Prema Zakonu o Nacionalnoj infrastrukturi prostornih podataka (NN 56/2013, 52/2018) sva tijela javne vlasti obvezna su učiniti svoje prostorne podatke i usluge dostupnima u okviru Nacionalne infrastrukture prostornih podataka (NIPP). S obzirom da je prema Zakonu o NIPP-u nužno u NIPP uključiti sve jedinice područne (regionalne) i lokalne samouprave koje u svojoj nadležnosti imaju prostorne podatke, projektom će se ojačati kapaciteti službenika Državne geodetske uprave i zaposlenika jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave kako bi se aktivno uključili u uspostavu i provedbu NIPP-a. According to the National Spatial Data Infrastructure Act (Narodne Novine (NN; official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia) Nos 56/2013, 52/2018), all public authorities are obliged to make their spatial data and services available under the National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSIs). Given that, according to the NPA Act, it is necessary to include all regional governments and local authorities falling under territorial scope under its jurisdiction, the project will strengthen the capacity of the State Geodetic Administration (SGA) and the employees of local and regional self-government units to actively engage in the establishment and implementation of the NSDI. En vertu de la loi sur l’infrastructure nationale de données spatiales (NN 56/2013, 52/2018), toutes les autorités publiques sont tenues de mettre leurs données et services géographiques à disposition au sein de l’infrastructure nationale de données géographiques (NIPP). Étant donné que, conformément à la loi sur le PPNI, il est nécessaire d’inclure dans le NIPP toutes les unités régionales et locales autonomes qui disposent de données spatiales dans leur juridiction, le projet renforcera les capacités des fonctionnaires de l’Administration géodésique d’État et des employés des unités locales et régionales autonomes afin de s’engager activement dans la mise en place et la mise en œuvre du PPNI. Nach dem Nationalen Geodateninfrastrukturgesetz (NN 56/2013, 52/2018) sind alle Behörden verpflichtet, ihre Geodaten und -dienste innerhalb der nationalen Geodateninfrastruktur (NIPP) zur Verfügung zu stellen. In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass laut NIPP-Gesetz alle regionalen und lokalen Selbstverwaltungseinheiten, die räumliche Daten in ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich haben, in das NIPP aufgenommen werden müssen, wird das Projekt die Kapazitäten der Beamten der staatlichen Geodätischen Verwaltung und der Mitarbeiter lokaler und regionaler Selbstverwaltungseinheiten stärken, um sich aktiv an der Einrichtung und Umsetzung des NIPP zu beteiligen. Volgens de Nationale Wet ruimtelijke gegevensinfrastructuur (NN 56/2013, 52/2018) zijn alle overheidsinstanties verplicht hun ruimtelijke gegevens en diensten beschikbaar te stellen binnen de nationale ruimtelijke gegevensinfrastructuur (NIPP). Aangezien het volgens de NIPP-wet noodzakelijk is om in het NIPP alle regionale en lokale eenheden voor zelfbestuur op te nemen die binnen hun rechtsgebied over ruimtelijke gegevens beschikken, zal het project de capaciteiten van de ambtenaren van het staatsbestuur voor geodetica en werknemers van lokale en regionale eenheden voor zelfbestuur versterken om actief deel te nemen aan de oprichting en uitvoering van het NIPP. Secondo la legge sull'infrastruttura di dati territoriali nazionale (NN 56/2013, 52/2018), tutte le autorità pubbliche sono tenute a rendere disponibili i propri dati territoriali e servizi nell'ambito della National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NIPP). Considerando che, secondo la legge NIPP, è necessario includere nel PINP tutte le unità autonome regionali e locali che dispongono di dati territoriali all'interno della loro giurisdizione, il progetto rafforzerà le capacità dei funzionari dell'amministrazione geodetica statale e dei dipendenti delle unità autonome locali e regionali al fine di impegnarsi attivamente nell'istituzione e nell'attuazione del PINP.
