Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności transportowej oraz wzrost aktywności gospodarczej regionu poprzez budowę i rozbudowę drogi prowadzącej do terenów inwestycyjnych położonych w Tarnobrzegu. Przedmiot projektu dotyczy budowy i rozbudowy dróg prowadzących do terenów inwestycyjnych w ciągu ulic Żeglarskiej i Plażowej w Tarnobrzegu, wraz z poprawą bezpieczeństwa i płynności ruchu drogowego, przystosowaniem do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych, zachodzących zmian klimatycznych oraz ograniczeniem emisji zanieczyszczeń. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje budowę i rozbudowę drogi dojazdowej (składającej się z: jezdni dwupasmowej jednokierunkowej -jeden pas dla pojazdów uprzywilejowanych, chodnika i pasa rowerowego oddzielonych pasem zieleni od jezdni), wykonanie odwodnienia, kanału technologicznego, oświetlenia, oznakowania. W efekcie realizacji inwestycji powstanie droga dojazdowa o długości 4,5 km i powierzchni 24987,5 m2. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy stanu sieci drogowej województwa oraz zwiększenia poziomu inwestycji, co pośrednio wpłynie na wzrost zatrudnienia w regionie. Dostępność transportowa potencjalnych inwestorów do terenów inwestycyjnych wpłynie na konkurencyjność gospodarki oraz pobudzi jej wzrost. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase transport accessibility and increase economic activity of the region through the construction and extension of the road leading to investment areas located in Tarnobrzeg. The subject of the project concerns the construction and extension of roads leading to investment areas along the Żeglarska and Beach Streets in Tarnobrzeg, together with improved road safety and fluidity of road traffic, adaptation to the needs of people with disabilities, climate change taking place and reducing emissions of pollutants. The project’s material scope includes the construction and expansion of an access road (consisting of: two-way roadway – one lane for privileged vehicles, pavement and cycle lane separated by a green belt from the roadway), drainage, technological channel, lighting, marking. As a result of the investment, there will be an access road with a length of 4.5 km and an area of 24987.5 m². The implementation of the project will contribute to the improvement of the voivodship’s road network and increase the level of investment, which will indirectly increase employment in the region. The transport accessibility of potential investors to investment areas will affect the competitiveness of the economy and stimulate its growth. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer l’accessibilité des transports et d’accroître l’activité économique de la région par la construction et l’expansion d’une route menant à des zones d’investissement situées à Tarnobrzeg. L’objet du projet concerne la construction et l’aménagement de routes menant à des zones d’investissement le long des rues de Tarnobrzeg et de la plage, ainsi que l’amélioration de la sécurité et de la fluidité routières, l’adaptation aux besoins des personnes handicapées, le changement climatique et la réduction des émissions polluantes. La portée matérielle du projet comprend la construction et l’agrandissement d’une route d’accès (composée de: chaussée à deux voies — une voie pour véhicules privilégiés, chaussée et voie cyclable séparées par une ceinture verte de la chaussée), drainage, canal technologique, éclairage, signalisation. Grâce à l’investissement, il y aura une route d’accès d’une longueur de 4,5 km et d’une superficie de 24 987,5 m². La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à améliorer l’état du réseau routier de la voïvodie et à augmenter le niveau des investissements, ce qui augmentera indirectement l’emploi dans la région. La disponibilité des investisseurs potentiels vers les sites d’investissement affectera la compétitivité de l’économie et stimulera sa croissance. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Verkehrsanbindung zu verbessern und die Wirtschaftstätigkeit der Region durch den Bau und den Ausbau einer Straße, die zu Investitionsgebieten in Tarnobrzeg führt, zu erhöhen. Gegenstand des Projekts sind der Bau und die Entwicklung von Straßen, die zu Investitionsgebieten entlang der Żeglarska und der Strandstraßen in Tarnobrzeg führen, sowie die Verbesserung der Verkehrssicherheit und der Fluidität, die Anpassung an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen, der Klimawandel und die Verringerung der Schadstoffemissionen. Der materielle Umfang des Projekts umfasst den Bau und den Ausbau einer Zufahrtsstraße (bestehend aus: zweispurige Einbahnbahn – eine Spur für privilegierte Fahrzeuge, Fahrbahn und Fahrbahn durch einen grünen Gürtel von der Fahrbahn getrennt), Entwässerung, technologischer Kanal, Beleuchtung, Beschilderung. Als Ergebnis der Investition wird es eine Zufahrtsstraße mit einer Länge von 4,5 km und einer Fläche von 24 987,5 m² geben. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, den Zustand des Straßennetzes der Woiwodschaft zu verbessern und das Investitionsniveau zu erhöhen, was indirekt die Beschäftigung in der Region erhöhen wird. Die Verfügbarkeit potenzieller Investoren an Investitionsstandorten wird die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Wirtschaft beeinträchtigen und ihr Wachstum ankurbeln. (German)
