Lai veicinātu Daugavpils pilsētas lielākās rūpnieciskās teritorijas - Ziemeļu rūpnieciskās zonas attīstību un nodrošinātu tajā labvēlīgu vidi uzņēmējdarbības attīstībai, ir nepieciešams turpināt esošās infrastruktūras uzlabošanas darbus, kas sekmētu konkurētspējas palielināšanu un saimnieciskās darbības attīstību pilsētas teritorijā.Projekta “Daugavpils pilsētas Ziemeļu rūpnieciskās zonas publiskās infrastruktūras attīstība III kārta” mērķis ir veicināt labvēlīgas uzņēmējdarbības vides veidošanos un saimniecisko darbību Daugavpils pilsētas teritorijā, uzlabojot Ziemeļu rūpnieciskās zonas infrastruktūras pieejamību.Plānotās projekta galvenās aktivitātes:1. Publiskās infrastruktūras sakārtošana un inženierkomunikāciju ierīkošana (elektroapgādes tīklu pārbūve, apgaismojuma ierīkošana, lietus ūdens kanalizācijas pārbūve u.c.) Ziemeļu rūpnieciskajā zonā;2. Autoruzraudzības pakalpojumu sniegšana saskaņā ar spēkā esošajiem LR būvnormatīviem;3. Būvuzraudzības pakalpojumu sniegšana saskaņā ar spēkā esošajiem LR būvnormatīviem.Projekta rezultāti: revitalizēta degradētā teritorija 6.08 ha platībā, radītas 9 jaunas darba vietas un piesaistītas privātās investīcijas 165 806 eiro apmērā.Projekta kopējās izmaksas sastāda 788 615.35 EUR un projekta attiecināmās izmaksas ir 614 980.94 EUR, no tām:ERAF 85% - 522 733.80 EUR;Valsts budžeta dotācija 4.50% - 27 674.14 EUR;Daugavpils pilsētas domes līdzfinansējums 10.50% - 64 573.00 EUR;Projekta neattiecināmās izmaksas sastāda 173 634.41 EUR.Plānotais projekta īstenošanas ilgums: vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu tiks noslēgta līdz 2020. gada 31. augustam, bet projekta darbības tiks īstenotas no 2021. gada 3.ceturkšņa līdz 2022. gada 4. ceturksnim.Saskaņā ar MK noteikumiem Nr. 645 projekts nav uzsākts pirms projekta iesnieguma iesniegšanas. In order to promote the development of the largest industrial areas of Daugavpils city – the Northern Industrial Zone and to provide a favourable environment for business development, it is necessary to continue the improvement of the existing infrastructure, which would facilitate increased competitiveness and development of economic activity in the city territory.The aim of the project “Development of public infrastructure of the Northern Industrial Zone III” is to promote the development of favourable business environment and economic activity in Daugavpils city territory by improving the accessibility of the infrastructure of the Northern Industrial Zone. Improvement of public infrastructure and installation of engineering communications (reconstruction of electricity supply networks, lighting installation, rebuilding of rainwater drainage, etc.) in the Northern Industrial Zone;2. Provision of author supervision services in accordance with the construction regulations of the Republic of Latvia;3. Provision of construction supervision services in accordance with the current construction regulations of the Republic of Latvia.Project results: The total cost of the project is EUR 788615.35 and the eligible costs of the project are EUR 614980.94, of which:ERDF 85 % – EUR 522733.80; State budget grant 4.50 % – EUR 27674.14; Co-financing of the Daugavpils City Council 10.50 % – EUR 64573.00;Project ineligible costs is EUR 173634.41. The agreement on the implementation of the project will be concluded by 31 August 2020, but the project activities will be implemented from the 3rd quarter of 2021 until the 4th quarter of 2022.In accordance with Cabinet Regulations No. 645 the project has not been started before submitting the project application. Afin de promouvoir le développement de la plus grande zone industrielle de Daugavpils — la zone industrielle du Nord et d’assurer un environnement favorable au développement des affaires, il est nécessaire de poursuivre l’amélioration des infrastructures existantes, ce qui contribuerait à accroître la compétitivité et le développement de l’activité économique sur le territoire de la ville. L’objectif du projet «Développement des infrastructures publiques de la zone industrielle septentrionale de la ville de Daugavpils III» est de promouvoir la création d’un environnement commercial favorable et une activité économique sur le territoire de la ville de Daugavpils en améliorant l’accessibilité de l’infrastructure de la zone industrielle du Nord. Les principales activités du projet sont:1. Aménagement des infrastructures publiques et installation de communications techniques (reconstruction des réseaux d’approvisionnement en électricité, installation d’éclairage, reconstruction d’assainissement des eaux pluviales, etc.) dans la zone industrielle du Nord;2. Fourniture de services de supervision de l’auteur conformément aux codes du bâtiment de la République de Lettonie en vigueur3. Fourniture de services de supervision de la construction conformément aux normes de construction actuelles de la République de Lettonie.Résultats du projet: superficie dégradée revitalisée de 6,08 ha, 9 nouveaux emplois créés et investissements privés de 1 658 036 EUR.Le coût total du projet est de 788 615,35 EUR et les coûts éligibles du projet s’élèvent à 614 980,94 EUR, sur tām:ERAF 