Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja Domu Ludowego w Rybarzowicach, w szczególności sali okolicznościowej wraz z zapleczem. Zmodernizowana sala z zapleczem będzie stanowiła bazę lokalową do organizacji różnego rodzaju zajęć i usług w zakresie wzrostu dostępności i jakości usług społecznych. Projekt obejmuje modernizację sali okolicznościowej, sanitariatów, szatni, korytarzy klatki schodowej, malowanie dachu i elewacji budynku, montaż kamer na budynku, zakup i montaż dźwigu w celu dostosowania sali do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. W ramach projektu zaplanowano również zagospodarowanie terenu wokół budynku poprzez budowę chodników, małej architektury, urządzenie zieleni. Celem projektu jest aktywizacja społeczno - gospodarcza ludności zamieszkującej teren rewitalizowany. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the modernisation of the People’s House in Rybarzowice, in particular the occasional hall with the back room. The modernised room with facilities will serve as a basis for organising various types of activities and services in terms of increasing accessibility and quality of social services. The project includes modernisation of the occasional room, sanitary facilities, locker room, hallways of staircase, roof painting and facade of the building, installation of cameras on the building, purchase and assembly of a crane in order to adapt the room to the needs of people with disabilities. The project also planned to develop the area around the building through the construction of sidewalks, small architecture, and a green device. The aim of the project is to activate the socio-economic activity of the population living in the revitalised area. (English)

L’objet du projet est la modernisation de la Maison du Peuple à Rybarzowice, en particulier la salle occasionnelle avec les installations. La salle modernisée avec le back office constituera une base pour l’organisation de diverses activités et services en termes d’augmentation de la disponibilité et de la qualité des services sociaux. Le projet comprend la modernisation de la salle commémorative, des installations sanitaires, des vestiaires, des couloirs d’escaliers, de la peinture sur le toit et des façades du bâtiment, l’installation de caméras sur le bâtiment, l’achat et l’installation d’une grue pour adapter la pièce aux besoins des personnes handicapées. Le projet prévoyait également le développement de la zone autour du bâtiment par la construction de trottoirs, de petites architectures, de verdure. L’objectif du projet est l’activation socio-économique de la population vivant dans la région revitalisée. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Modernisierung des Volkshauses in Rybarzowice, insbesondere der gelegentliche Raum mit den Einrichtungen. Der modernisierte Raum mit dem Backoffice wird eine Basis für die Organisation verschiedener Aktivitäten und Dienstleistungen im Hinblick auf die Erhöhung der Verfügbarkeit und Qualität der sozialen Dienstleistungen sein. Das Projekt umfasst die Modernisierung der Gedenkhalle, Sanitäranlagen, Garderoben, Treppenflure, Dachmalerei und Fassaden des Gebäudes, Installation von Kameras auf dem Gebäude, Kauf und Installation eines Krans, um den Raum an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen anzupassen. Das Projekt plante auch die Erschließung des Bereichs rund um das Gebäude durch den Bau von Gehsteige, kleine Architektur, Grün. Ziel des Projekts ist die sozioökonomische Aktivierung der Bevölkerung, die im Revitalisierungsgebiet lebt. (German)
