Projekt ukierunkowany na zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym - bezrobotnych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób, dla których ustalono III profil pomocy (70 os. 48 k, 22 m). Wszystkie/cy uczestniczki/cy projektu objęte/ci zostaną usługami aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, składającym się m.in. z: 1. poradnictwo psychologiczne z wykorzystaniem usług aktywnej integracji, tzw. Indywidualny Plan Pracy (IPP); 2. trening umiejętności społecznych służący doskonaleniu behawioralnej strony kompetencji oraz uwolnieniu blokad i ograniczeń w relacjach międzyludzkich; 3. warsztaty terapeutyczne kształtujące umiejętności osobiste mające na celu podniesienie samooceny, wiary we własne możliwości oraz aktywację pełniejszego potencjału; 4. wsparcie środowiskowe- dostosowane do potrzeb uczestnika. W wyniku ww. indywidualizacji, określonej w IPP, przewiduje się realizację działań aktywizacyjnych, prowadzących do skutecznego powrotu na rynek pracy, obejmujących następujące usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy: 1. uzyskanie kwalifikacji lub kompetencji, tj. szkolenia (planowane 30os.), 2. zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego, tj. staże (planowane 40os.), 3. prace interwencyjne (planowane 20os.); 4. poradnictwo zawodowe w postaci stałej opieki doświadczonego doradcy, polegającej na aktywizowaniu i motywowaniu poprzez kontakt bezpośredni (osob./telef.) i z wykorzystaniem techn. IT; 5. pośrednictwo pracy- nawiązywanie kontaktów/współpraca z pracodawcami poprzez m.in. pozyskiwanie informacji o wolnych miejscach pracy- przedstawianie ofert zatrudnienia/uruchamianie dostępnych form pomocy. Planowane jest objęcie części uczestników więcej niż 1 z form wsparcia (w przypadkach uzasadnionych indywidualnymi potrzebami). Minimalny poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej planowany jest na poziomie 22%. (Polish)

Project aimed at increasing the employment of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion – the unemployed, with particular attention to those for whom a third aid profile has been established (70 people. 48 k, 22 m). All participants in the project will be covered by active inclusion services of a social nature, including: 1. psychological counselling with the use of active inclusion services, so-called. Individual Work Plan (IPP); 2. Training of social skills to improve the behavioural aspect of competence and to unleash blockages and limitations in human relations; 3. therapeutic workshops shaping personal skills aimed at increasing self-assessment, confidence in their own capabilities and activation of fuller potential; 4. environmental support- tailored to the needs of the participant. As a result of the above-mentioned individualisations, as defined in the IPP, activation measures are envisaged, leading to an effective return to the labour market, including the following labour market services and instruments: 1. obtaining qualifications or competences, i.e. training (planned 30 people), 2. gaining professional experience, i.e. traineeships (planned 40 people), 3. intervention work (planned 20 people); 4. Vocational guidance in the form of permanent care of an experienced advisor, consisting of activating and motivating through direct contact (person/telph.) and using techn. IT IS 5. intermediation of employment – establishing contacts/cooperation with employers through, among others, obtaining information on vacancies – presenting job offers/starting available forms of assistance. It is planned to cover more than 1 of the forms of support (where justified by individual needs). The minimum level of employment efficiency is planned at 22 %. (English)

Projet visant à accroître l’emploi des personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale — les chômeurs, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur ceux pour lesquels un troisième profil d’aide a été établi (70 personnes). 48 k, 22 m). Tous les participants au projet seront couverts par des services d’inclusion active de nature sociale, comprenant, entre autres: 1. le conseil psychologique avec le recours à des services d’inclusion active, ce que l’on appelle. Plan de travail individuel (PPI); 2. Formation des aptitudes sociales pour améliorer le côté comportemental des compétences et pour libérer les blocages et les limitations dans les relations interpersonnelles; 3. Ateliers thérapeutiques formant des compétences personnelles visant à accroître l ‘estime de soi, la confiance en soi et l’ activation du plein potentiel; 4. Appui environnemental adapté aux besoins du participant. À la suite de l’individualisation susmentionnée, telle que définie dans l’IPP, des mesures d’activation conduisant à une réinsertion effective sur le marché du travail, y compris les services et instruments du marché du travail suivants, sont envisagées: 1. l’obtention de qualifications ou de compétences, c’est-à-dire la formation (prévue de 30 personnes), 2. l’acquisition d’une expérience professionnelle, c’est-à-dire de stages (40 personnes prévues), 3. le travail d’intervention (prévu 20); 4. l’orientation professionnelle sous la forme d’une prise en charge permanente d’un conseiller expérimenté, consistant en l’activation et la motivation par contact direct (personne/télévision) et en utilisant la technologie. ELLE; 5. placement d’emploi — établissement de contacts/coopération avec les employeurs, notamment par l’obtention d’informations sur les offres d’emploi — présentation des offres d’emploi/lancement des formes d’assistance disponibles. Il est prévu de couvrir plus d’une des formes de soutien (lorsque les besoins individuels le justifient). Le niveau minimal d’efficacité de l’emploi est prévu à 22 %. (French)

Projekt zur Erhöhung der Beschäftigung von von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Personen – Arbeitslose mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf denjenigen, für die ein drittes Hilfsprofil geschaffen wurde (70 Personen. 48 k, 22 m). Alle Teilnehmer des Projekts werden durch aktive soziale Eingliederungsdienste abgedeckt, die u. a. Folgendes umfassen: 1. psychologische Beratung mit dem Einsatz von aktiven Inklusionsdiensten, sog. Individueller Arbeitsplan (IPP); 2. Ausbildung sozialer Kompetenzen zur Verbesserung der Verhaltensseite von Kompetenzen und zur Freisetzung von Blockaden und Einschränkungen in zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen; 3. Therapeutische Workshops zur Gestaltung persönlicher Fähigkeiten zur Steigerung des Selbstwertgefühls, des Selbstvertrauens und der Aktivierung des vollen Potenzials; 4. Umweltunterstützung – zugeschnitten auf die Bedürfnisse des Teilnehmers. Aufgrund der oben genannten Individualisierung, wie im PPI definiert, sind Aktivierungsmaßnahmen vorgesehen, die zu einer wirksamen Wiedereingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt führen, einschließlich der folgenden Arbeitsmarktdienstleistungen und -instrumente: 1. Erwerb von Qualifikationen oder Kompetenzen, d. h. Ausbildung (geplant 30 Personen), 2. Erwerb von Berufserfahrung, d. h. Praktika (geplante 40 Personen), 3. Interventionsarbeit (geplant 20); 4. Berufsberatung in Form einer ständigen Betreuung eines erfahrenen Beraters, bestehend aus Aktivierung und Motivation durch direkten Kontakt (Person/Telef.) und Verwendung von Techn. IT; 5. Stellenvermittlung – Kontakt/Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitgebern aufbauen, u. a. durch die Einholung von Informationen über offene Stellen – Vorstellung von Stellenangeboten/Berufung verfügbarer Formen der Unterstützung. Es ist geplant, mehr als eine der Formen der Unterstützung zu decken (sofern dies durch individuelle Bedürfnisse gerechtfertigt ist). Das Mindestniveau der Beschäftigungseffizienz ist mit 22 % geplant. (German)
