Das Projekt soll die Teilnehmenden zu einem anerkannten Berufsabschluss im Bereich Gesundheit/Erziehung bzw. zu einer entsprechenden Teilqualifikation führen. Hierfür beinhaltet das Konzept ein modular aufgebautes und individuell gestaltetes Betreuungs- und Qualifizierungsprogramm, das auch für eine Erstausbildung oder Umschulung für Erzieher/innen, am Standort Pinneberg der WAK Elmshorn, vorgesehen ist. Beim Kooperationspartner AGS, Standort Itzehoe, werden analog Teilabschlüsse in der Altenpflege, z. B. Betreuungs- oder Pflegeassistent angeboten. Hiermit werden am Markt nachgefragte Qualifizierungen für Helfertätigkeiten erreicht und der Weg für berufliche Weiterqualifizierung eröffnet. (German)

The project will lead the participants to a recognised professional qualification in the field of health/education or to a corresponding partial qualification. For this purpose, the concept includes a modular and individually designed support and qualification programme, which is also intended for initial training or retraining for educators, at the Pinneberg site of the WAK Elmshorn. At the cooperation partner AGS, location Itzehoe, partial degrees are offered in the care of the elderly, e.g. care assistant or nursing assistant. Le projet vise à amener les participants à une qualification professionnelle reconnue dans le domaine de la santé/éducation ou à une qualification partielle correspondante. Pour ce faire, le concept comprend un programme de formation et de qualification modulaire et individualisé, qui est également prévu pour une formation initiale ou une reconversion pour les éducateurs, sur le site de Pinneberg de la WAK Elmshorn. Le partenaire de coopération AGS, site d’Itzehoe, propose par analogie des diplômes partiels dans le domaine des soins aux personnes âgées, par exemple un assistant d’encadrement ou de soins. Cela permet d’obtenir les qualifications demandées sur le marché pour les activités d’aide et ouvre la voie au perfectionnement professionnel. (French)
