Przedsięwzięcie zakłada kompleksową rewitalizację zabytkowego budynku (dawnego zajazdu) w Siennicy Różanej i stworzenie pierwszego w gminie centrum restauracyjno-konferencyjnego. Jego głównym celem jest poprawa warunków rozwoju gospodarczego i podniesienie komfortu życia na obszarze rewitalizacji Gminy Siennica Różana. Projekt stanowi element przedsięwzięcia rewitalizacyjnego uwzględnionego w lokalnym programie rewitalizacji pn. Rozbudowa budynku usługowego wraz z rewitalizacją dawnego zajazdu. Do głównych zadań projektu należą: promocja projektu, rewitalizacja zabytkowego budynku, zagospodarowanie terenu, zakup wyposażenia, przygotowanie kosztorysu inwestorskiego, nadzór inwestorski i zarządzanie projektem. W wyniku ich realizacji zabytkowy budynek zostanie odremontowany, dostosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych i przygotowany do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej (pow. użytkowa: 356,91 m2). Realizacja projektu pozwoli na rozwój działalności Wnioskodawcy i wprowadzenie na obszarze rewitalizacji nowych usług gastronomiczno-rekreacyjnych i związanych z organizacją szkoleń i konferencji. Odbiorcami projektu będą lokalni mieszkańcy (większa dostępność usług, nowe miejsce spotkań, poprawa jakości życia), turyści (nowa atrakcja turystyczna, możliwość skorzystania z usług gastronomiczno-rekreacyjnych) oraz przedsiębiorstwa i instytucje z regionu (możliwość organizacji szkoleń i konferencji, atrakcyjne miejsce spotkań biznesowych.). Szacuje się, że liczba osób korzystających z obiektu infrastruktury społeczno-kulturalnej/turystycznej będącego przedmiotem projektu wyniesie 5570 rocznie. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do odnowy i ochrony obiektu dziedzictwa kultury, poprawy dostępności do usług w gminie Siennica Różana, poprawy estetyki i atrakcyjności turystycznej obszaru rewitalizacji, stworzenia nowych miejsc pracy, podniesienia komfortu życia i bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców oraz ochrony środowiska (poprzez usunięcie wyrobów azbestowych z dachu budynku). The project involves a comprehensive revitalisation of the historic building (former auberge) in Siennica Różana and the creation of the first restaurant and conference centre in the commune. Its main goal is to improve the conditions of economic development and increase the comfort of life in the area of revitalisation of the municipality of Siennica Różana. The project is part of the revitalisation project included in the local revitalisation programme n. Expansion of the service building along with revitalisation of the old inn. The main tasks of the project include: project promotion, revitalisation of the historic building, land development, purchase of equipment, preparation of the investor’s estimate, investor supervision and project management. As a result of their implementation, the historic building will be renovated, adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and prepared to conduct business activities (referred to: 356,91 m²). The implementation of the project will allow the development of the applicant’s activities and the introduction in the area of revitalisation of new catering and recreational services and related to the organisation of trainings and conferences. The recipients of the project will be local residents (increased availability of services, new meeting place, improvement of quality of life), tourists (new tourist attraction, possibility of using catering and recreational services) and companies and institutions from the region (possibility of organising trainings and conferences, attractive business meeting place). The number of people using the project’s socio-cultural/tourist infrastructure is estimated to be 5570 per year. The implementation of the project will contribute to the renewal and protection of the cultural heritage site, improve accessibility to services in the municipality of Siennica Różana, improve the aesthetics and attractiveness of the tourist regeneration area, create new jobs, improve the comfort of life and safety of residents and protect the environment (by removing asbestos products from the roof of the building). Le projet comprend une revitalisation complète du bâtiment historique (ancienne auberge) de Siennica Różana et la création du premier restaurant et centre de conférences de la commune. Son objectif principal est d’améliorer les conditions de développement économique et le confort de vie dans la zone de revitalisation de la municipalité de Siennica Różana. Le projet fait partie d’un projet de revitalisation inclus dans le programme local de revitalisation intitulé Extension du bâtiment de service avec revitalisation de l’ancienne auberge. Les principales tâches du projet sont les suivantes: promotion du projet, revitalisation du bâtiment historique, aménagement du terrain, achat d’équipement, préparation de l’estimation des coûts de l’investisseur, supervision des investisseurs et gestion du projet. Grâce à leur mise en œuvre, le bâtiment historique sera rénové, adapté aux besoins des