Wsparciem zostanie objętych 19 osób- pracowników Urzędu Gminy w Ujsołach, zatrudnionych na umowę o pracę, w tym 16 kobiet. Cel główny: Zminimalizowanie zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka w Urzędzie Gminy w Ujsołach, poprzez realizację działań szkoleniowych oraz ponadstandardową modernizację stanowisk pracy 19 pracowników Urzędu. Termin realizacji: 01.09.2020 - 30.06.2021 Miejsce: Urząd Gminy w Ujsołach. Zadania: W ramach projektu przewidziano modernizację i poprawę ergonomiczności stanowisk pracy na których stwierdzono występowanie czynników ryzyka zdrowotnego (Zadanie 1) oraz przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla Pracowników (Zadanie 2). Wsparcie zostanie skierowane do pracowników Urzędu Gminy w Ujsołach, zatrudnionych na stanowiskach kierowniczych i urzędniczych oraz pomocnicznych, dla którego poprawi się możliwość kontynuacji zatrudnienia. Main objective: Minimising health risk factors in the Municipality Office in Ujsoły, through the implementation of training activities and the over-standard modernisation of the posts of 19 employees of the Office. Deadline for implementation: 01.09.2020-30.06.2021 Place: Commune office in Uysoły. Tasks: The project envisages modernising and improving the ergonomics of workplaces where health risk factors have been identified (Task 1) and providing training for Employees (Task 2). Support will be addressed to the staff of the Uysoły Municipality Office, who are employed in management and official positions and assisting staff, for whom the possibility of continuing employment will be improved. 19 personnes seront soutenues — des employés du bureau municipal d’Ujsoły, employés sur un contrat de travail, dont 16 femmes. Objectif principal: Réduire au minimum les facteurs de risque pour la santé au sein du bureau municipal d’Ujsoły, grâce à la mise en œuvre d’activités de formation et à la modernisation excessive des postes de 19 employés de l’Office. Date limite de mise en œuvre: 01.09.2020-30.06.2021 Lieu: Bureau communal à Uysoły. Tâches: Le projet envisage de moderniser et d’améliorer l’ergonomie des lieux de travail où des facteurs de risque pour la santé ont été identifiés (tâche 1) et d’offrir une formation aux employés (tâche 2). Un soutien sera apporté au personnel du bureau municipal d’Uysoły, qui occupe des postes de direction et de fonction publique et qui assiste le personnel, pour lequel la possibilité de poursuivre l’emploi sera améliorée. 19 Personen werden unterstützt – Mitarbeiter des Gemeindeamtes in Ujsoły, die mit einem Arbeitsvertrag beschäftigt sind, darunter 16 Frauen. Hauptziel: Minimierung von Gesundheitsrisikofaktoren im Gemeindeamt in Ujsoły durch die Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen und die übermäßige Modernisierung der Stellen von 19 Mitarbeitern des Amtes. Frist für die Umsetzung: 01.09.2020-30.06.2021 Ort: Gemeindeamt in Uysoły. Aufgaben: Das Projekt sieht die Modernisierung und Verbesserung der Ergonomie von Arbeitsplätzen vor, an denen Gesundheitsrisikofaktoren ermittelt wurden (Aufgabe 1) und Schulungsmaßnahmen für Arbeitnehmer (Aufgabe 2). Die Unterstützung wird an das Personal des Gemeindeamtes Uysoły gerichtet, das in leitenden und offiziellen Positionen beschäftigt ist und das Personal unterstützt, für das die Möglichkeit der Weiterbeschäftigung verbessert wird. Hoofddoelstelling: Het minimaliseren van gezondheidsrisicofactoren in het gemeentebureau in Ujsoły, door de uitvoering van opleidingsactiviteiten en de overmaatse modernisering van de posten van 19 werknemers van het Bureau. Uiterste datum voor de tenuitvoerlegging: 01.09.2020-30.06.2021 Plaats: Gemeentekantoor in Uysoły. Taken: Het project beoogt modernisering en verbetering van de ergonomie van werkplekken waar gezondheidsrisicofactoren zijn vastgesteld (taak 1) en het verstrekken van opleidingen voor werknemers (Task 2).
