Projekt zakłada budowę nowego terminalu promowego we wschodniej części Portu Gdynia wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą umożliwiającą sprawną obsługę ładunków i pasażerów oraz poprawę dostępności transportowej portu oraz przebudowę układu komunikacyjnego do wschodniej części Portu Gdynia w obrębie Węzła Ofiar Grudnia ’70.Podstawowym założeniem projektu jest stworzenie warunków do dalszego rozwoju usług promowych zgodnie z obserwowanymi trendami rynkowymi.Terminal przejmie funkcje dotychczas eksploatowanego, niedużego terminalu na Nabrzeżu Helskim II. W założonym kształcie projekt przyczyni się do realizacji Strategicznych Wytycznych Wspólnoty, Strategii Europa 2020, Białej Księgi Transportu oraz krajowej Strategii Rozwoju Transportu do 2020 r. The project assumes the construction of a new ferry terminal in the eastern part of the Gdynia Port, together with an infrastructure that facilitates efficient handling of cargo and passengers and improves the transport accessibility of the port and the reconstruction of the transport system to the eastern part of the Gdynia Port within the Victims‘Node of December’70. The project will contribute to the implementation of the Community Strategic Guidelines, the Europe 2020 Strategy, the White Paper on Transport and the National Transport Development Strategy by 2020 (with a view to 2030). Le projet comprend la construction d’un nouveau terminal de transbordeurs dans la partie orientale du port de Gdynia, ainsi que l’infrastructure d’accompagnement permettant une manutention efficace des marchandises et des passagers et l’amélioration de la disponibilité du transport du port et la reconstruction du système de transport vers la partie orientale du port de Gdynia dans le cadre de l’échange des victimes de Grudnia’70. L’objectif fondamental du projet est de créer les conditions d’un développement ultérieur des services de transbordeurs en fonction des tendances observées du marché. Le terme reprendra les fonctions du petit terminal précédemment exploité sur la rivière Helski II. Le projet contribuera à la mise en œuvre des orientations stratégiques communautaires, de la stratégie Europe 2020, du livre blanc sur les transports et de la stratégie nationale pour le développement des transports à l’horizon 2020 (dans une perspective 2030). Das Projekt beinhaltet den Bau eines neuen Fährterminals im östlichen Teil des Hafens von Gdynia, zusammen mit der dazugehörigen Infrastruktur, die einen effizienten Umschlag von Fracht und Passagieren ermöglicht und die Transportverfügbarkeit des Hafens und den Wiederaufbau des Verkehrssystems zum östlichen Teil des Hafens von Gdynia innerhalb der Opferwechsel Grudnia'70 verbessert. Das Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Bedingungen für die weitere Entwicklung der Fährdienste entsprechend den beobachteten Markttrends zu schaffen. Das Projekt wird zur Umsetzung der strategischen Leitlinien der Gemeinschaft, der Strategie Europa 2020, des Weißbuchs Verkehr und der nationalen Strategie für die Entwicklung des Verkehrs bis 2020 (mit einer Perspektive bis 2030) beitragen.
