Projekt zakłada upowszechnienie edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Smętowo Graniczne dla dzieci w wieku 3-5 lat poprzez utworzenie 20 dodatkowych, trwałych, miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w OWP w Smętowie Granicznym filia w Kopytkowie z jednoczesnym podniesieniem jakości edukacji przedszkolnej poprzez rozszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej oraz realizację zajęć ukierunkowanych na rozwój kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy. Ponadto projekt przewiduje wsparcie dla 4 n-li w zakresie doskonalenia umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych w zakresie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb edukacyjnych dzieci. Powyższe cele zostaną zrealizowane do 31.07.2018 roku poprzez realizację następujących celów szczegółowych: a)w celu utworzenia dodatkowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego: -adaptacja istniejących pomieszczeń bazy oświatowej na potrzeby funkcjonowania nowej grupy przedszkolnej -zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia i pomocy dydaktycznych -zatrudnienie dodatkowego nauczyciela i asystenta dla nowej grupy przedszkolnej b)w celu podniesienia jakości edukacji przedszkolnej realizację: -dodatkowych zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe dzieci -dodatkowych zajęć dla dzieci o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych -szkoleń dla n-li w zakresie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb edukacyjnych dzieci. Założenia proj. są wynikiem przeprowadzonej dogłębnej analizy wychowania przedszkolnego pt. "Diagnoza stanu edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Smętowo Graniczne" przyjętej zarządzeniem Wójta Gminy Smętowo Graniczne nr 23/2016 z dnia 31.03.2016r. „W sprawie wyłonienia placówek edukacji przedszkolnej, które będą objęte wnioskiem projektowym w ramach Działania 3.1. Edukacja Przedszkolna RPO Województwa Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020 ( RPO WP 2014-2020)”, która obejmuje faktyczne i prognozowane zapotrzebowanie na usługi edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie. Proj. wynika z dokumentów strategicznych Gminy, postulatów środowisk społecznych, n-li oraz rodziców dzieci uczęszczających do przedszkoli w gminie Smętowo Graniczne. (Polish)

The project aims to promote pre-school education in the Smatowo Border Municipality for children aged 3-5 years by creating 20 additional, permanent, pre-school places in the OWP in Smętowo Border Branch in Kopytkowo, while improving the quality of pre-school education by extending the educational offer and carrying out activities aimed at developing key competences necessary in the labour market. In addition, the project provides support for the 4 n-li to improve skills and professional competences in relation to diagnosed educational needs of children. These objectives will be achieved by 31.07.2018 through the following specific objectives: in order to create additional pre-school facilities: —adaptation of existing premises of the educational base for the operation of the new kindergarten group -purchase of necessary equipment and teaching aid -employment of an additional teacher and assistant for the new preschool group b)in order to improve the quality of preschool education implementation: —additional activities developing key competences of children – additional activities for children with special educational needs – training for n-li in the field of diagnosed educational needs of children. The project’s assumptions are the result of an in-depth analysis of pre-school education entitled. “Diagnosis of the state of preschool education in the Smętowo Border Commune” adopted by the order of the mayor of Smutowo Bordericzne no.23/2016 of 31.03.2016r. “On the selection of pre-school education establishments to be covered by a project proposal under Measure 3.1. Preschool education RPO of the Pomeranian Voivodship for the years 2014-2020 (RPO WP 2014-2020)" which covers the actual and forecasted demand for pre-school education in the Municipality. The project results from the strategic documents of the commune, postulates of social circles, n-li and parents of children attending kindergartens in the municipality