L’objectif du dispositif d’emploi accompagné est de permettre un soutien des personnes handicapées et de leurs employeurs qui soit souple, adapté à leurs besoins, mobilisable à tout moment du parcours. Il s’agit d’assurer pour les personnes bénéficiaires un accompagnement médico- psycho-social et d’insertion professionnelle ayant pour but une insertion durable sur le marché du travail. Le dispositif est décliné en **4 modules** avec en amont une phase d'accueil préliminaire. **Module 1 - L'évaluation de la situation de la personne** qui vise à aider le bénéficiaire à se positionner au regard de son parcours, à recueillir les informations auprès des professionnels du champ de l'insertion et/ou médico- social, à poursuivre la constitution du PPAIP. **Module 2 - La détermination du projet professionnel** qui vise à déterminer un projet d'emploi en milieu ordinaire de travail réaliste, et permettant au bénéficiaire d'intégrer une situation de travail le plus rapidement possible. **Module 3 - L'assistance du bénéficiaire dans sa recherche d'emploi** qui vise à accompagner le bénéficiaire dans ses démarches de recherche d'emploi, selon ses besoins. **Module 4 - L’accompagnement dans l'emploi et la sécurisation du parcours professionnel** qui prend des formes différentes selon que le soutien s'organise dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du contrat de travail, de l'intégration au poste, ou du suivi en emploi. The aim of the accompanied employment scheme is to provide support for disabled people and their employers that is flexible, adapted to their needs and can be mobilised at any time of the journey. The aim is to provide the beneficiaries with medical-psycho-social and occupational integration support with the aim of sustainable integration into the labour market. Ziel des begleiteten Beschäftigungspakets ist es, Menschen mit Behinderungen und ihren Arbeitgebern eine flexible, auf ihre Bedürfnisse zugeschnittene Unterstützung zu ermöglichen, die jederzeit mobilisiert werden kann. Es geht darum, den Berechtigten eine medizinisch-psychisch-soziale Begleitung und berufliche Eingliederung mit dem Ziel einer dauerhaften Eingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt zu gewährleisten. Die Vorrichtung ist in **4 Module** mit einer Vorabaufnahmephase unterteilt. **Modul 1 – Bewertung der Situation der Person**, die dem Begünstigten dabei helfen soll, sich im Hinblick auf seine Laufbahn zu positionieren, Informationen von Fachkräften im Bereich der Eingliederung und/oder Sozialmedizin einzuholen und die Bildung des PPAIP fortzusetzen. **Modul 2 – Bestimmung des Berufsprojekts** zur Ermittlung eines realistischen Beschäftigungsprojekts unter normalen Arbeitsbedingungen, das es dem Begünstigten ermöglicht, so schnell wie möglich eine Arbeitssituation zu integrieren. **Modul 3 – Unterstützung des Empfängers bei der Stellensuche**, die den Begünstigten bei der Arbeitsuche nach Bedarf begleiten soll. **Modul 4 – Begleitung bei der Beschäftigung und Sicherung des beruflichen Werdegangs**, die unterschiedliche Formen annehmen, je nachdem, ob die Unterstützung im Rahmen der Umsetzung des Arbeitsvertrags, der Eingliederung in den Arbeitsplatz oder der Weiterverfolgung erfolgt. Het doel van de regeling voor begeleide werkgelegenheid is om gehandicapten en hun werkgevers te ondersteunen die flexibel zijn, aangepast zijn aan hun behoeften en op elk moment van de reis kunnen worden ingezet. Het doel is de begunstigden medisch-psychosociale en beroepsintegratie te ondersteunen met het oog op duurzame integratie op de arbeidsmarkt. Het apparaat is beschikbaar in **4 modules** met een inleidende ontvangstfase. **Module 1 — De beoordeling van de situatie van de persoon**, die tot doel heeft de begunstigde te helpen zichzelf te positioneren met betrekking tot zijn of haar loopbaan, informatie te verzamelen van beroepsbeoefenaren op het gebied van integratie en/of medico-sociale, om de vorming van de PPAIP voort te zetten. **Module 2 — Bepaling van het professionele project** dat gericht is op het bepalen van een realistisch project voor gewone werkgelegenheid op de werkplek en dat de ontvanger in staat stelt een werksituatie zo snel mogelijk te integreren. **Module 3 — De bijstand van de begunstigde bij het zoeken naar een baan**, die tot doel heeft de begunstigde te begeleiden bij het zoeken naar een baan, afhankelijk van zijn of haar behoeften. **Module 4 — Ondersteuning van de werkgelegenheid en het waarborgen van loopbaantrajecten**, die verschillende vormen aannemen, afhankelijk van de vraag of de steun wordt georganiseerd in het kader van de uitvoering van de arbeidsovereenkomst, de integratie in de functie of het toezicht op het werk. L'obiettivo del regime di occupazione accompagnato è fornire un sostegno alle persone con disabilità e ai loro datori di lavoro, flessibile, adeguato alle loro esigenze e che possa essere mobilitato in qualsiasi momento del viaggio. L'obiettivo è fornire ai beneficiari un sostegno medico-psico-sociale e occupazionale per l'integrazione sostenibile nel mercato del lavoro. El objetivo del régimen de empleo acompañado es prestar apoyo a las personas con discapacidad y a sus empleadores, flexibles, adaptados a sus necesidades y que puedan movilizarse en cualquier momento del viaje. El objetivo es proporcionar a los beneficiarios un apoyo médico-psicosocial y de integración profesional con el objetivo de una integración sostenible en el mercado laboral. El dispositivo está disponible en **4 módulos** con una fase de recepción preliminar. **Módulo 1 — Evaluación de la situación de la persona** cuyo objetivo es ayudar al beneficiario a posicionarse en relación con su carrera profesional, a recopilar información de profesionales en el campo de la integración o medico-social, a continuar la formación del PPAIP. **Módulo 2 — Determinación del proyecto profesional** que tiene por objeto determinar un proyecto de empleo normal y realista en el lugar de trabajo y permite al beneficiario integrar una situación laboral lo antes posible. **Módulo 3 — La asistencia del beneficiario en su búsqueda de empleo** que tiene por objeto acompañar al beneficiario en su búsqueda de empleo, de acuerdo con sus necesidades. **Módulo 4 — Apoyo al empleo y aseguramiento de trayectorias profesionales**, que adopta diferentes formas dependiendo de si el apoyo se organiza en el contexto de la aplicación del contrato de trabajo, la integración en el puesto de trabajo o el seguimiento del empleo.
