Hlavným cieľom projektu je navýšenie počtu rómskych domácností na území mesta Stará Ľubovňa s kvalitnejšími podmienkami bývania a snaha o aktívnu participáciu príslušníkov marginalizovaných rómskych komunít na verejnom živote v dôsledku efektívneho využívania a primeranej dostupnosti občianskej vybavenosti. Prostredníctvom realizácie hlavnej aktivity projektu – podpora dobudovania základnej technickej infraštruktúry, chceme vybudovať a zrekonštruovať miestne pozemné komunikácie, resp. vybudovať komplexnú sieť chodníkov a ciest v MRK, so zreteľom na aktívnejšie zapojenie členov komunity na riešení problémov ich sociálnej exklúzie a marginalizácie. Vyhovujúci stavebno-technický stav základnej infraštruktúry v prostredí MRK prinesie výsledky v podobe zlepšenia kvality bývania, a teda samotného zlepšenia životných podmienok obyvateľov rómskeho etnika, ich sociálnej situácie, vzdelanostnej úrovne, spoločenského začlenenia a uplatnenia sa na trhu práce.Realizáciou hlavnej aktivity projektu dosiahneme naplnenie stanoveného merateľného ukazovateľa: Počet obyvateľov MRK, ktorým sa zlepšili podmienky bývania prostredníctvom vybudovania/dobudovania pozemných komunikácii – 1 540 osôb. The main objective of the project is to increase the number of Roma households in the city of Stará Ľubovňa with better housing conditions and to strive for active participation of members of marginalised Roma communities in public life due to effective use and adequate accessibility of civic facilities. Through the implementation of the main activity of the project – support for the completion of basic technical infrastructure, we want to build and reconstruct local roads, or to build a comprehensive network of paths and roads in CLLD, with a view to more active involvement of members of the community in solving the problems of their social exclusion and marginalisation. The satisfactory structural and technical condition of basic infrastructure in the environment of CLLD will produce results in the form of improvement of the quality of housing, and thus the improvement of living conditions of Roma people, their social situation, educational level, social inclusion and application in the labour market. The implementation of the main activity of the project will achieve the fulfilment of the established measurable indicator: Number of inhabitants of CLLD which improved housing conditions through the construction/completion of land roads – 1,540 persons. L’objectif principal du projet est d’augmenter le nombre de ménages roms dans la ville de Stará Žubovňa avec de meilleures conditions de logement et de s’efforcer de faire participer activement les membres des communautés roms marginalisées à la vie publique en raison de l’utilisation efficace et de l’accessibilité adéquate des installations civiques. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de l’activité principale du projet — l’appui à l’achèvement des infrastructures techniques de base, nous voulons construire et reconstruire des routes locales, ou construire un réseau complet de chemins et de routes dans le cadre du développement local mené par les acteurs locaux, en vue d’une participation plus active des membres de la communauté à la résolution des problèmes de leur exclusion sociale et de leur marginalisation. L’état structurel et technique satisfaisant des infrastructures de base dans l’environnement du DLAL produira des résultats sous la forme d’une amélioration de la qualité du logement et, partant, de l’amélioration des conditions de vie des Roms, de leur situation sociale, de leur niveau d’éducation, de leur inclusion sociale et de leur application sur le marché du travail. La mise en œuvre de la principale activité du projet permettra de réaliser l’indicateur mesurable établi: Nombre d’habitants du DLAL qui ont amélioré les conditions de logement grâce à la construction ou à l’achèvement de routes terrestres — 1 540 personnes. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Zahl der Roma-Haushalte in der Stadt Stará Œubovňa mit besseren Wohnbedingungen zu erhöhen und sich für eine aktive Beteiligung von Mitgliedern marginalisierter Roma-Gemeinschaften im öffentlichen Leben einzusetzen, die auf eine wirksame Nutzung und eine angemessene Zugänglichkeit der Bürgereinrichtungen zurückzuführen sind. Durch die Durchführung der Haupttätigkeit des Projekts – Unterstützung für die Fertigstellung der grundlegenden technischen Infrastruktur, wollen wir lokale Straßen bauen und rekonstruieren oder ein umfassendes Netz von Wegen und Straßen in CLLD aufbauen, um die Mitglieder der Gemeinschaft aktiver an der Lösung der Probleme ihrer sozialen Ausgrenzung und Marginalisierung zu beteiligen. Der zufrieden stellende strukturelle und technische Zustand der grundlegenden Infrastruktur in der Umgebung der CLLD wird Ergebnisse in Form einer Verbesserung der Wohnungsqualität und damit der Verbesserung der Lebensbedingungen der Roma, ihrer sozialen Lage, ihres Bildungsniveaus, der sozialen Eingliederung und der Anwendung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt hervorrufen. Die Durchführung der Haupttätigkeit des Projekts wird die Erfüllung des festgelegten messbaren Indikators erreichen: Anzahl der Einwohner der CLLD, die die Wohnverhältnisse durch Bau/Vervollständigung von Landstraßen verbesserten – 1.540 Personen. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het verhogen van het aantal Romahuishoudens in de stad Staráubovňa met betere huisvestingsomstandigheden en het streven naar actieve deelname van leden van gemarginaliseerde Roma-gemeenschappen aan het openbare leven als gevolg van doeltreffend gebruik en adequate toegankelijkheid van maatschappelijke voorzieningen. Door de uitvoering van de hoofdactiviteit van het project — ondersteuning van de voltooiing van de technische basisinfrastructuur, willen we lokale wegen bouwen en reconstrueren, of een uitgebreid netwerk van paden en wegen in CLLD bouwen, met het oog op een actievere betrokkenheid van de leden van de gemeenschap bij het oplossen van de problemen van hun sociale uitsluiting en marginalisering. De bevredigende structurele en technische toestand van de basisinfrastructuur in het milieu van CLLD zal leiden tot een verbetering van de kwaliteit van de huisvesting en daarmee van de verbetering van de levensomstandigheden van de Roma, hun sociale situatie, onderwijsniveau, sociale inclusie en toepassing op de arbeidsmarkt. De uitvoering van de hoofdactiviteit van het project zal de verwezenlijking van de vastgestelde meetbare indicator bereiken: Aantal inwoners van CLLD dat de huisvestingsomstandigheden heeft verbeterd door de aanleg/voltooiing van wegen over land — 1.540 personen. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di aumentare il numero di famiglie rom nella città di Stará ¼ubovňa con migliori condizioni abitative e di adoperarsi per la partecipazione attiva dei membri delle comunità rom emarginate alla vita pubblica grazie all'uso efficace e all'accessibilità adeguata delle strutture civiche. Attraverso la realizzazione dell'attività principale del progetto — supporto per il completamento delle infrastrutture tecniche di base, vogliamo costruire e ricostruire strade locali, o costruire una rete completa di sentieri e strade in CLLD, con l'obiettivo di un coinvolgimento più attivo dei membri della comunità nella risoluzione dei problemi di esclusione sociale ed emarginazione. La soddisfacente condizione strutturale e tecnica delle infrastrutture di base nel contesto del CLLD produrrà risultati sotto forma di miglioramento della qualità dell'alloggio e quindi del miglioramento delle condizioni di vita dei Rom, della loro situazione sociale, del livello di istruzione, dell'inclusione sociale e dell'applicazione nel mercato del lavoro. L'attuazione dell'attività principale del progetto consentirà di realizzare l'indicatore misurabile stabilito: Numero di abitanti del CLLD che hanno migliorato le condizioni abitative attraverso la costruzione/completamento di strade terrestri — 1.540 persone.