of Smętowo Bordericzne. Le projet vise à promouvoir l’éducation préscolaire dans la municipalité de Smmatowo Border pour les enfants âgés de 3 à 5 ans en créant 20 places supplémentaires permanentes à l’OLP à Smytowo Borders à Kopytkowo, tout en améliorant la qualité de l’enseignement préscolaire en élargissant l’offre éducative et en menant des activités visant à développer les compétences clés nécessaires sur le marché du travail. En outre, le projet apporte un soutien à 4 pays en vue d’améliorer les aptitudes et les compétences professionnelles dans le domaine des besoins éducatifs diagnostiqués des enfants. Ces objectifs seront atteints d’ici le 31 juillet 2018 au moyen des objectifs spécifiques suivants: afin de créer des places d’enseignement préprimaire supplémentaires: —adaptation des locaux existants de la base éducative pour le fonctionnement du nouveau groupe préscolaire — achat de l’équipement et du matériel pédagogique nécessaires — location d’un enseignant et d’un assistant supplémentaires pour le nouveau groupe préscolaire (b)afin d’améliorer la qualité de l’enseignement préscolaire, la mise en œuvre: —activités supplémentaires visant à développer les compétences clés des enfants -activités supplémentaires pour les enfants ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux — formation à l’intention des enfants sur les besoins éducatifs diagnostiqués des enfants. Les hypothèses proj. sont le résultat d’une analyse approfondie de l’éducation préscolaire: «Diagnostic de l’état de l’enseignement préscolaire dans la municipalité de Smortowo Border» adopté par l’arrêté no 23/2016 du 31 mars 2016 du maire de la municipalité frontalière de Smytowo. «Sur la sélection des établissements d’enseignement préprimaire qui seront couverts par la demande de projet au titre de la mesure 3.1. Éducation préscolaire du PO de Pomorskie 2014-2020 (ROP 2014-2020)", qui couvre la demande réelle et prévue de services d’éducation préscolaire dans la municipalité. Le projet est issu des documents stratégiques de la municipalité, du social, du n-li et des parents d’enfants fréquentant les jardins d’enfants dans la municipalité de Smytowo Graniczne. (French)

Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Vorschulbildung in der Gemeinde Smmatowo Border für Kinder im Alter von 3-5 Jahren durch die Schaffung von 20 zusätzlichen, dauerhaften Vorschulplätzen an der PLO in Smytowo Borders in Kopytkowo zu fördern und gleichzeitig die Qualität der Vorschulbildung zu verbessern, indem das Bildungsangebot erweitert und Aktivitäten zur Entwicklung der auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erforderlichen Schlüsselkompetenzen durchgeführt werden. Darüber hinaus unterstützt das Projekt 4 n-Länge bei der Verbesserung der beruflichen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen im Bereich des diagnostischen Bildungsbedarfs von Kindern. Diese Ziele werden bis zum 31. Juli 2018 durch folgende spezifische Ziele erreicht: um zusätzliche Vorschulerziehungsplätze zu schaffen: Anpassung der bestehenden Räumlichkeiten der Bildungsbasis für den Betrieb der neuen Vorschulgruppe – Erwerb der erforderlichen Ausrüstung und Lehrmittel – Einstellung eines zusätzlichen Lehrers und Assistenten für die neue Vorschulgruppe (b) um die Qualität der Vorschulbildung zu verbessern, die Umsetzung von: —zusätzliche Maßnahmen zur Entwicklung von Schlüsselkompetenzen für Kinder – zusätzliche Aktivitäten für Kinder mit besonderem Bildungsbedarf – Ausbildung für n-li auf diagnostische Bildungsbedürfnisse von Kindern. Die proj. Annahmen sind das Ergebnis einer eingehenden Analyse der Vorschulbildung: „Diagnose des Zustands der Vorschulbildung in der Gemeinde Smortowo Border“ angenommen durch Erlass Nr. 23/2016 vom 31. März 2016 des Bürgermeisters der Grenzgemeinde Smytowo. „Zur Auswahl der vorschulischen Bildungseinrichtungen, die unter den Projektantrag gemäß Maßnahme 3.1 fallen. Vorschulbildung des Pomorskie ROP 2014-2020 (ROP 2014-2020)", der die tatsächliche und prognostizierte Nachfrage nach Vorschuldiensten in der Gemeinde abdeckt. Das Projekt ergibt sich aus den strategischen Dokumenten der Gemeinde, sozialen, n-li und Eltern von Kindern, die Kindergärten in der Gemeinde Smytowo Graniczne besuchen. (German)