personnes handicapées et préparé à la conduite d’activités commerciales (utilisable: 356,91 m²). La mise en œuvre du projet permettra le développement des activités de la requérante et l’introduction dans le domaine de la revitalisation de nouveaux services de restauration et de loisirs et liés à l’organisation de formations et de conférences. Les bénéficiaires du projet seront les résidents locaux (accessibilité accrue des services, nouveau lieu de rencontre, amélioration de la qualité de vie), les touristes (nouvelle attraction touristique, possibilité d’utiliser des services de restauration et de loisirs) et les entreprises et institutions de la région (possibilité d’organiser des formations et des conférences, lieu attrayant de réunions d’affaires). On estime que le nombre de personnes utilisant l’installation socioculturelle/tourisme couverte par le projet sera de 5570 par an. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à la restauration et à la protection du site du patrimoine culturel, à l’amélioration de l’accessibilité aux services dans la municipalité de Siennica Różana, à l’amélioration de l’esthétique et de l’attractivité touristique de la zone de revitalisation, à la création de nouveaux emplois, à l’amélioration du bien-être et de la sécurité des résidents et à la protection de l’environnement (en supprimant les produits d’amiante du toit du bâtiment). Das Projekt umfasst eine umfassende Revitalisierung des historischen Gebäudes (ehemalige Gaststätte) in Siennica Różana und die Schaffung des ersten Restaurant- und Konferenzzentrums in der Gemeinde. Sein Hauptziel ist es, die Bedingungen für die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung zu verbessern und den Komfort des Lebens im Revitalisierungsgebiet der Gemeinde Siennica Różana zu verbessern. Das Projekt ist Teil eines Revitalisierungsprojekts, das im lokalen Revitalisierungsprogramm mit dem Titel Erweiterung des Servicegebäudes mit Revitalisierung des ehemaligen Gasthauses. Die Hauptaufgaben des Projekts sind: Projektförderung, Revitalisierung des historischen Gebäudes, Grundstücksentwicklung, Beschaffung von Ausrüstung, Vorbereitung der Kostenschätzung des Investors, Investorenaufsicht und Projektmanagement. Infolge ihrer Umsetzung wird das historische Gebäude saniert, an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepasst und auf die Durchführung von Geschäftstätigkeiten vorbereitet (verwendbar: 356,91 m²). Die Durchführung des Projekts wird die Entwicklung der Tätigkeiten des Antragstellers und die Einführung im Bereich der Wiederbelebung neuer Catering- und Freizeitdienstleistungen und im Zusammenhang mit der Organisation von Schulungen und Konferenzen ermöglichen. Empfänger des Projekts sind die Anwohner (bessere Zugänglichkeit von Dienstleistungen, neuer Treffpunkt, Verbesserung der Lebensqualität), Touristen (neue Touristenattraktion, Möglichkeit der Inanspruchnahme von Verpflegungs- und Erholungsdienstleistungen) sowie Unternehmen und Institutionen aus der Region (Möglichkeit der Organisation von Schulungen und Konferenzen, attraktiver Ort der Geschäftstreffen). Es wird geschätzt, dass die Zahl der Personen, die die soziokulturelle/touristische Einrichtung des Projekts nutzen, 5570 pro Jahr beträgt. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, die Stätte des Kulturerbes wiederherzustellen und zu schützen, den Zugang zu Dienstleistungen in der Gemeinde Siennica Różana zu verbessern, die Ästhetik und die touristische Attraktivität des Revitalisierungsgebiets zu verbessern, neue Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen, das Wohlbefinden und die Sicherheit der Bewohner zu verbessern und die Umwelt zu schützen (durch das Entfernen von Asbestprodukten vom Dach des Gebäudes). Het project omvat een uitgebreide revitalisering van het historische gebouw (voormalig herberg) in Siennica Różana en de oprichting van het eerste restaurant en conferentiecentrum in de gemeente. Het belangrijkste doel is het verbeteren van de voorwaarden voor economische ontwikkeling en het verbeteren van het comfort van het leven in het revitaliseringsgebied van de gemeente Siennica Różana. Het project maakt deel uit van een revitaliseringsproject dat deel uitmaakt van het lokale revitaliseringsprogramma. Uitbreiding van het servicegebouw met revitalisering van de voormalige herberg. De belangrijkste taken van het project zijn: projectbevordering, revitalisering van het historische gebouw, grondontwikkeling, aankoop van apparatuur, voorbereiding van de kostenraming van de investeerder, toezicht van de investeerder en projectbeheer. De uitvoering van het project zal bijdragen tot het herstel en de bescherming van het cultureel erfgoed, het verbeteren van de toegankelijkheid van diensten in de gemeente Siennica Różana, het verbeteren van de esthetiek en de toeristische aantrekkelijkheid van het revitalisatiegebied, het scheppen van nieuwe banen, het verbeteren van het welzijn en de veiligheid van de bewoners en de bescherming van het milieu (door asbestproducten van het dak van het gebouw te verwijderen).
