Celem projektu jest poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy grupy 150 pracujących na niekorzystnych warunkach mieszkańców województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego w wieku 15-29 lat. W grupie docelowej znajdą się osoby, których zarobki w ujęciu miesięcznym nie przekraczają minimalnego wynagrodzenia za pracę lub zamieszkujące w gospodarstwie domowym, w którym dochody (z wyłączeniem transferów socjalnych), przypadające na jedną osobę nie przekraczają kryteriów dochodowych ustalonych w oparciu o próg interwencji socjalnej, a także osoby zatrudnione na umowach krótkoterminowych lub w ramach umów cywilno-prawnych, których miesięczne zarobki nie przekraczają 120% wysokości minimalnego wynagrodzenia. Szczególny nacisk zostanie położony na wsparcie osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami i niepełnosprawnościami.Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej ścieżki dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje zawodowe, uzyskać uprawnienia zawodowe lub zdobyć kompetencje, kończąc na pośrednictwie pracy i lepszym zatrudnieniu).Realizacja projektu zakończy się w czerwcu 2022 roku. The aim of the project is to improve the situation on the labour market of a group of 150 working under unfavourable conditions of residents of Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship aged 15-29. The target group will include people whose monthly earnings do not exceed the minimum wage or who live in a household where income (excluding social transfers) per person does not exceed the income criteria established on the basis of the social intervention threshold, as well as persons employed under short-term contracts or under civil-law contracts whose monthly earnings do not exceed 120 % of the minimum wage. Special emphasis will be placed on supporting people with low qualifications and disabilities.The project provides for a comprehensive and personalised approach to each participant, offering a wide range of forms of support (from career guidance and establishing an individual career path, through courses and trainings to acquire professional qualifications, gain professional qualifications or acquire competences, ending with job placement and better employment).The project will be completed in June 2022. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la situation sur le marché du travail d’un groupe de 150 personnes travaillant dans des conditions défavorables de résidents de la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie âgés de 15 à 29 ans. Le groupe cible comprend les personnes dont les revenus mensuels ne dépassent pas le salaire minimum ou qui vivent dans un ménage où les revenus (hors transferts sociaux) par personne ne dépassent pas les critères de revenu établis sur la base du seuil d’intervention sociale, ainsi que les personnes employées dans le cadre de contrats à court terme ou de contrats de droit civil dont les revenus mensuels ne dépassent pas 120 % du salaire minimum. Un accent particulier sera mis sur le soutien aux personnes peu qualifiées et handicapées.Le projet prévoit une approche globale et personnalisée pour chaque participant, offrant un large éventail de formes de soutien (de l’orientation professionnelle à l’établissement d’un parcours de carrière individuel, en passant par des cours et des formations pour acquérir des qualifications professionnelles, acquérir des qualifications professionnelles ou acquérir des compétences, se terminant par un placement professionnel et un meilleur emploi).Le projet sera achevé en juin 2022. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Arbeitsmarktsituation einer Gruppe von 150 Personen unter ungünstigen Bedingungen der Woiwodschaft Warmińsko-Mazurskie im Alter von 15 bis 29 Jahren zu verbessern. Die Zielgruppe umfasst Personen, deren Monatsverdienst den Mindestlohn nicht übersteigt oder in einem Haushalt lebt, in dem das Einkommen (ohne Sozialleistungen) pro Person die auf der Grundlage der Sozialinterventionsschwelle festgelegten Einkommenskriterien nicht überschreitet, sowie Personen, die kurzfristige Verträge oder zivilrechtliche Verträge ausüben, deren Monatsverdienst 120 % des Mindestlohns nicht übersteigt. Besonderes Augenmerk wird auf die Unterstützung von Menschen mit geringer Qualifikation und Behinderungen gelegt.Das Projekt sieht einen umfassenden und personalisierten Ansatz für jeden Teilnehmer vor, der eine breite Palette von Formen der Unterstützung bietet (von der Berufsberatung über die Einführung eines individuellen Karrierewegs, über Kurse und Schulungen bis hin zum Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen, Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen oder Erwerb von Kompetenzen bis hin zu Stellenvermittlung und besseren Beschäftigung).Das Projekt wird im Juni 2022 abgeschlossen.
