Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost kwalifikacji zawodowych i zatrudnienia 80 osób niepełnosprawnych, 48 kobiet i 32 mężczyzn, w wieku 18-24 rż., bez pracy i nie uczestniczących w szkoleniu i kształceniu (zg. z def. NEET), zamieszkałych na terenie woj. mazowieckiego (subregion radomski i warszawski) w okresie 08.2016-01.2018. W projekcie wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby niepełnosprawne w st. lekkim, umiarkowanych i ciężkim, z wykluczeniem niepełnosprowności intelektualnej. Cel projektu osiągnięty będzie dzieki objęciu uczestników kompleksowym programem aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej, zakładającym wsparcie dostosowane do indywidualnych potrzeb i lokalnych rynków pracy. w projekcie oferowane będą następujące formy wsparcia: a) poradnictwo specjalistyczne/diagnostyczne b) wsparcie osobistego trenera pracy c) poradnictwo zawodowe c) pośrednictwo pracy i monitoring zatrudnienia d) szkolenia zawodowe m.in. - Pracownik telefonicznej i elektronicznej obsługi klienta - Programista ze specjalnością: programista Java, programista aplikacji mobilnych Android, programista aplikacji mobilnych iOS, programista aplikacji mobilnych Windows - Opiekun os. starszej i niesamodzielnej ze specjalnością teleopieka - szkolenie zamawiane na podstawie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb uczestików. e) staże zawodowe f) asystent osoby niepełnosprawnej g) wsparcie dla uczestników sprawujących opiekę nad osobami zależnymi. Uczestnicy szkoleń i staży będą mieli zagwarantowane stypendia oraz zwrot kosztów dojazdu. Rezultaty projektu zakładają m.in.: - wzrost kwalifikacji zawodowych i doświadczenia zawodowego u min. 50% uczestników - osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób niepełnosprawnych min. 20%, dla długotrwale bezrobotnych min. 35% - wzrost udziału w kształcenia ustawicznym, przygotowaniu zawodowym lub stażu po opuszczeniu programu u min. 20% uczestników - wzrost umiejętno (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the professional qualifications and employment of 80 disabled people, 48 women and 32 men, aged 18-24, without a job and not participating in training and training (respect of NEET), residing in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (Radom and Warsaw subregion) in the period 08.2016-01.2018. The project will support people with disabilities in light, moderate and severe, excluding intellectual incompatibility.The project’s objective will be achieved through the inclusion of participants in a comprehensive vocational and educational activation programme, with support tailored to individual needs and local labour markets.The project will offer the following forms of support: a) Specialist/diagnostic counselling b) support of personal work trainer c) career guidance c) job mediation and employment monitoring d) Vocational training, among others. — Phone and electronic customer service employee – Programmer with specialty:Java developer, Android mobile application developer, iOS mobile app developer, Windows mobile app developer – Senior and dependent caregiver with the specialty of telecare – training ordered on the basis of diagnosed needs of participants. e) professional internships f) Assistant of disabled person g) support for participants taking care of dependent persons. Training participants and traineeships will be guaranteed scholarships and reimbursement of travel expenses. The project results include: — increase of professional qualifications and professional experience in min. 50 % of participants – achieving the employment efficiency ratio for disabled persons min. 20 %, for long-term unemployed min. 35 % – increase in participation in lifelong learning, vocational training or traineeship after leaving the programme at least 20 % of participants – increase skillfully (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître les qualifications professionnelles et l’emploi de 80 personnes handicapées, 48 femmes et 32 hommes, âgés de 18 à 24 ans, sans travail et ne participant pas à la formation et à l’éducation (relativement au NEET), résidant dans la voïvodie de Mazowieckie (régions Radom et Varsovie) au cours de la période 08.2016-01.2018. Le projet soutiendra les personnes handicapées dans des conditions légères, modérées et graves, à l’exclusion des déficiences intellectuelles. L’objectif du projet sera atteint par l’inclusion des participants dans un programme complet d’activation professionnelle et éducative, qui comprend un soutien adapté aux besoins individuels et aux marchés du travail locaux. Le projet offrira les formes de soutien suivantes: a) orientation spécialisée/diagnostic b) soutien à un formateur personnel c) orientation professionnelle c) placement et suivi de l’emploi d) formation professionnelle, entre autres. — Employé du service téléphonique et électronique à la clientèle — Programmeur spécialisé: Programmeur Java, développeur d’applications mobiles Android, développeur d’applications mobiles iOS, développeur d’applications mobiles Windows — Spécialiste senior et spécialiste des soins aux personnes à charge avec spécialisation en télésoins — formation commandée sur la base des besoins diagnostiqués des participants. e) stages f) assistant d’une personne handicapée g) soutien aux participants qui prennent soin des personnes à charge. Les stagiaires et les stages bénéficieront d’une bourse d’études et d’un remboursement des frais de voyage. Les résultats du projet sont les suivants: — augmentation des qualifications professionnelles et de l’expérience de travail au minimum 50 % des participants — réalisation du taux d’efficacité de l’emploi pour les personnes handicapées min. 20 %, pour les chômeurs de longue durée min. 35 % — augmentation de la participation à l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie, à l’apprentissage ou au stage après avoir quitté le programme au moins 20 % des participants — augmentation des compétences (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die berufliche Qualifikation und Beschäftigung von 80 Menschen mit Behinderungen, 48 Frauen und 32 Männern im Alter von 18-24 Jahren ohne Arbeit und nicht an der Ausbildung und Ausbildung (NEET) mit Wohnsitz in der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie (Unterregionen Radom und Warschau) im Zeitraum 08.2016-01.2018 zu erhöhen. Das Projekt wird Menschen mit Behinderungen unter leichten, mäßigen und schweren Bedingungen unterstützen, ohne geistige Behinderung. Das Ziel des Projekts wird durch die Einbeziehung der Teilnehmer in ein umfassendes Programm zur beruflichen und bildungsbezogenen Aktivierung erreicht, das eine maßgeschneiderte Unterstützung für die individuellen Bedürfnisse und die lokalen Arbeitsmärkte umfasst. Das Projekt wird folgende Formen der Unterstützung bieten: a) fachliche/diagnostische Beratung b) Unterstützung eines persönlichen Berufsausbilders c) Berufsberatung c) Stellenvermittlung und Beschäftigungsüberwachung d) Berufsausbildung u. a. — Mitarbeiter des Telefon- und elektronischen Kundendienstes – Programmierer mit Spezialität: Java Programmierer, Android Mobile App Entwickler, iOS Mobile App Entwickler, Windows Mobile App Entwickler – Senior und abhängige Pflegespezialist mit Telecare Spezialisierung – Ausbildung auf der Grundlage der diagnostischen Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer bestellt. e) Praktika f) Assistent einer behinderten Person g) Unterstützung für Teilnehmer, die sich um abhängige Personen kümmern. Praktikanten und Praktika werden garantiert Stipendien und Erstattung der Reisekosten. Zu den Projektergebnissen zählen: — Erhöhung der beruflichen Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung in mindestens 50 % der Teilnehmer – Erreichen der Beschäftigungseffizienzquote für Behinderte min. 20 %, für Langzeitarbeitslose min. 35 % – Erhöhung der Teilnahme an lebenslangem Lernen, Lehrlingsausbildung oder Praktikum nach Beendigung des Programms mindestens 20 % der Teilnehmer – Qualifikationszuwachs (German)
