New building of Materská Kola in the village of Jasov (Q3101153)

V obci Jasov sa nachádza materská škola vo vlastnej budove v centre obce. Tá mala donedávna zriadené elokované pracovisko v oblasti obce, ktorú obývajú prevažne obyvatelia obce identifikujúci sa k MRK. Predmetom projektu je práve uvedené elokované pracovisko, nakoľko práve priestory sú na prevádzku materskej školy nevyhovujúce po všetkých stránkach jej činnosti, čo viedlo k jeho zrušeniu. Provizórne priestory elokovaného pracoviska boli značne zdevastované, nespĺňali hygienické štandardy a ich prevádzka bola vzhľadom na zlý technický stav nákladná. Tieto priestory boli už teraz kapacitne poddimenzované a populačný rozvoj v obci si vyžaduje vybudovanie nového elokovaného pracoviska školy. Rovnako tak je potrebné zvýšiť kapacitu bývalého elokovaného pracoviska základnej školy. V súčasnosti obec nedokáže vyhovieť všetkým záujemcov o umiestnenie ich detí do materskej školy z kapacitných dôvodov. Aj tento nevyhovujúci stav s obmedzenou kapacitou a nedostatočnou vybavenosťou spôsobuje, že sa deti z marginalizovaných rómskych komunít (podobne ako iné deti mladšie ako 5 rokov) často do materskej školy nedostanú, prípadne majú nepravidelnú dochádzku. Pre deti z MRK je obzvlášť dôležitá predškolská výchova a starostlivosť. Väčšina týchto detí vyrastá v prostredí, ktoré ich znevýhodňuje v osobnostnom napredovaní a životných podmienkach. Mnohé z nich nemajú osvojené hygienické návyky, prvky slušného správania sa a tak majú problém so začlenením sa do spoločenského života. Dôsledkom toho je aj narastajúce napätie medzi rómskou populáciou a majoritnou spoločnosťou, nakoľko sú z ich pohľadu problémoví a neprispôsobiví. Realizáciou projektu dosiahneme vybudovanie novej kapacity materskej školy v obci a dôjde k naplneniu hlavného cieľa projektu, t. j. zabezpečiť deťom v predškolskom veku kvalitný prístup k predprimárnemu vzdelávaniu a vytvoriť pre nich optimálne podmienky pre výchovno- vzdelávací proces. Hlavný cieľZabezpečiť deťom v predškolskom veku kvalitný prístup k predprimárnemu vzdelávaniu prostredníctvom vybudovania nového elokovaného pracoviska materskej školy čo zabezpečí rozšírenie kapacity pre predprimárne vzdelávanie v obci Jasov. Špecifické ciele:zabezpečiť dostatočné priestorové podmienky materskej školy.vytvoriť optimálne podmienky v rámci procesu výchovy, vzdelávania a starostlivosti pre deti so špeciálnym dôrazom na marginalizované rómske komunity. Uvedené špecifické ciele sú plne v súlade so špecifickým cieľom 6.1.2 Zlepšiť prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu vrátane vzdelávania a starostlivosti v rannom detstve v rámci OP Ľudské zdroje. Vytvoríme vhodné podmienky pre účasť detí z MRK v predprimárnom stupni vzdelávania, ktoré považujeme za kľúčové pri ich ďalšom osobnostnom a vzdelanostnom raste. Pre deti z MRK je nesmierne dôležité a to najmä v období ranného detstva v rámci ich socializácie a integrácie do spoločnosti získavať dôležité a cenné poznatky, ktoré nadobudnú počas predprimárneho vzdelávania. Okrem toho si osvoja základné hygienické návyky, prvky slušného správania a postupného začleňovania sa do spoločenského života. Mnohé z týchto detí žijú v žalostných podmienkach, čo má negatívny dopad na ich osobnostný rozvoj, vzdelanie a správanie. Aktivity projektuProjekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom hlavnej aktivity Výstavba novej budovy materskej školy / elokovaného pracoviska, za účelom presunutia kapacity existujúcej materskej školy/elokovaného pracoviska. V rámci uvedenej aktivity sa uskutočnia nasledovné podaktivity:podaktivita 1: výstavba objektu elokovaného pracoviska materskej školy.podaktivita 2: dodávka a montáž interiérového vybavenia. Ten je situovaný vo výhodnej geografickej polohe širšieho centra obce. In the village of Jasov there is a kindergarten in its own building in the center of the village. Most of these children grow up in an environment that puts them at a disadvantage in personal progress and living conditions. Many of them do not have hygiene habits, elements of decent behaviour and thus have difficulty in integrating into social life. This also results in increasing tensions between the Roma population and the majority society, as they are problematic and unadaptable from their point of view. By implementing the project we will achieve the new capacity of the kindergarten in the village and the main objective of the project will be fulfilled, i.e. to ensure quality access to pre-primary education for children of pre-school age and to create optimal conditions for the educational process for them. Dans le village de Jasov il y a un jardin d’enfants dans son propre bâtiment dans le centre du village. Il avait