Ce projet partenarial est présenté au titre de l’appel à projets recherche collaboratif du PO FEDER&FSE 2014-2020, tranche 1. Porté conjointement par l’INRA, le CIRAD, l’Institut Pasteur de Guadeloupe et l’Université des Antilles (LAMIA, C3MAG et C3I), ce projet a été favorablement évalué sur le plan scientifique. Il a fait l’objet d’une seconde lecture pour précisions et compléments. Le coordinateur est le CIRAD. La période d’exécution du projet : 01/01/2014 au 31/12/2017. La Caraïbe est une zone de flux importants de personnes et de biens, notamment agricole. De ce fait, elle est particulièrement propice à l’introduction et à la propagation de maladies infectieuses humaines, animales et végétales qui menacent l’équilibre socio-économique des territoires qui la composent Ainsi, MALIN traite d’un sujet éminemment d’actualité, les maladies émergentes et à vecteur. Il repose sur le concept « one health » qui propose une approche intégrée : santé végétale, animale et humaine. Il a pour objectif principal d’améliorer le contrôle des maladies infectieuses humaines, animales et végétales en Guadeloupe et dans l’ensemble de la Caraïbe en fédérant les institutions guadeloupéennes mobilisées en infectiologie autour de questions transversales et d’approches communes. A l’horizon 2020, le projet ambitionne de faire de la Guadeloupe la référence à l’échelle du bassin caribéen, autour du concept « une île/une région/une santé ». (French)

This partnership project is presented under the ERDF OP’s call for collaborative research projects 2014-2020, tranche 1. Led jointly by INRA, CIRAD, the Institut Pasteur de Guadeloupe and the University of the West Indies (LAMIA, C3MAG and C3I), this project has been scientifically evaluated. It was the subject of a second reading for clarifications and additions. The coordinator is CIRAD. The period of execution of the project: 01/01/2014 to 31/12/2017. The Caribbean is an area of large flows of people and goods, especially agricultural goods. As a result, it is particularly conducive to the introduction and spread of human, animal and plant infectious diseases that threaten the socio-economic balance of its territories. It is based on the “one health” concept, which proposes an integrated approach: plant, animal and human health. Its main objective is to improve the control of human, animal and plant infectious diseases in Guadeloupe and throughout the Caribbean by federating the Guaadeloupean institutions mobilised infectiology around cross-cutting issues and common approaches. By 2020, the project aims to make Guadeloupe the reference at the level of the Caribbean basin, around the concept of an “island/region/health”. (English)

Dieses Partnerschaftsprojekt wird im Rahmen der Aufforderung zur Einreichung von Projekten zur Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen des EFRE-OP &ESF 2014-2020, Teil 1 vorgelegt. Das Projekt wurde gemeinsam von INRA, CIRAD, dem Pasteur-Institut Guadeloupe und der Universität der Antillen (LAMIA, C3MAG und C3I) positiv bewertet. Er war Gegenstand einer zweiten Lesung zur Präzisierung und Ergänzung. Koordinator ist der CIRAD. Durchführungszeitraum des Projekts: 01/01/2014 bis 31.12.2017. Die Karibik ist ein Gebiet mit großen Zuflüssen von Menschen und Gütern, insbesondere in der Landwirtschaft. Sie ist daher besonders förderlich für die Einschleppung und Ausbreitung von Infektionskrankheiten von Menschen, Tieren und Pflanzen, die das sozioökonomische Gleichgewicht der Gebiete, aus denen sie sich zusammensetzt, bedrohen. So befasst sich MALIN mit einem hochaktuellen Thema, neu auftretenden Krankheiten und Vektorkrankheiten. Es basiert auf dem Konzept „one health“, das einen integrierten Ansatz vorschlägt: Pflanzen-, Tier- und Menschengesundheit. Das Hauptziel des Programms besteht darin, die Kontrolle menschlicher, tierischer und pflanzlicher Infektionskrankheiten in Guadeloupe und in der gesamten Karibik zu verbessern, indem die guadeloupäischen Institutionen, die in der Infektiologie mobilisiert werden, bereichsübergreifende Fragen und gemeinsame Ansätze zusammenführen. Bis 2020 zielt das Projekt darauf ab, Guadeloupe als Referenz für das karibische Becken um das Konzept „Insel/Region/Gesundheit“ zu machen. (German)

Onder leiding van INRA, CIRAD, het Institut Pasteur de Guadeloupe en de Universiteit van West-Indië (LAMIA, C3MAG en C3I) is dit project wetenschappelijk geëvalueerd. Het is het onderwerp van een tweede lezing voor verduidelijkingen en aanvullingen. De coördinator is CIRAD. De uitvoeringsperiode van het project: 01/01/2014 t/m 31/12/2017. Het Caribisch gebied is een gebied met grote stromen van mensen en goederen, met name landbouwproducten. Als gevolg daarvan is het bijzonder bevorderlijk voor de introductie en verspreiding van infectieziekten bij mensen, dieren en planten die het sociaal-economische evenwicht van zijn grondgebied bedreigen. Het is gebaseerd op het concept „één gezondheid”, waarin een geïntegreerde aanpak wordt voorgesteld: gezondheid van planten, dieren en mensen. De belangrijkste doelstelling is de bestrijding van infectieziekten bij mensen, dieren en planten in Guadeloupe en in het hele Caribisch gebied te verbeteren door de Guaadeloupee instellingen te bundelen die infectiologie hebben gemobiliseerd rond horizontale kwesties en gemeenschappelijke benaderingen. Tegen 2020 heeft het project tot doel van Guadeloupe de referentie te maken op het niveau van het Caribische bekken, rond het concept van een „eiland/regio/gezondheid”. (Dutch)
