Η επένδυση αφορά στην κατασκευή τουριστικού καταλύματος για την ενοικίαση σε τουρίστες που επισκέπτονται την Καρδαμύλη καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του έτους.Ο Τουρισμός αποτελεί έναν από τους πιο δυναμικούς κλάδους της ελληνικής οικονομίας και η συμβολή του στην βιώσιμη οικονομική και κοινωνική ανάπτυξη της χώρας καθώς και στην προσέλκυση επενδύσεων είναι ιδιαιτέρως σημαντική. Ο κλάδος του Τουρισμού εξακολουθεί να καταγράφει θετικές επιδόσεις στις παρούσες συνθήκες και εξελίσσεται σε μια κεντρική αναπτυξιακή δραστηριότητα που μπορεί να καθορίσει σε σημαντικό βαθμό τις προοπτικές ανάπτυξης της χώρας, να δημιουργήσει νέες βιώσιμες θέσεις εργασίας, να ενισχύσει πολλούς άλλους κλάδους της τοπικής οικονομικής δραστηριότητας και να έχει ως αποτέλεσμα αξιόλογες οικονομικές εισροές στις τουριστικές περιοχές και κατ' επέκταση και στη Χώρα. The investment concerns the construction of a tourist accommodation to rent to tourists visiting Kardamili throughout the year.Tourism is one of the most dynamic sectors of the Greek economy and its contribution to the sustainable economic and social development of the country as well as attracting investment is particularly important. The tourism industry continues to record positive performance in the current conditions and is developing into a central development activity that can determine to a significant extent the country’s growth prospects, create new sustainable jobs, strengthen many other branches of local economic activity and result in significant economic inflows to tourist areas and, by extension, to the country. L’investissement concerne la construction d’hébergements touristiques à louer aux touristes visitant Kardamili tout au long de l’année. Le tourisme est l’un des secteurs les plus dynamiques de l’économie grecque et sa contribution au développement économique et social durable du pays ainsi qu’à attirer les investissements est particulièrement important. L’industrie touristique continue de produire des résultats positifs dans les circonstances actuelles et devient une activité de développement centrale qui peut considérablement déterminer les perspectives de croissance du pays, créer de nouveaux emplois durables, renforcer de nombreuses autres branches de l’activité économique locale et entraîner d’importants apports économiques dans les zones touristiques et donc dans le pays. Der Tourismus ist einer der dynamischsten Sektoren der griechischen Wirtschaft und ihr Beitrag zur nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Entwicklung des Landes sowie zur Anziehung von Investitionen ist besonders wichtig. Die Tourismusbranche ist unter den derzeitigen Gegebenheiten weiterhin positiv und wird zu einer zentralen Entwicklungstätigkeit, die die Wachstumsaussichten des Landes maßgeblich bestimmen, neue nachhaltige Arbeitsplätze schaffen, viele andere Wirtschaftsbereiche vor Ort stärken und zu erheblichen wirtschaftlichen Zuflüssen in den touristischen Gebieten und damit im Land führen kann. De investering betreft de bouw van toeristische accommodatie voor verhuur aan toeristen die het hele jaar door Kardamili bezoeken. Toerisme is een van de meest dynamische sectoren van de Griekse economie en de bijdrage ervan aan de duurzame economische en sociale ontwikkeling van het land en het aantrekken van investeringen is bijzonder belangrijk. De toeristische sector blijft in de huidige omstandigheden positief presteren en wordt een centrale ontwikkelingsactiviteit die de groeivooruitzichten van het land aanzienlijk kan bepalen, nieuwe duurzame banen kan creëren, vele andere takken van lokale economische activiteit kan versterken en kan leiden tot een aanzienlijke economische instroom in de toeristische gebieden en dus in het land. L'investimento riguarda la costruzione di alloggi turistici per affittare ai turisti che visitano Kardamili durante tutto l'anno. Il turismo è uno dei settori più dinamici dell'economia greca e il suo contributo allo sviluppo economico e sociale sostenibile del paese e ad attrarre investimenti è particolarmente importante. L'industria del turismo continua a funzionare positivamente nelle circostanze attuali e sta diventando un'attività di sviluppo centrale che può determinare in modo significativo le prospettive di crescita del paese, creare nuovi posti di lavoro sostenibili, rafforzare molti altri rami dell'attività economica locale e portare a notevoli afflussi economici nelle aree turistiche e quindi nel paese.
