Celem projektu jest zapewnienie niezbędnych zasobów ludzkich do sprawnej realizacji zadań Instytucji Pośredniczącej i Instytucji Wdrażających w ramach II osi priorytetowej POIiŚ 2014-2020. W ramach projektu zostaną sfinansowane wynagrodzenia osobowe (wraz z pochodnymi finansowanymi przez pracodawcę: ZUS i Fundusz Pracy), w tym: wynagrodzenia zasadnicze, dodatki stażowe, dodatki za stopień służbowy, dodatki zadaniowe, nagrody przewidziane w regulaminach wynagrodzeń MŚ, NFOŚiGW i CKPŚ, nagrody specjalne dla pracowników zaangażowanych w realizację polityki spójności w perspektywie finansowej 2014-2020. Pozwoli to na utrzymanie warunków pracy oraz poziomu zatrudnienia w instytucjach gwarantujący sprawną realizację polityki spójności. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to provide the necessary human resources for the efficient implementation of the tasks of the Intermediary and Implementing Institutions under the OPI priority axis II 2014-2020. The project will finance personal salaries (including derivatives financed by the employer: ZUS and the Labour Fund), including: basic salaries, traineeship allowances, grade allowances, performance allowances, prizes provided for in the remuneration rules of the SME, NFOŚiGW and CSC, special prizes for staff involved in the implementation of cohesion policy in the financial perspective 2014-2020. This will maintain working conditions and the level of employment in the institutions guaranteeing the smooth implementation of cohesion policy. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de fournir les ressources humaines nécessaires à la bonne exécution des tâches de l’organisme intermédiaire et des organismes d’exécution relevant de l’axe prioritaire II du BPR 2014-2020. Le projet financera les salaires personnels (y compris les produits dérivés financés par l’employeur: ZUS et Fonds du travail), dont: les salaires de base, les indemnités de stage, les indemnités de grade, les indemnités de mission, les prix prévus dans les règlements de rémunération du ministère de l’environnement, du NFOŚiGW et du CKPŚ, prix spéciaux pour le personnel participant à la mise en œuvre de la politique de cohésion dans les perspectives financières 2014-2020. Cela garantira le maintien des conditions de travail et des effectifs dans les institutions afin d’assurer la bonne mise en œuvre de la politique de cohésion. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die personellen Ressourcen bereitzustellen, die für die reibungslose Durchführung der Aufgaben der zwischengeschalteten Stelle und der Durchführungsstellen im Rahmen der Prioritätsachse II der OPI & E 2014-2020 erforderlich sind. Das Projekt finanziert persönliche Löhne (einschließlich Derivate, die vom Arbeitgeber finanziert werden: ZUS und Arbeitsfonds), davon: Grundgehälter, Praktikumszulagen, Besoldungsgruppenzulagen, Aufgabenzulagen, Preise gemäß den Vergütungsvorschriften des Umweltministeriums, der NFOŚiGW und des CKPŚ, Sonderpreise für Mitarbeiter, die an der Umsetzung der Kohäsionspolitik in der Finanziellen Vorausschau 2014-2020 beteiligt sind. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass die Arbeitsbedingungen und die Personalausstattung in den Institutionen aufrechterhalten werden, um die reibungslose Umsetzung der Kohäsionspolitik zu gewährleisten. Het project heeft tot doel de nodige personele middelen ter beschikking te stellen voor een vlotte uitvoering van de taken van het intermediair orgaan en de uitvoeringsorganen in het kader van prioritaire as II van OPI & E 2014-2020. Het project financiert persoonlijke lonen (met inbegrip van derivaten die door de werkgever worden gefinancierd: ZUS en Arbeidsfonds), waarvan: basissalarissen, stagetoelagen, rangtoelagen, taaktoelagen, prijzen waarin is voorzien in de bezoldigingsregeling van het ministerie van Milieu, de NFOŚiGW en de CKPŚ, speciale prijzen voor personeel dat betrokken is bij de uitvoering van het cohesiebeleid in de financiële vooruitzichten 2014-2020. Dit zal ervoor zorgen dat de arbeidsomstandigheden en het personeelsbestand in de instellingen worden gehandhaafd om een soepele uitvoering van het cohesiebeleid te waarborgen. (Dutch)
