Село Старо Железаре е едно от населените места в обхвата на МИГ Хисаря. НАРОДНО ЧИТАЛИЩЕ "ТОДОР ДРАГАНОВ ПАШКУЛОВ - 1928г." е културното средище на селото, съхранило и съхраняващо фолклора, традициите, обичаите и народността, чрез читалищната самодейност. Покривът и фасадата на читалището е ремонтирана по проект с Договор №16/322/00874/10.05.2013г, но киносалона, сцената и двете гримьорни са частично ремонтирани, което създава дискомфорт у самодейците по време на репетициите и зрителите на провежданите събития и празници. Осветлението на изброените помещения е в лошо състояние - липсват осветителни тела, болшинството крушки са изгорели, контактите са "подмъкнати" и на места липсват, което ги прави опасни за ползване. Поради късо съединение в електроинсталацията всички стенни лампи в киносалона не светят. Стените на киносалона сцената и гримьорните не са боядисвани от повече от 25 години, поради което се нуждаят от частично шпакловане и боядисване. Подът на сцената и салона са ремонтирани преди повече от 5 години, здрави са но се нуждаят от циклене и лакиране, а дървените седалки се нуждаят от ремонт и лакиране. Подът на двете гримьорни е изгнил и е опасно и невъзможно ползването на двете стаи. Седалките - 300 на брой са в добро състояние, но липсват подлакътници и се нуждаят от почистване и лакиране. Озвучителна техника липсва.По проект се предвижда извършването на ремонтни работи по електроинсталацията на описаните помещения, подмяна на изгнилия под в двете гримьорни, ремонт на седалките на киносалона, циклене и лакиране на пода на сцената и киносалона и цялостно боядисване на стените и таваните. Населението на с. Старо Железаре е научено да опазва общественото имущество. След ремонта, се очаква единствено изгаряне на крушки в осветителните тела, които ще бъдат подменяни със собствени средства или средства осигурени от кметството, което гарантира устойчивостта на проекта за повече от 5 години. The seats — 300 are in good condition, but there are no armrests and need cleaning and varnishing. Sound equipment is missing.The project envisages carrying out repair works on the electrical installation of the described premises, replacing the rotten floor in the two make-up rooms, repairing the seats of the cinema hall, cycling and varnishing the floor of the stage and the cinema hall and complete painting of the walls and ceilings. The population of Staro Zhelezare village is taught to protect public property. After the renovation, only the burning of light bulbs in the lighting fixtures is expected, which will be replaced by own funds or funds provided by the City Hall, which ensures the sustainability of the project for more than 5 years. Le sol des deux vestiaires est pourri et il est dangereux et impossible d’utiliser les deux pièces. Les sièges — 300 sont en bon état, mais il n’y a pas d’accoudoirs et besoin de nettoyage et de vernissage. Il manque de matériel sonore. Le projet prévoit la réalisation de travaux de réparation de l’installation électrique des locaux décrits, le remplacement du plancher pourri dans les deux salles de maquillage, la réparation des sièges de la salle de cinéma, le cyclisme et le vernissage du sol de la scène et de la salle de cinéma et la peinture complète des murs et plafonds. La population du village de Staro Zhelezare est enseignée à la protection des biens publics.
