Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa łącznie 2,34 km grawitacyjnej sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w miejscowościach Łukowica i Jadamwola położonych na obszarze aglomeracji Łukowica o równoważnej liczbie mieszkańców 3500 z oczyszczalnią ścieków zlokalizowaną w miejscowości Świdnik. Aglomeracja wyznaczona została Uchwałą Nr LVI90314 Sejmiku Województwa Małopolskiego z dnia 27 października 2014r. i jest ujęta w Krajowym Programie Oczyszczania Ścieków Komunalnych w aktualnym wykazie aglomeracji Id PLMP 146 oraz w Master Planie pod pozycja Id PLMP 146. Zaprojektowane kolektory sanitarne znajdują się na terenie Południowomałopolskiego Obszaru Chronionego Krajobrazu wyznaczonego Rozporządzeniem Nr 9206 Wojewody Małopolskiego z dnia 24 listopada 2006r. Na terenie gminy Łukowica znajdują się również obszary Natura 2000. Gmina Łukowica oświadcza, iż ścieki odprowadzane z nowo wybudowanej sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej będą po zakończeniu projektu inwestycyjnego odprowadzane do oczyszczalni MBR Świdnik spełniającej wymagania Dyrektywy Rady 91271EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. dotyczącej oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych Dz. U. L 13540 z 30.5.1991 oraz Rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska z dnia 18 listopada 2014 r. w sprawie warunków, jakie należy spełnić przy wprowadzaniu ścieków do wód lub ziemi, oraz w sprawie substancji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska wodnego Dz. The object of the project is the construction of a total of 2.34 km of gravitational sanitary sewage system in the towns of Łukowica and Jadamwola located in the area of Łukowica agglomeration with equivalent number of inhabitants 3500 with a sewage treatment plant located in Świdnik. The agglomeration was designated by Resolution No. LVI90314 of the Sejm of the Małopolska Voivodship of 27 October 2014 and is included in the National Program for Urban Waste Purification in the current list of the agglomeration of Id PLMP 146 and in the Master Plan under Id PLMP 146. Designed sanitary collectors are located in the South Malopolska Protected Landscape Area designated by Regulation No. 9206 of the Małopolska Voivodeship of 24 November 2006. There are also Natura 2000 sites in the municipality of Łukowica. The Municipality of Łukowica declares that waste water discharged from the newly built sewerage network will be discharged after the investment project has been completed to the MBR Świdnik treatment plant complying with the requirements of Council Directive 91271EEC of 21 May 1991 on urban waste water treatment. Le projet concerne la construction d’un réseau d’assainissement par gravité d’un total de 2,34 km à Łukowica et à Jadamwola, situé dans l’agglomération de Łukowica avec une population équivalente de 3500 habitants avec une station d’épuration des eaux usées située à Świdnik. L’agglomération a été désignée par la résolution no LVI90314 de l’Assemblée régionale de Małopolska du 27 octobre 2014 et figure dans le programme municipal national de traitement des eaux usées dans la liste actuelle des agglomérations Id PLMP 146 et dans le plan directeur relevant de l’Id PLMP 146. Les collecteurs sanitaires conçus sont situés dans l’espace paysager protégé de Małopolska Sud désigné par le règlement no 9206 du gouverneur de Małopolska du 24 novembre 2006. Il existe également des sites Natura 2000 dans la municipalité de Łukowica. La commune de Łukowica déclare que les eaux usées rejetées du réseau d’assainissement nouvellement construit seront déversées dans la station d’épuration MBR Świdnik, qui est conforme aux exigences de la directive 91271CEE du Conseil du 21 mai 1991 relative au traitement des eaux urbaines résiduaires. Das Projekt betrifft den Bau von insgesamt 2,34 km Schwerkraftreinigungsnetz in Łukowica und Jadamwola in der Gemeinde Łukowica mit einer entsprechenden Bevölkerung von 3500 mit einer Kläranlage in Świdnik. Der Ballungsraum wurde durch die Resolution LVI90314 der Regionalversammlung Małopolska vom 27. Oktober 2014 benannt und ist in das nationale kommunale Abwasserbehandlungsprogramm in der aktuellen Liste der Gemeinden Id PLMP 146 und im Masterplan unter Id PLMP 146 aufgenommen. Die entworfenen Sanitärkollektoren befinden sich im Landschaftsschutzgebiet Süd-Małopolska, benannt durch die Verordnung Nr. 9206 des Gouverneurs von Małopolska vom 24. November 2006. Es gibt auch Natura-2000-Gebiete in der Gemeinde Łukowica. Die Gemeinde Łukowica erklärt, dass das Abwasser aus dem neu errichteten Abwassernetz in die Kläranlage MBR Świdnik geleitet wird, die den Anforderungen der Richtlinie 91271EWG des Rates vom 21.
