Zakres inwestycji: modernizacja systemu oświetlenia Gminy polegająca na wymianie opraw sodowych, żarowych i rtęciowych na oprawy LED. Istniejące oprawy LED pozostają. Zakres projektu: wymiana oświetlenia poza obszarem objętym LPR w miejscowościach Wólka Sobieszyńska, Podlodówka, Osmolice, Kolonia Białki, Wąwolnica, Zosin I, Zosin II, Żabianka, Korzeniów, Białki Górne, Białki Dolne, budowa oświetlenia poza obszarem objętym LPR w miejscowości Podlodówka, budowa i wymiana oświetlenia na obszarze LPR w miejscowościach Ułęż, Sobieszyn. Łącznie wymieniowych zostanie 229 opraw i zamontowanych 38. Grupą docelową będą mieszkańcy Gminy Ułęż. Zakres projektu wynika z aktualnego planu gospodarki niskoemisyjnej przyjętego U C H W A Ł Ą Nr XII/60/15 Rady Gminy Ułęż z dnia 29 grudnia 2015 r. w sprawie: przyjęcia "Planu gospodarki niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Ułęż na lata 2015-2020". Projekt zakłada budowę oświetlenia na obszarze objętym Lokalnym Programem Rewitalizacji. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych - 156 Mg/rok, liczba wspartych energooszczędnych punktów świetlnych - 267 szt. Wnioskodawca zobowiązuje się do monitorowania na etapie wdrażania i udostępniania jako informacji dodatkowej w rocznym sprawozdaniu monitoringowym zmniejszenia zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektu oraz ilości zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej. Scope of investment: modernisation of the municipal lighting system consisting of replacing sodium, incandescent and mercury luminaires with LED luminaires. Existing LED luminaires remain. Scope of the project: replacement of lighting outside the LPR area in Wólka Sobieszyńska, Podlodówka, Osmolice, Białki Cologne, Wąśnica, Zosin I, Zosin II, Żabianka, Korzeniów, Białki Górne, Białki Dolne, construction of lighting outside the LPR area in Podlodówka, construction and replacement of lighting in the LPR area in Ułęż, Sobieszyn. A total of 229 luminaires and 38 luminaires will be replaced. The target group will be the inhabitants of the Ułęż Commune. The scope of the project follows from the current low-carbon economy plan adopted by U C H W A ŁĄ No XII/60/15 of the Ułęż Municipal Council of 29 December 2015 on: adoption of the Low-Economic Plan for the Municipality of Ułęż 2015-2020. The project involves the construction of lighting in the area covered by the Local Revitalisation Programme. Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions – 156 Mg/year, number of energy-efficient light points supported – 267 pcs. The applicant undertakes to monitor during the implementation phase and make available as additional information in the annual monitoring report the reduction in final energy consumption as a result of the project and the amount of electricity saved. Les luminaires LED existants demeurent. Le champ d’application du projet découle de l’actuel plan d’économie à faible intensité de carbone adopté par le conseil municipal d’Ułęż le 29 décembre 2015 par le conseil municipal d’Ułęż, le 29 décembre 2015: adoption du plan économique bas pour la municipalité d’Ułęż 2015-2020. Le projet porte sur la construction d’éclairage dans la zone couverte par le programme de revitalisation locale. Réduction annuelle estimée des émissions de gaz à effet de serre — 156 Mg/an, nombre de points lumineux économes en énergie soutenus — 267 pièces. Le demandeur s’engage à surveiller pendant la phase de mise en œuvre et à mettre à disposition, en tant qu’informations complémentaires dans le rapport annuel de suivi, la réduction de la consommation finale d’énergie résultant du projet et la quantité d’électricité économisée. Umfang der Investitionen: Modernisierung des kommunalen Beleuchtungssystems, bestehend aus dem Austausch von Natrium-, Glüh- und Quecksilberleuchten durch LED-Leuchten. Bestehende LED-Leuchten bleiben bestehen. Umfang des Projekts: Ersatz der Beleuchtung außerhalb des LPR-Bereichs in Wólka Sobieszyńska, Podlodówka, Osmolice, Białki Köln, Wąśnica, Zosin I, Zosin II, Żabianka, Korzeniów, Białki Górne, Białki Dolne, Bau von Beleuchtung außerhalb des LPR-Gebiets in Podlodówka, Bau und Ersatz der Beleuchtung im LPR-Bereich in Ułęż, Sobieszyn. Insgesamt werden 229 Leuchten und 38 Leuchten ersetzt. Zielgruppe sind die Einwohner der Gemeinde Ułęż. Der Umfang des Projekts ergibt sich aus dem derzeitigen Plan zur CO2-armen Wirtschaft, der von der U C H W A Ł Łē Nr. XII/60/15 des Gemeinderates Ułęż vom 29. Dezember 2015 angenommen wurde: Annahme des Niedrigökonomischen Plans für die Gemeinde Ułęż 2015-2020. Das Projekt umfasst den Bau von Beleuchtung in dem vom Programm zur Lokalen Revitalisierung abgedeckten Bereich. Geschätzte jährliche Verringerung der Treibhausgasemissionen – 156 Mg/Jahr, Anzahl der unterstützten energieeffizienten Lichtpunkte – 267 Stk. Der Antragsteller verpflichtet sich, während der Durchführungsphase zu überwachen und im jährlichen Überwachungsbericht die Verringerung des Endenergieverbrauchs infolge des Projekts und die eingesparte Strommenge als zusätzliche Informationen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
