Celem projektu jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia w terminie 1.8.2017-31.8.2018r u 46uczestników projektu(w tym 28K) poprzez objęcie ich kompleksowym wsparciem, obejmującym diagnozę, identyfikację potrzeb, IPD, poradnictwo zaw. i pośred. pracy,wsparcie psychologa szkolenia i staże - wybrane i zastosowane zg ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i wytyczonej ścieżką rozwoju zawodowego(IPD), co umożliwi wejście/powrót tych os. na rynek pracy Zadania przewidziane w pr.: -Identyfikacja potrzeb uczestników pr. oraz opracowanie/aktualizacja dla każdego UP IPD -Doradztwo i poradnictwo zawodowe oraz pośrednictwo pracy -Wsparcie psychologiczno-doradcze -Szkolenia zawodowe -Staże zawodowe Grupę docelową stanowi 46osób(w tym 28 K) w wieku powyżej 50 r.ż. zamieszkujących w roz. przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarze subreg.olsztyńskiego(powiaty: bartoszycki, kętrzyński, lidzbarski, mrągowski,nidzicki, olsztyński, szczycieński oraz m. Olsztyn) należących do następujących grup: osoby bezrobotne, nieaktywne/bierne zawodowo. Wśród uczestników projektu(UP) os.bierne zawodowo będą stanowiły co najmniej 25%(min.12os.), os.bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w urzędach pracy–co najmniej 20%(min.10os), os.bezrobotne zarejestrowane w urzędach pracy -nie więcej niż 55%(max.24os) Gł.efektem realizacji jest osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla os.w wieku 50+ 33%. W pr. wykorzystane będzie innowacyjne narzędzie PROFIL wypracowane w ramach pr. Profilowanie bezrobotnych jako instrument wydłużania aktywności zaw.gr.wymagających szczeg.wsparcia(UDA-POKL.06.01.01-04-118/10-00), gł. celem narz. jest ułatwianie wczesnej i precyzyjnej identyfikacji os.szczeg.zagrożonych długotrwałym bezrob.i wskazanie, który z typów szk.zawodowych najbardziej skraca przewidywany okres pozostawania bez pracy (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employability between 1.8.2017-31.8.2018 for 46 project participants (including 28K) by providing them with comprehensive support, including diagnosis, identification of needs, IPD, job guidance, training psychologist support and internships – selected and applied according to diagnosed needs and path of professional development (IPD), which will enable these people to enter/return to the labour market. —Identification of the needs of participants and elaboration/updating for each UP IPD -Advice and guidance as well as employment intermediation – Psychological and advisory support – Vocational training -Professional traineeship The target group consists of 46 persons (including 28 K) aged over 50 years living in the provisions of the Civil Code in the area of subreg.olsztyn (written: Bartoszycki, Ketrzyn, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn, Olsztyn and M. Olsztyn) belonging to the following groups: unemployed, inactive/professional. Among the participants of the project(UP) employees will be at least 25 % (min.12 people), unemployed persons not registered in employment offices – at least 20 %(min.10os), unemployed persons registered in employment offices – not more than 55 %(max.24os) The result of the implementation is the achievement of the employment efficiency ratio for people aged 50 + 33 %. The innovative PROFIL tool developed within the framework will be used. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer l’employabilité entre le 1.8.2017 et le 31.8.2018 auprès de 46 participants au projet (dont 28K) en les couvrant avec un soutien complet, y compris le diagnostic, l’identification des besoins, la DPI, le conseil et le travail, le soutien à la formation de psychologues et les stages — sélectionnés et appliqués en fonction des besoins diagnostiqués et du parcours de développement professionnel (DPI), ce qui permettra l’entrée/le retour de ces personnes sur le marché du travail. —Identification des besoins des participants et préparation/mise à jour pour chaque IPD UP -Conseil professionnel et conseil et médiation professionnelle — Soutien psychologique et conseil — Formation professionnelle — Les placements professionnels du groupe cible sont de 46 personnes (dont 28 K) âgées de plus de 50 ans vivant dans le sous-reg.olsztynski (districts: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn, Peak et Olsztyn) appartenant aux groupes suivants: chômeurs, inactifs/professionnels. Parmi les participants au projet (UP), les personnes ayant un diplôme professionnel représentent au moins 25 % (min.12 personnes), les chômeurs non inscrits dans les bureaux pour l’emploi — au moins 20 % (min. 10o), les chômeurs inscrits dans les bureaux pour l’emploi — pas plus de 55 % (max.24o). L’effet principal de la mise en œuvre est d’atteindre le taux d’efficacité de l’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 50 ans + 33 %. L’outil innovant PROFIL développé dans le cadre du projet sera utilisé. Le profilage des chômeurs en tant qu’instrument de prolongation des activités nécessitant un soutien particulier (UDA-POKL.06.01.01-04-118/10-00), l’objectif principal de cet outil est de faciliter l’identification précoce et précise des personnes exposées au risque de chômage de longue durée et d’indiquer quels types de professionnels réduisent le plus la période de chômage escomptée. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zwischen dem 1.8.2017 und dem 31.8.2018 in 46 Projektteilnehmern(einschließlich 28K) zu verbessern, indem sie umfassend unterstützt werden, einschließlich Diagnose, Bedarfsermittlung, IPD, Beratung und Arbeit, Unterstützung für Psychologenausbildung und Praktika – ausgewählt und angewandt nach diagnostiziertem Bedarf und beruflicher Entwicklung (IPD), die den Eintritt/Rückgang dieser Personen in den Arbeitsmarkt ermöglichen, die in folgenden Bereichen vorgesehen sind: —Identifizierung der Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer und Vorbereitung/Aktualisierung für jede IPD UP -Berufsberatung und -beratung und Arbeitsvermittlung – Psychologische und beratende Unterstützung – Berufsausbildung – Zielgruppe sind 46 Personen (darunter 28 K) im Zivilgesetzbuch im Gebiet subreg.olsztynski (Kreis: Bartoszycki, Kętrzyński, Lidzbarski, Herrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn, Peak und Olsztyn) gehören zu folgenden Gruppen: arbeitslos, nicht erwerbstätig/professionell. Unter den Teilnehmern des Projekts (UP) entfallen mindestens 25 % (mind. 12 Personen), Arbeitslose, die nicht in den Arbeitsämtern registriert sind – mindestens 20 % (mind. 10), in Arbeitsämtern registrierte Arbeitslose – nicht mehr als 55 % (max. 24os). Haupteffekt der Umsetzung ist die Erreichung der Beschäftigungseffizienzquote für Personen im Alter von 50 + 33 %. Das im Rahmen des Projekts entwickelte innovative PROFIL-Tool wird eingesetzt. Profiling von Arbeitslosen als Instrument zur Verlängerung von Tätigkeiten, die eine besondere Unterstützung erfordern (UDA-POKL.06.01.01-04-118/10-00), ist das Hauptziel des Instruments darin, die frühzeitige und präzise Identifizierung von Personen zu erleichtern, die von Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit bedroht sind, und anzugeben, welche der Arten von Berufstätigen die erwartete Dauer der Arbeitslosigkeit am stärksten verringert (German)
