Проектното предложение отговаря на заложените мерки за разширяване и създаване на нови, съобразени с потребностите на хората, социални услуги в Общинския план за развитие на община Върбица 2014-2020. Храната за потребителите ще се приготвя в Домашен социален патронаж /ДСП/ гр.Върбица, който е с дългогодишен опит в предоставянето на социалната услуга на възрастни хора, изразяваща се в ежедневна доставка на топла храна по домовете, съобразена с изискванията за рационално хранене. ДСП гр. Върбица се помещава в материална база – публична общинска собственост, и се състои от основна кухня с подготвително отделение, миялна, два коридора, съблекалня, склад и гараж. ДСП разполага с необходимия човешки ресурс за изпълнение на проекта – 2 главни готвачи, 2 помощник готвачи, 2 шофьор-разносвачи, социален работник, домакин, с необходимото оборудване за приготвяне на храната и с 2 автомобила, с които ще се осъществява разноса.Община Върбица има опит и успешно изпълнени проекти със социална насоченост, финансирани по Оперативна програма "Развитие на човешките ресурси" и национални програми:* В партньорство с Агенцията за социално подпомагане Община Върбица по проект по ОП РЧР 2007-2013, Схема „Алтернативи“ от 2010 до 31.12.2014 г. предоставяше услугата „личен асистент“ на 35 лица.Община Върбица е изпълнявала проекти по националните програми "От социални помощи към осигуряване на заетост" и "Асистенти на хора с увреждания". Приготвянето на топъл обяд от 01.11.2017г. за 825 лица ще се осъществява в Трапезарията на Домашен социален патронаж в кухненската част на ,,Дом за отдих” - КК ,,Върбица”, кв.6, УПИ III, съгласно действащ устройствен план на КК,,Върбица” - Решение 2-1/23.02.2004г. на Общински съвет Върбица. Действащите екипи на двете кухни ще се обединят, като ще се оказва и съдействие от страна на Кметове по населените места. За лицата с нарушено здравословно състояние и възрастни в невъзможност да си получат храната, ще им бъде предоставяна по домовете. (Bulgarian)

Food for consumers will be prepared in Domestic Social Patronage/DSP/Varbitsa, which has many years of experience in providing the social service to the elderly, consisting of daily delivery of hot food at home, in accordance with the requirements for rational nutrition. The town of Varbitsa is housed in public municipal property and consists of a main kitchen with a preparatory department, a dishwasher, two corridors, a dressing room, a warehouse and a garage. The NSP has the necessary human resources for the implementation of the project — 2 chefs, 2 assistant chefs, 2 delivery drivers, a social worker, a host, with the necessary equipment for preparing the food and with 2 cars with which the variety will be carried out. Varbitsa Municipality has experience and successfully implemented projects with social focus, funded under Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” and national programs:* In partnership with the Agency for Social Assistance Municipality Varbitsa under OP HRD 2007-2013, scheme “Alternatives” from 2010 to 31.12.2014 provided the service “personal assistant” to 35 persons. Varbitsa Municipality has implemented projects under the national programmes “From social benefits to employment” and “Assistants of people with disabilities”. The preparation of a warm lunch from 01.11.2017 for 825 persons will be carried out in the Dining Room of Home Social Patronage in the kitchen area of “Recreation House” — “Varbitsa” KC, Quarter.6, UPI III, in accordance with the effective development plan of the Varbitsa Municipal Council — Decision 2-1/23.02.2004 of the Municipal Council of Varbitsa. The active teams of the two kitchens will unite and will be assisted by the Mayors in the settlements. La proposition de projet correspond aux mesures prévues pour l’expansion et la création de nouveaux services sociaux adaptés aux besoins de la population dans le plan de développement municipal de la municipalité de Varbitsa 2014-2020. Les aliments destinés aux consommateurs seront préparés en Patronage social