Partiendo del "Diagnóstico de la Zona de Especial Actuación del Asentamiento Chabolista del El Vacie" realizado en 2016, así como del censo del asentamiento ya elaborado; mediante la actuación integral y coordinada de cuatro áreas ejecutoras del Ayuntamiento de Sevilla ( DG de Patrimonio, DG de Acción Social, Coordinación General de Habitat Urbano y DG de Empleo) se implementará el Plan Integral del Vacie con los siguientes objetivos: a) Lograr mejorar las condiciones de vida de las personas que viven actualmente en el asentamiento (Población en situación de exclusión social) y b) transformación del espacio ocupado por el asentamiento, permitiendo la recuperación como zona verde para el área DUSI. Based on the ‘Diagnosis of the Area of Special Action of the Chabolist Settlement of El Vacie’ carried out in 2016, as well as the census of the settlement already established; through the comprehensive and coordinated action of four implementing areas of the Seville City Council (DG Heritage, DG for Social Action, General Coordination of Urban Habitat and DG Employment) the Integral Plan of Vacie will be implemented with the following objectives: improve the living conditions of the people currently living in the settlement (population in a situation of social exclusion) and (b) the transformation of the space occupied by the settlement, allowing recovery as a green zone for the DUSI area. Sur la base du «Diagnostic of the Area of Special Action of the Chabolist Settlement of El Vacie» effectué en 2016, ainsi que du recensement de la colonie déjà établi; grâce à l’action globale et coordonnée de quatre zones de mise en œuvre du conseil municipal de Séville (DG Patrimoine, DG Action sociale, coordination générale de l’habitat urbain et DG Emploi), le plan intégré de Vacie sera mis en œuvre avec les objectifs suivants: améliorer les conditions de vie des personnes vivant actuellement dans l’établissement (population en situation d’exclusion sociale) et (b) la transformation de l’espace occupé par l’établissement, permettant le rétablissement en tant que zone verte pour la zone DUSI. Auf der Grundlage der 2016 durchgeführten „Diagnose des Sonderaktionsbereichs der Chabolistensiedlung von El Vacie“ sowie der Zählung der bereits eingerichteten Siedlung; durch die umfassende und koordinierte Aktion von vier Durchführungsbereichen des Stadtrates von Sevilla (GD Kulturerbe, GD Soziale Maßnahmen, allgemeine Koordinierung des städtischen Habitats und der GD Beschäftigung) wird der integrierte Plan von Vacie mit folgenden Zielen umgesetzt: Verbesserung der Lebensbedingungen der Menschen, die derzeit in der Siedlung leben (Bevölkerung in einer Situation der sozialen Ausgrenzung) und b) die Umgestaltung des von der Siedlung bewohnten Raums, so dass sich die Erholung als grüne Zone für das DUSI-Gebiet ermöglicht.
