A construção da ZALI localiza-se em área de expansão portuária. A execução do projeto envolve, para além dos respetivos projetos de execução técnicos, a remoção do material depositado na área de intervenção da obra, a dragagem de 1.º estabelecimento da bacia adjacente à sua frente marítima e a execução das infraestruturas requeridas para o seu funcionamento, designadamente as vias de circulação rodoviárias e as redes de serviços. Der Bau von Zali befindet sich in einem Bereich der Hafenerweiterung. Die Durchführung des Projekts umfasst neben den jeweiligen technischen Durchführungsprojekten die Entfernung des im Arbeitsbereich hinterlegten Materials, die Ausbaggerung der 1. Errichtung des Beckens neben seiner maritimen Front und die Ausführung der für den Betrieb erforderlichen Infrastruktur, d. h. Straßen- und Dienstleistungsnetze. (German)
