, for those with at least 29 % of the age of at least 6. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des personnes de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi à l’OLP, qui sont éligibles au profil I ou à l’aide II au sens de l’article 33 de la loi du 20 avril 2004 relative à la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, y compris en particulier celles qui se trouvent dans une situation particulièrement vulnérable sur le marché du travail, à savoir: a) les femmes, b) les personnes handicapées, c) les personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, d) les chômeurs de longue durée, e) les personnes peu qualifiées, f) les personnes ayant au moins un enfant de moins de 6 ans ou au moins un enfant handicapé de moins de 18 ans, g) les migrants de retour et les immigrants. La participation de personnes qui ne sont pas couvertes par les points a) à g) est autorisée, mais ne peut représenter plus de 10 % de l’ensemble des participants au projet. Selon le plan 260 personnes (164K,96M) achèveront leur participation au projet. Pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Le projet suppose la réalisation du critère de l’efficacité de l’emploi au niveau: pour les participants non éligibles à l’un des groupes cibles suivants, au moins 43 %, pour les chômeurs de longue durée au moins 30 %, pour les personnes handicapées au moins 33 %, — pour les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus — au moins 33 %, pour les personnes peu qualifiées (jusqu’au deuxième cycle de l’enseignement secondaire compris) au moins 38 %, — pour les femmes — au moins 39 %, — pour les personnes ayant au moins un enfant de moins de 6 ans — au moins 29 %. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten von Personen über 29 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im PLO arbeitslos sind und für das I- oder Hilfsprofil II im Sinne von Artikel 33 des Gesetzes vom 20. April 2004 über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen, insbesondere für besonders schutzbedürftige Personen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, d. h. a) Frauen, b) Menschen mit Behinderungen, c) Menschen über 50 Jahre, d) Langzeitarbeitslose, e) Geringqualifizierte, f) Personen mit mindestens einem Kind unter 6 Jahren oder mindestens ein behindertes Kind unter 18 Jahren, g) Rückkehrmigranten und Zuwanderer. Die Teilnahme von Personen, die nicht unter die Buchstaben a bis g fallen, dürfen jedoch nicht mehr als 10 % aller Projektteilnehmer ausmachen. Laut Plan werden 260 Personen (164K,96M) ihre Teilnahme am Projekt abschließen. Für jeden Teilnehmer wird ein spezifisches Angebot zur beruflichen Aktivierung vorgelegt, dem eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers vorausgeht. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Das Projekt geht davon aus, dass das Kriterium der Beschäftigungseffizienz auf folgender Ebene erreicht wird: für Teilnehmer, die nicht für eine der folgenden Zielgruppen in Frage kommen, mindestens 43 %, für Langzeitarbeitslose mindestens 30 %, für Menschen mit Behinderungen mindestens 33 %, – für Personen ab 50 Jahren – mindestens 33 %, für Geringqualifizierte (bis einschließlich Sekundarstufe II) mindestens 38 %, – für Frauen – mindestens 39 %, – für Personen mit mindestens einem Kind unter 6 Jahren – mindestens 29 %. Doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten van personen ouder dan 29 jaar die werkloos zijn in de PLO, die in aanmerking komen voor het I- of steunprofiel II in de zin van artikel 33 van de wet van 20 april 2004 betreffende de bevordering van werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarktinstellingen, waaronder met name degenen in een bijzonder kwetsbare situatie op de arbeidsmarkt, d.w.z.: a) vrouwen, b) personen met een handicap, c) personen ouder dan 50 jaar, d) langdurig werklozen, e) laaggeschoolden, f) personen met ten minste één kind jonger dan 6 jaar of ten minste één gehandicapt kind jonger dan 18, g) terugkeermigranten en immigranten. Deelname van personen die niet onder de punten a) tot en met g) vallen, is toegestaan, maar mag niet meer dan 10 % van alle deelnemers aan het project vertegenwoordigen. Volgens het plan zullen 260 mensen (164K,96M) hun deelname aan het project voltooien. Voor elke deelnemer wordt een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van de deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro delle persone di età superiore ai 29 anni che sono disoccupate nell'OLP, che sono ammissibili al I o al profilo di aiuto II ai sensi dell'articolo 33 della legge del 20 aprile 2004 sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro, compresi in particolare quelli che si trovano in una situazione particolarmente vulnerabile sul mercato del lavoro, vale a dire a) le donne, b) le persone con disabilità, c) le persone di età superiore ai 50 anni, d) i disoccupati di lunga durata, e) le persone poco qualificate, f) le persone con almeno un figlio di età inferiore ai 6 anni o almeno un bambino disabile di età inferiore ai 18 anni, g) migranti e immigrati di ritorno. È consentita la partecipazione di persone non contemplate dalle lettere da a) a g), ma non può rappresentare più del 10 % di tutti i partecipanti al progetto. Secondo il piano 260 persone (164K,96M) completeranno la loro partecipazione al progetto. Per ogni partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. Il progetto presuppone il conseguimento del criterio di efficienza occupazionale a livello di: per i partecipanti non ammissibili a nessuno dei seguenti gruppi di destinatari, almeno il 43 %, per i disoccupati di lungo periodo almeno il 30 %, per le persone con disabilità almeno il 33 %, — per le persone di età pari o superiore ai 50 anni — almeno il 33 %, per i disoccupati poco qualificati (fino all'istruzione secondaria superiore compresa) almeno il 38 %, — per le donne — almeno il 39 %, — per quelli con almeno un bambino di età inferiore ai 6 anni — almeno il 29 %.
