Projekt “Revitalizácia centrálneho parku Poprad Kvetnica” je svojim zameraním na regeneráciu zeleného priestranstva, ktoré slúži obyvateľom obytných domov a domova seniorov v mestskej časti Kvetnica – Poprad, v súlade so stratégiou IROP, PO 4. Zlepšenie kvality života v regiónoch s dôrazom na životné prostredie a špecifickým cieľom 4.3.1 Zlepšenie environmentálnych aspektov v mestách a mestských oblastiach prostredníctvom budovania prvkov zelenej infraštruktúry a adaptáciou urbanizovaného prostredia na zmenu klímy ako aj zavádzaním systémových prvkov znižovania znečistenia ovzdušia a hluku. Dominantnou časťou projektu “Revitalizácia centrálneho parku Poprad Kvetnica” je riešenie priestranstva, ktoré je vo vlastníctve žiadateľa, pomocou prvkov zelenej infraštruktúry a adaptáciou urbanizovaného prostredia na zmenu klímy ako aj zavádzaním systémových prvkov znižovania znečistenia ovzdušia a hluku. Vo vymedzenom riešenom území sa v súčasnosti nachádza centrálny park s kombinovanou asfaltovo trávnatou plochou, chodníkmi pre peších a teleso obslužnej komunikácie. Riešené územie je zo západu ohraničené štátnou cestou I/67, zo severnej strany objektom bytového domu a objektmi zariadenia pre ubytovanie a opatrovateľské služby SENIORPARKU, z východnej strany bytovým domom a obslužnou komunikáciou a z južnej strany potokom a miestnou komunikáciou. Projekt rieši rekonštrukciu a obnovu parku, vytvorenie kultivovaných a technicky vyhovujúcich komunikácií pre peších, obnovenie a vytvorenie plôch parkovej zelene pre oddych a relax najmä obyvateľov bytového domu, ktorí majú právo prechodu a prejazdu, klientov SENIORPARKU, ale aj návštevníkov tejto časti mesta Poprad.Merateľný ukazovateľ: Revitalizované otvorené priestranstvá vnútroblokov mimo UMR: 13 024 m2; (Slovak)

The project“Revitalisation of the central park Poprad Kvetnica” is its focus on the regeneration of green space, which serves residents of residential houses and homes of seniors in the district of Kvetnica – Poprad, in accordance with the strategy of IROP, PO 4. Improving the quality of life in regions, with an emphasis on the environment and specific objective 4.3.1 Improving environmental aspects in cities and urban areas by building green infrastructure elements and adapting urbanised environments to climate change, as well as introducing system elements for reducing air and noise pollution. The dominant part of the project “Revitalisation of the central park Poprad Kvetnica” is the solution of the area owned by the applicant, using elements of green infrastructure and adapting the urbanised environment to climate change as well as introducing system elements to reduce air and noise pollution. In the defined area there is currently a central park with a combined asphalt-grass area, footpaths and service communication body. The area is bordered from the west by the state road I/67, on the north side by the object of the apartment building and the facilities for accommodation and care services SENIORPARK, on the east side of the apartment building and service communication, and on the south side by stream and local communication. The project deals with the reconstruction and restoration of the park, the creation of cultivated and technically suitable roads for pedestrians, restoration and creation of areas of park green for rest and relaxation especially for residents of an apartment building, who have the right to cross and pass, clients of SenioRPARK, but also visitors to this part of the town of Poprad. Le projet «Revitalisation du parc central Poprad Kvetnica» est axé sur la régénération des espaces verts, qui dessert les résidents de maisons résidentielles et de maisons de personnes âgées dans le district de Kvetnica — Poprad, conformément à la stratégie de l’IROP, PO 4. Améliorer la qualité de vie dans les régions, en mettant l’accent sur l’environnement et l’objectif spécifique 4.3.1 Améliorer les aspects environnementaux dans les villes et les zones urbaines par la construction d’éléments d’infrastructure verte et l’adaptation des environnements urbanisés au changement climatique, ainsi que l’introduction d’éléments de système pour réduire la pollution atmosphérique et sonore. La partie dominante du projet «Revitalisation du parc central Poprad Kvetnica» est la solution de la zone détenue par le demandeur, en utilisant des éléments d’infrastructures vertes et en adaptant l’environnement urbanisé au changement climatique ainsi qu’en introduisant des éléments du système pour réduire la pollution de l’air et du bruit. Dans la zone délimitée, il y a actuellement un parc central avec une zone d’asphalte-herbe combinée, des sentiers pédestres et un corps de communication de service. La zone est bordée de l’ouest par la route d’État I/67, du côté nord par l’objet de l’immeuble d’appartements et les installations pour l’hébergement et les services de soins SENIORPARK, du côté est de l’immeuble et de la communication de service, et du côté sud par le ruisseau et la communication locale. Le projet porte sur la reconstruction et la restauration du parc, la création de routes cultivées et techniquement adaptées aux piétons, la restauration et la création de zones de parc vert pour le repos et la détente, en particulier pour les résidents d’un immeuble d’appartements, qui ont le droit de traverser et de passer, les clients de SenioRPARK, mais aussi les visiteurs de cette partie de la ville de Poprad. Das Projekt„Revitalisierung