Das Projekt dient der Verbesserung des Zugangs zu Beschäftigung sowie der Vermittlungs- und Eingliederungschancen in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt und der Überwindung bzw. Minderung der Hilfebedürftigkeit. Durch das Erkennen von Problemlagen und Hilfestellung bei deren Überwindung unter Einbeziehung des lokalen Netzwerks soll eine Stabilisierung der Situation und Aktivierung der Kunden erreicht werden.