jusqu’à récemment créé un bureau eloked dans la région du village, qui est habité principalement par les habitants du village qui s’identifient à la MRK. L’éducation et l’accueil préscolaires sont particulièrement importants pour les enfants issus du développement local mené dans le cadre du développement local. La plupart de ces enfants grandissent dans un environnement qui les désavantage dans le progrès personnel et les conditions de vie. Beaucoup d’entre eux n’ont pas d’habitudes d’hygiène, d’éléments de comportement décent et ont donc des difficultés à s’intégrer dans la vie sociale. Im Dorf Jasov gibt es einen Kindergarten in seinem eigenen Gebäude in der Mitte des Dorfes. In het dorp Jasov is er een kleuterschool in een eigen gebouw in het centrum van het dorp. Het had tot voor kort een eloked kantoor in het gebied van het dorp, dat voornamelijk wordt bewoond door de inwoners van het dorp zich identificeren aan de MRK. Het doel van het project wordt nauwkeurig genoemd eloked werkplek, aangezien het zijn de ruimten voor de werking van de kleuterschool die niet geschikt zijn in alle aspecten van haar activiteit, die heeft geleid tot de annulering ervan. Nel villaggio di Jasov c'è un asilo nido nel suo edificio nel centro del villaggio. Aveva fino a poco tempo fa stabilito un ufficio espulso nella zona del villaggio, che è abitato principalmente dagli abitanti del villaggio che si identificano al MRK. L'istruzione e l'assistenza prescolastiche sono particolarmente importanti per i bambini appartenenti al CLLD. La maggior parte di questi bambini crescono in un ambiente che li mette in uno svantaggio nel progresso personale e nelle condizioni di vita. Molti di loro non hanno abitudini igieniche, elementi di comportamento dignitoso e quindi hanno difficoltà a integrarsi nella vita sociale. Ciò si traduce anche in un aumento delle tensioni tra la popolazione rom e la società maggioritaria, dal momento che dal loro punto di vista sono problematiche e imprevedibili. Con l'attuazione del progetto raggiungeremo la nuova capacità dell'asilo nel villaggio e l'obiettivo principale del progetto sarà raggiunto, vale a dire garantire un accesso di qualità all'istruzione pre-primaria per i bambini in età prescolare e creare le condizioni ottimali per il processo educativo per loro. L'obiettivo principaleGarantire l'accesso di qualità all'istruzione pre-primaria per i bambini in età prescolare attraverso la costruzione di un nuovo ufficio della scuola secondaria, che garantirà l'espansione della capacità di istruzione pre-primaria nel villaggio di Jasov. Specifiche ciele:zabezpečiť condizioni di spazio sufficienti per la scuola materna.creare condizioni ottimali nel processo di educazione, istruzione e cura dei bambini, con particolare attenzione alle comunità Rom emarginate. Tali obiettivi specifici sono pienamente in linea con l'obiettivo specifico 6.1.2 Migliorare l'accesso a un'istruzione di qualità, compresa l'educazione e la cura della prima infanzia, nell'ambito del PO Risorse umane. Creeremo condizioni adeguate per la partecipazione dei bambini del CLLD all'istruzione pre-primaria, che consideriamo cruciale per la loro ulteriore crescita personale ed educativa. È estremamente importante che i bambini appartenenti al CLLD, soprattutto durante la prima infanzia, nell'ambito della loro socializzazione e integrazione nella società, acquisiscano conoscenze importanti e preziose acquisite durante l'istruzione pre-primaria. Inoltre, adotteranno abitudini igieniche di base, elementi di comportamento dignitoso e una graduale integrazione nella vita sociale. Molti di questi bambini vivono in condizioni deplorevoli, il che ha un impatto negativo sul loro sviluppo personale, educazione e comportamento. Attività del progetto Il progetto sarà attuato attraverso l'attività principale Costruzione di un nuovo edificio dell'asilo/luogo collettivo, al fine di trasferire la capacità dell'asilo esistente/luogo di lavoro collettivo. Nell'ambito di questa attività, verranno svolte le seguenti attività: podaktivity:podaktivita 1: costruzione dell'edificio del luogo di lavoro espulso della scuola materna.subattività 2: fornitura e installazione di attrezzature interne. Il luogo di attuazione del progettoIl terreno per la costruzione del posto di lavoro elogato dell'asilo si trova sul terreno KN-C 87/20 di proprietà del comune. Si trova in una comoda posizione geografica del più ampio centro del paese. L'attività principale del progetto sarà attuata entro 31 mesi dal 03/2018 al 09/2020.Le attività di sostegno del progetto (gestione del progetto e pubblicità e informazione) saranno attuate dal 02/2018 al 10/2020. La durata complessiva dell'attuazione del progetto è: 33 mesi.