85 % — 522 733,80 EUR;subvention du budget de l’État 4,50 % — 27 674,14 EUR; Cofinancement du conseil municipal de Dagavpils 10,50 % — 64 573,00 EUR;Les coûts inéligibles du projet s’élèvent à 173 634,41 EUR.Durée prévue de la mise en œuvre du projet: L’accord sur la mise en œuvre du projet sera conclu d’ici le 31 août 2020, mais les activités du projet seront mises en œuvre du 3e trimestre 2021 au quatrième trimestre 2022.Selon le règlement ministériel no 645, le projet n’a pas commencé avant la soumission de la demande de projet. Um die Entwicklung des größten Industriegebiets von Daugavpils – der nördlichen Industriezone – zu fördern und ein günstiges Umfeld für die Geschäftsentwicklung zu gewährleisten, ist es notwendig, die bestehende Infrastruktur weiter zu verbessern, die zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und der Entwicklung der Wirtschaftstätigkeit auf dem Territorium der Stadt beitragen würde. Ziel des Projekts „Entwicklung der öffentlichen Infrastruktur der nördlichen Industriezone der Stadt Daugavpils III“ ist die Förderung der Schaffung eines günstigen Geschäftsumfelds und der wirtschaftlichen Aktivität auf dem Gebiet der Stadt Daugavpils durch Verbesserung der Zugänglichkeit der Infrastruktur der nördlichen Industriezone. Die wichtigsten Aktivitäten des Projekts sind:1. Einrichtung der öffentlichen Infrastruktur und Installation der technischen Kommunikation (Wiederaufbau von Stromversorgungsnetzen, Installation der Beleuchtung, Rekonstruktion der Regenwasserkanalisation usw.) in der nördlichen Industriezone; Erbringung von Überwachungsdiensten des Urhebers gemäß den geltenden Bauvorschriften der Republik Lettland3. Erbringung von Bauüberwachungsleistungen gemäß den geltenden Baunormen der Republik Lettland.Projektergebnisse: die Gesamtkosten des Projekts belaufen sich auf 788 615,35 EUR und die förderfähigen Kosten des Projekts belaufen sich auf 614 980,94 EUR, von tām:ERAF 85 % – 522 733,80 EUR; Staatszuschüsse 4,50 % – 27 674,14 EUR; Daugavpils Stadtrat kofinanziert 10,50 % – 64 575,00 EUR;Die nicht förderfähigen Kosten belaufen sich auf 173 634,41 EUR.Geplante Laufzeit der Projektdurchführung: die Vereinbarung über die Durchführung des Projekts wird bis zum 31. Om de ontwikkeling van het grootste industriële gebied van Daugavpils — de Noordelijke Industriezone te bevorderen en een gunstig klimaat voor de ontwikkeling van het bedrijfsleven te waarborgen, is het noodzakelijk om de verbetering van de bestaande infrastructuur voort te zetten, die zou bijdragen tot het vergroten van het concurrentievermogen en de ontwikkeling van de economische activiteit op het grondgebied van de stad Daugavpils. Het doel van het project „Ontwikkeling van de openbare infrastructuur van de noordelijke industriezone van de stad Daugavpils III” is het bevorderen van een gunstig ondernemingsklimaat en economische activiteit op het grondgebied van de stad Daugavpils door de toegankelijkheid van de infrastructuur van de noordelijke industriezone te verbeteren. De belangrijkste activiteiten van het project zijn: 1. Inrichting van de openbare infrastructuur en installatie van technische communicatie (heropbouw van elektriciteitsnetten, installatie van verlichting, wederopbouw van de riolering van regenwater, enz.) in het noordelijke industriegebied (2). Al fine di promuovere lo sviluppo della più grande area industriale di Daugavpils — la Zona Industriale Settentrionale e di garantire un ambiente favorevole allo sviluppo delle imprese, è necessario proseguire il miglioramento delle infrastrutture esistenti, che contribuirebbero ad aumentare la competitività e lo sviluppo dell'attività economica nel territorio della città. L'obiettivo del progetto "Sviluppo delle infrastrutture pubbliche della Zona Industriale Settentrionale della città di Daugavpils III" è quello di promuovere la creazione di un ambiente imprenditoriale favorevole e l'attività economica nel territorio della città di Daugavpils migliorando l'accessibilità delle infrastrutture della Zona Industriale Settentrionale. Le principali attività del progetto sono:1. Sistemazione di infrastrutture pubbliche e installazione di comunicazioni ingegneristiche (ricostruzione di reti di approvvigionamento elettrico, installazione di illuminazione, ricostruzione delle fognature dell'acqua piovana, ecc.) nella zona industriale settentrionale;2. Fornitura di servizi di supervisione dell'autore conformemente ai codici edilizi della Repubblica di Lettonia in vigore;3. El objetivo del proyecto «Desarrollo de la infraestructura pública de la Zona Industrial Septentrional de la ciudad de Daugavpils III» es promover la creación de un entorno empresarial favorable y actividad económica en el territorio de la ciudad de Daugavpils mediante la mejora de la accesibilidad de la infraestructura de la Zona Industrial del Norte. Las principales actividades del proyecto son:1. Instalación de infraestructuras públicas e instalación de comunicaciones de ingeniería (reconstrucción de redes de suministro eléctrico, instalación de alumbrado, reconstrucción del alcantarillado de aguas pluviales, etc.) en la zona industrial septentrional;2.
