Unser Bildungsangebot „Fit für die Zukunft“ nimmt den Teilnehmer in den Fokus, so dass die Stärkung des Inhaftierten bzgl. seiner persönlichen Neuausrichtung - den Neuanfang nach der Haft engagiert und leistungsbereit mitzugestalten- unterstützt wird. Um die Chancen für eine berufliche Integration nach Haftentlassung zu erhöhen, qualifizieren wir deshalb in unserem Projekt 40 Teilnehmer in 3 Pflichtmodulen wie berufliche soziale Kompetenzen, Bewerbungstraining und das Training von den Basisfertigkeiten Mathe, Deutsch und EDV. Die Teilnehmer erreichen einen Zugewinn an fachlichen und sozialen Kompetenzen sowie die zwingend erforderlichen beruflichen Schlüsselqualifikationen. Unser Angebot zur beruflichen Qualifizierung zielt darauf ab, den Teilnehmer bis zur Wiedereingliederung so zu begleiten, dass ein fließendes ineinander Übergehen in ein Berufs- und Alltagsleben realisiert wird. Die Qualifizierung der Teilnehmer erfolgt unter Anwendung didaktisch methodischer Prinzipien des Erwachsenenlernens und wird durch fakultative Handlungsfelder wie Sport- und Gartenarbeit ergänzt. Our educational offer “Fit for the Future” puts the participant in the focus, so that the strengthening of the detainee’s personal realignment — the new beginning after detention is committed and ready to help shape — is supported. In order to increase the chances for professional integration after release from prison, we therefore qualify 40 participants in 3 compulsory modules such as professional social skills, application training and the training of basic skills math, German and IT. The participants achieve an increase in professional and social skills as well as the required professional key qualifications. Our vocational qualification offer aims to accompany the participant until reintegration in such a way that a fluid transition into a professional and everyday life is realised. The qualification of the participants is done by applying didactically methodological principles of adult learning and is supplemented by optional fields of action such as sports and gardening. Notre offre de formation «Fit pour l’avenir» met l’accent sur le participant, de sorte que le renforcement du détenu en ce qui concerne sa réorientation personnelle — le nouveau départ après l’arrestation est engagé et prêt à l’emploi — est soutenu. Pour augmenter les chances d’intégration professionnelle après la libération, nous qualifions 40 participants dans 3 modules obligatoires tels que les compétences sociales professionnelles, la formation à la demande et la formation des compétences de base Mathe, Allemand et Informatique. Les participants obtiennent un atout en termes de compétences professionnelles et sociales, ainsi que les qualifications professionnelles clés indispensables. Notre offre de qualification professionnelle a pour but d’accompagner le participant jusqu’à sa réintégration, de manière à réaliser une transition fluide dans une vie professionnelle et quotidienne. La qualification des participants s’effectue par l’application de principes méthodologiques didactiques de l’apprentissage des adultes et est complétée par des domaines d’action facultatifs tels que le sport et le jardinage.