domestique/DSP/Varbitsa, qui a de nombreuses années d’expérience dans la fourniture de services sociaux aux personnes âgées, consistant à livrer quotidiennement des aliments chauds à domicile, conformément aux exigences d’une nutrition rationnelle. La ville de Varbitsa est logée dans une propriété municipale publique et se compose d’une cuisine principale avec un département préparatoire, un lave-vaisselle, deux couloirs, un vestiaire, un entrepôt et un garage. Le NSP dispose des ressources humaines nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du projet — 2 chefs, 2 chefs adjoints, 2 chauffeurs de livraison, un travailleur social, un hôte, avec l’équipement nécessaire pour préparer la nourriture et avec 2 voitures avec lesquelles la variété sera réalisée. La municipalité de Varbitsa a l’expérience et a mis en œuvre avec succès des projets axés sur le social, financés dans le cadre du programme opérationnel «Développement des ressources humaines» et des programmes nationaux:* En partenariat avec l’Agence pour l’assistance sociale de Varbitsa dans le cadre du PO HRD 2007-2013, le programme «Alternatives» de 2010 au 31.12.2014 a fourni le service «assistant personnel» à 35 personnes. La municipalité de Varbitsa a mis en œuvre des projets dans le cadre des programmes nationaux «De prestations sociales à l’emploi» et «Assistants des personnes handicapées». La préparation d’un déjeuner chaud à partir du 01.11.2017 pour 825 personnes sera effectuée dans la salle à manger de la maison patronage social dans l’espace cuisine de «Recreation House» — «Varbitsa» KC, Quarter.6, UPI III, conformément au plan de développement efficace du conseil municipal de Varbitsa — Décision 2-1/23.02.2004 du Conseil Municipal de Varbitsa. Les équipes actives des deux cuisines s’uniront et seront assistées par les maires dans les colonies. Der Projektvorschlag entspricht den geplanten Maßnahmen zur Erweiterung und Schaffung neuer sozialer Dienstleistungen, die auf die Bedürfnisse der Menschen im Stadtentwicklungsplan der Gemeinde Varbitsa 2014-2020 zugeschnitten sind. Lebensmittel für die Verbraucher werden in häuslicher sozialer Schirmherrschaft/DSP/Varbitsa zubereitet, die über langjährige Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung des sozialen Dienstes für ältere Menschen verfügt, die in der täglichen Lieferung von warmen Lebensmitteln zu Hause bestehen, entsprechend den Anforderungen an rationelle Ernährung. Die Stadt Varbitsa befindet sich im öffentlichen kommunalen Eigentum und besteht aus einer Hauptküche mit einer Vorbereitungsabteilung, einem Geschirrspüler, zwei Fluren, einem Ankleideraum, einem Lagerhaus und einer Garage. Das NSP verfügt über die notwendigen personellen Ressourcen für die Durchführung des Projekts – 2 Köche, 2 Assistenzköche, 2 Lieferfahrer, ein Sozialarbeiter, ein Gastgeber, mit der notwendigen Ausrüstung für die Vorbereitung der Lebensmittel und mit 2 Autos, mit denen die Sorte durchgeführt werden wird. Varbitsa Gemeinde verfügt über Erfahrung und erfolgreich umgesetzt Projekte mit sozialem Schwerpunkt, finanziert im Rahmen des operationellen Programms „Human Resources Development“ und nationale Programme:* In Partnerschaft mit der Agentur für Sozialhilfe Gemeinde Varbitsa im Rahmen der OP HRD 2007-2013, das Programm „Alternative“ von 2010 bis 31.12.2014 stellte den Dienst „persönlicher Assistent“ für 35 Personen zur Verfügung. Die Gemeinde Varbitsa hat Projekte im Rahmen der nationalen Programme „Von Sozialleistungen zur Beschäftigung“ und „Assistenten von Menschen mit Behinderungen“ durchgeführt. Die Vorbereitung eines warmen Mittagessens vom 01.11.2017 für 825 Personen wird im Speisesaal der Home Social Patronage im Küchenbereich „Recreation House“ – „Varbitsa“ KC, Quarter.6, UPI III, gemäß dem effektiven Entwicklungsplan des Gemeinderates von Varbitsa durchgeführt – Beschluss 2-1/23.02.2004 des Gemeinderates von Varbitsa. Die aktiven Teams der beiden Küchen vereinen sich und werden von den Bürgermeistern in den Siedlungen unterstützt.