des Zentralparks Poprad Kvetnica“ konzentriert sich auf die Regeneration von Grünflächen, die den Bewohnern von Wohnhäusern und Seniorenheimen im Bezirk Kvetnica – Poprad gemäß der Strategie von IROP, PO 4 dient. Verbesserung der Lebensqualität in den Regionen unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Umwelt und des Einzelziels 4.3.1 Verbesserung der Umweltaspekte in Städten und städtischen Gebieten durch Aufbau grüner Infrastrukturelemente und Anpassung urbaner Umwelt an den Klimawandel sowie Einführung von Systemelementen zur Verringerung der Luft- und Lärmbelastung. Der dominierende Teil des Projekts „Revitalisierung des Zentralparks Poprad Kvetnica“ ist die Lösung des Gebiets, das dem Antragsteller gehört, indem Elemente der grünen Infrastruktur genutzt und die urbanisierte Umwelt an den Klimawandel angepasst und Systemelemente zur Verringerung der Luftverschmutzung und Lärmbelastung eingeführt werden. Im abgegrenzten Bereich befindet sich derzeit ein Zentralpark mit einem kombinierten Asphaltgras-Bereich, Fußwegen und Servicekommunikationskörper. Das Gebiet wird von Westen von der Staatsstraße I/67, auf der Nordseite durch das Objekt des Wohngebäudes und der Einrichtungen für Unterkunfts- und Pflegedienste SENIORPARK, auf der Ostseite des Wohngebäudes und der Servicekommunikation und auf der Südseite durch Strom und lokale Kommunikation begrenzt. Das Projekt befasst sich mit der Rekonstruktion und Restaurierung des Parks, der Schaffung von kultivierten und technisch geeigneten Straßen für Fußgänger, Restaurierung und Schaffung von Park Grünflächen für Erholung und Entspannung vor allem für Bewohner eines Mehrfamilienhauses, die das Recht haben, zu überqueren und zu passieren, Kunden von SenioRPARK, aber auch Besucher in diesem Teil der Stadt Poprad. Het project „Revitalisering van het centrale park Poprad Kvetnica” richt zich op de regeneratie van groene ruimte, die bewoners van woonhuizen en woningen van senioren in de wijk Kvetnica — Poprad, in overeenstemming met de strategie van IROP, PO 4. Verbetering van de levenskwaliteit in regio’s, met de nadruk op het milieu en specifieke doelstelling 4.3.1 Verbetering van de milieuaspecten in steden en stedelijke gebieden door groene infrastructuurelementen te bouwen en verstedelijkte omgevingen aan te passen aan de klimaatverandering, en door systeemelementen in te voeren ter vermindering van lucht- en geluidsoverlast. Het overheersende deel van het project „Revitalisering van het centrale park Poprad Kvetnica” is de oplossing van het gebied dat eigendom is van de aanvrager, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van elementen van groene infrastructuur, aanpassing van het verstedelijkte milieu aan klimaatverandering en invoering van systeemelementen om lucht- en geluidsoverlast te verminderen. In het afgebakende gebied is er momenteel een centraal park met een gecombineerd asfalt-grasgebied, voetpaden en servicecommunicatie. Het gebied wordt vanuit het westen begrensd door de staatsweg I/67, aan de noordkant door het object van het appartementengebouw en de faciliteiten voor accommodatie- en zorgdiensten SENIORPARK, aan de oostkant van het appartementsgebouw en servicecommunicatie, en aan de zuidkant door stroom en lokale communicatie. Het project heeft betrekking op de wederopbouw en restauratie van het park, de aanleg van bebouwde en technisch geschikte wegen voor voetgangers, restauratie en aanleg van parkgroene gebieden voor rust en ontspanning, speciaal voor bewoners van een appartementsgebouw, die het recht hebben om over te steken en te passeren, klanten van SenioRPARK, maar ook bezoekers van dit deel van de stad Poprad. Il progetto "Rivitalizzazione del parco centrale Poprad Kvetnica" è il suo focus sulla rigenerazione dello spazio verde, che serve i residenti di case residenziali e case di anziani nel distretto di Kvetnica — Poprad, in conformità con la strategia di IROP, PO 4. Migliorare la qualità della vita nelle regioni, con particolare attenzione all'ambiente e all'obiettivo specifico 4.3.1 Migliorare gli aspetti ambientali nelle città e nelle aree urbane costruendo elementi infrastrutturali verdi e adattando gli ambienti urbanizzati ai cambiamenti climatici, nonché introducendo elementi di sistema per ridurre l'inquinamento atmosferico e acustico. La parte dominante del progetto "Rivitalizzazione del parco centrale Poprad Kvetnica" è la soluzione dell'area di proprietà del richiedente, utilizzando elementi di infrastrutture verdi e adattando l'ambiente urbanizzato ai cambiamenti climatici, nonché introducendo elementi di sistema per ridurre l'inquinamento atmosferico e acustico. Nell'area delimitata si trova attualmente un parco centrale con un'area combinata asfalto-erba, sentieri pedonali e corpo di comunicazione di servizio. L'area è delimitata da ovest dalla strada statale I/67, sul lato nord dall'oggetto del condominio e le strutture per i servizi di alloggio e di cura SENIORPARK, sul lato est del condominio e di comunicazione di servizio, e sul lato sud dal ruscello e la comunicazione locale. Il progetto riguarda la ricostruzione e il restauro del parco, la creazione di strade coltivate e tecnicamente idonee per pedoni, il restauro e la creazione di aree di parco verde per il riposo e il relax soprattutto per i residenti di un condominio, che hanno il diritto di attraversare e passare, clienti di SenioRPARK, ma anche visitatori di questa parte della città di Poprad.
