L'accompagnement "Itinéraire Emploi Renforcé" s'adresse aux personnes privées d'emploi ou considérées comme travailleurs pauvres qui nécessitent un accompagnement spécifique pour leur permettre d'accéder à une insertion professionnelle durable. Cet accompagnement est assuré par un référent de parcours qui construit avec le participant un parcours d'insertion professionnelle en s'appuyant sur des étapes/actions. Pour parvenir à ces finalités, notre action s'appuie sur une pédagogie différenciée et attractive, prenant en compte la spécificité de chaque participant, afin de permettre la construction d'un parcours individualisé visant, à terme, une insertion professionnelle. De plus, cette action s'appuie sur les interactions mises en œuvre entre les différents partenaires, afin de valoriser au mieux, une insertion socioprofessionnelle durable des participants. Celui-ci se situe sur de nombreux plans : emploi et formation (avec Pôle Emploi, organismes de formation, Maisons de l'emploi, agences intérimaires, SIAE, entreprises, mairies), administratif (avec les CLI, MDM, CCAS, CAF, Pôle Emploi, CIDFF, Trésor Public, …), aide sociale (pour le logement, l'accès à des activités socialisantes…), santé (MDPH, ANPAA, Planning familial, Ecole dentaire, ADAPT), enfance (crèches, relais d'assistantes maternelles, centres de loisirs), justice (associations relais, Maison de Justice et du Droit) et mobilité (Auto-école Sociale). Cette liste en non exhaustive car fonction des territoires. Une approche systémique de l'insertion professionnelle situe le participant au cœur de nos préoccupations. **_L'accompagnement vu par ELANTIEL_** : « position haute sur le cadre et position basse sur la relation » Position haute sur le cadre : les règles de fonctionnement de l'accompagnement des participants sont incontournables, cela permet de poser un cadre d’intervention non négociable. Position basse sur la relation : le participant est seul expert de sa vie et de l’orientation qu’il souhaite lui donner. Le référent est un facilitateur pour libérer la parole. Il repère les valeurs, le contexte personnel et fait émerger les ressources de chaque personne. Le référent et la personne accompagnée (le participant) interagissent dans une volonté de co-construction et de co-production. (French)

The “Enhanced Employment Route” is intended for those who are unemployed or considered to be working poor who require specific support to enable them to gain access to sustainable employment. This support is provided by a course referent who builds with the participant a career path based on stages/actions. In order to achieve these objectives, our action is based on a differentiated and attractive pedagogy, taking into account the specificity of each participant, in order to enable the construction of an individualised course aimed, in the long term, of professional integration. In addition, this action builds on the interactions implemented between the different partners, in order to maximise the value of the participants’ sustainable socio-professional integration. This one is located on many plans: employment and training (with Pôle Emploi, training organisations, employment houses, temporary agencies, SIAE, companies, town halls), administrative (with the CLI, MDM, CCAS, CAF, Pôle Emploi, CIDFF, Treasury, etc.), social assistance (for housing, access to social activities...), health (MDPH, ANPAA, Family Planning, Dental School, ADAPT), childhood (crèches, relays for kindergarten, leisure centres), justice (relay associations, Maison de Justice et du Droit) and mobility (social auto-school). This list is non-exhaustive because it depends on the territories. A systemic approach to occupational integration places the participant at the heart of our concerns. **_The accompaniment seen by ELANTIEL_**: “high position on the frame and low position on the relationship” High position on the frame: the operating rules for accompanying participants are essential, and this makes it possible to establish a non-negotiable framework for intervention. Low position on the relationship: the participant is the only expert in his or her life and the direction he wishes to give him. The referent is a facilitator to free speech. It identifies the values, the personal context and the resources of each person. The referent and the accompanying person (the participant) interact in a desire for co-construction and co-production. Die Begleitung „Route Beschäftigung“ richtet sich an Personen, die keinen Arbeitsplatz haben oder als erwerbstätige Arme gelten, die besondere Unterstützung benötigen, um ihnen den Zugang zu einer dauerhaften beruflichen Eingliederung zu ermöglichen. Diese Begleitung erfolgt durch einen Referenzpfad, der zusammen mit dem Teilnehmer einen beruflichen Eingliederungspfad auf der Grundlage von Etappen/Aktionen erstellt. Um diese Ziele zu erreichen, stützt sich unsere Tätigkeit auf eine differenzierte und attraktive Pädagogik, die den Besonderheiten jedes Teilnehmers Rechnung trägt, um den Aufbau eines individualisierten Weges zu ermöglichen, der letztlich auf eine berufliche Eingliederung abzielt. Darüber hinaus stützt sich diese Aktion auf die Interaktionen zwischen den verschiedenen Partnern, um eine nachhaltige soziale und berufliche Eingliederung der Teilnehmer bestmöglich zu nutzen. Dies ist auf vielen Ebenen angesiedelt: Beschäftigung und Ausbildung (mit Schwerpunkt Beschäftigung, Ausbildungseinrichtungen, Arbeitsheime, Zeitarbeitsagenturen, SIAE, Unternehmen, Rathäuser), Verwaltung (mit CLI, MDM, CCAS, CAF, Pôle Emploi, CIDFF, Schatzamt,...), Sozialhilfe (für Wohnung, Zugang zu sozialen Aktivitäten...), Gesundheit (MDPH, ANPAA, Familienplanung, Dentalschule, ADAPT), Kindheit (Kinderkrippen, Relais für Kinderassistenten, Freizeitzentren), Justiz (Verbände, Haus der Justiz und des Rechts) und Mobilität (Sozialautoschule). Diese Liste ist nicht erschöpfend, da sie von den Gebieten abhängt. Eine systematische Herangehensweise an die berufliche Eingliederung stellt den Teilnehmer im Mittelpunkt unserer Anliegen. **_Die Begleitung von ELANTIEL_**: „hohe Position auf dem Rahmen und niedrige Position auf der Beziehung“ Hohe Position auf dem Rahmen: die Regeln für die Begleitung der Teilnehmer sind unumgänglich, so dass ein nicht verhandelbarer Rahmen für Interventionen geschaffen werden kann. Niedrige Position auf der Beziehung: der Teilnehmer ist allein Experte für sein Leben und die Orientierung, die er ihm geben möchte. Der Referent ist ein Vermittler, um das Wort zu befreien. Es kennzeichnet Werte, den persönlichen Kontext und bringt die Ressourcen jeder Person hervor. Der Referent und die Begleitperson (der Teilnehmer) interagieren in der Absicht, gemeinsam zu bauen und gemeinsam zu produzieren. (German)

De „Verbeterde werkgelegenheidsroute” is bedoeld voor werklozen of mensen die als arm worden beschouwd en die specifieke steun nodig hebben om hen in staat te stellen duurzaam werk te vinden. Deze ondersteuning wordt verleend door een referent die samen met de deelnemer een carrièrepad bouwt op basis van fasen/acties. Om deze doelstellingen te bereiken, is onze actie gebaseerd op een gedifferentieerde en aantrekkelijke pedagogie, rekening houdend met de specificiteit van elke deelnemer, om de opbouw van een geïndividualiseerde cursus die, op de lange termijn, gericht is op professionele integratie mogelijk te maken. Daarnaast bouwt deze actie voort op de interacties tussen de verschillende partners om de waarde van de duurzame sociaal-professionele integratie van de deelnemers te maximaliseren. Deze bevindt zich op vele plannen: werkgelegenheid en opleiding (met Pôle Emploi, opleidingsorganisaties, arbeidsbureaus, uitzendbureaus, SIAE, bedrijven, gemeentehuizen), administratief (met de CLI, MDM, CCAS, CAF, Pôle Emploi, CIDFF, Schatkist, enz.), sociale bijstand (voor huisvesting, toegang tot sociale activiteiten...), gezondheidszorg (MDPH, ANPAA, gezinsplanning, tandheelkundige school, ADAPT), kindertijd (crèches, relais voor kleuterscholen, vrijetijdscentra), justitie (relayverenigingen, Maison de Justice et du Droit) en mobiliteit (sociale autoschool). Deze lijst is niet-uitputtend omdat ze afhankelijk is van de gebieden. Een systemische benadering van beroepsintegratie plaatst de deelnemer centraal in onze zorgen. **_De begeleiding gezien door ELANTIEL_**: „hoge positie op het frame en lage positie op de relatie” Hoge positie op het frame: de werkingsregels voor de begeleidende deelnemers zijn van essentieel belang, waardoor een niet-onderhandelbaar kader voor interventie kan worden vastgesteld. Lage positie op de relatie: de deelnemer is de enige expert in zijn of haar leven en de richting die hij hem wil geven. De referent is een facilitator van de vrijheid van meningsuiting. Het identificeert de waarden, de persoonlijke context en de middelen van elke persoon. De referent en de begeleider (de deelnemer) communiceren in een verlangen naar co-constructie en coproductie. La "rotta dell'occupazione migliorata" è destinata a coloro che sono disoccupati o considerati lavoratori poveri e che necessitano di un sostegno specifico per consentire loro di accedere a un'occupazione sostenibile. Questo supporto è fornito da un referente del corso che costruisce con il partecipante un percorso di carriera basato su fasi/azioni. Al fine di raggiungere questi obiettivi, la nostra azione si basa su una pedagogia differenziata e attraente, tenendo conto della specificità di ciascun partecipante, al fine di consentire la costruzione di un corso individualizzato finalizzato, a lungo termine, all'integrazione professionale. Inoltre, questa azione si basa sulle interazioni attuate tra i diversi partner, al fine di massimizzare il valore dell'integrazione socio-professionale sostenibile dei partecipanti. Questo si trova su molti piani: occupazione e formazione (con Pôle Emploi, organizzazioni di formazione, case di lavoro, agenzie temporanee, SIAE, imprese, municipi), amministrative (con il CLI, MDM, CCAS, CAF, Pôle Emploi, CIDFF, Tesoro, ecc.), assistenza sociale (per l'alloggio, l'accesso alle attività sociali...), sanità (MDPH, ANPAA, pianificazione familiare, scuola dentale, ADAPT), infanzia (crèches, centri per l'asilo, centri ricreativi), giustizia (associazioni di relais, Maison de Justice et du Droit) e mobilità (scuola sociale auto). Questa lista non è esaustiva perché dipende dai territori. Un approccio sistemico all'integrazione professionale pone il partecipante al centro delle nostre preoccupazioni. **_L'accompagnamento visto da ELANTIEL_**: "posizione elevata sul telaio e posizione bassa sulla relazione" Posizione alta sul telaio: le regole operative per l'accompagnamento dei partecipanti sono essenziali e ciò consente di stabilire un quadro di intervento non negoziabile. Posizione bassa sulla relazione: il partecipante è l'unico esperto nella sua vita e nella direzione che vuole dargli. Il referente è un facilitatore della libertà di parola. Identifica i valori, il contesto personale e le risorse di ogni persona. Il referente e l'accompagnatore (il partecipante) interagiscono in un desiderio di co-costruzione e coproduzione. (Italian)
