Целта на проекта е да се осигури ефективното функциониране на Областен информационен център в гр. Пловдив и да се повиши информираността на гражданите относно възможностите, които предоставят европейските структурни и инвестиционни фондове. Приоритет на Областния информационен център – Пловдив е да популяризира ролята на ЕС, да информира за възможностите за финансиране по програми и да осигурява прозрачност в процеса на изпълнение и управление на програмите.Служителите, назначени по проекта, ще осъществяват следните дейности, които адекватно отговорят на целите на проекта: популяризиране на ролята на ЕС и информиране за възможностите за финансиране по програмите; предоставяне на конкретна информация на потенциалните бенефициенти за възможностите за кандидатстване по процедурите, съ-финансирани от ЕСИФ; разпространение на информационни и рекламни материали относно целите, начините и възможностите за финансиране от ЕСИФ в България; сътрудничество с управляващите органи/междинните звена на ОП и работа с национални, регионални медии и други мрежи за информация на ЕС.Работата на ОИЦ - Пловдив допринася за осъществяване на общите цели на НКС, а именно популяризиране ролята на ЕС; осигуряване на максимална прозрачност в процеса на изпълнение и управление на програмите; изграждане и поддържане на високо обществено доверие относно Споразумението на партньорство и програмите.Реализирането на проект "Осигуряване функционирането на ОИЦ - Пловдив през периода 2019 - 2021 г." ще спомогне за получаването на общодостъпна, безплатна и своевременна информация за фондовете на ЕС. Като резултат от изпълнението на проектните дейности ще се надгради постигнатата до момента разпознаваемост на европейските фондове и програми. (Bulgarian)

The aim of the project is to ensure the effective functioning of the Regional Information Centre in Plovdiv and to raise citizens’ awareness of the opportunities offered by the European Structural and Investment Funds. The priority of the Regional Information Centre — Plovdiv is to promote the role of the EU, to inform about the funding opportunities by programs and to ensure transparency in the process of implementation and management of the programmes. The employees appointed under the project will carry out the following activities that adequately meet the objectives of the project: promoting the role of the EU and informing about funding opportunities under the programmes; providing specific information to potential beneficiaries on the opportunities to apply under the procedures co-financed by the ESIF; dissemination of information and promotional materials on the objectives, ways and opportunities of ESIF funding in Bulgaria; cooperation with managing authorities/intermediate bodies of OPs and working with national, regional media and other EU information networks.The work of the PIC Plovdiv contributes to the general objectives of the NSS, namely promoting the role of the EU; ensuring maximum transparency in the process of programme implementation and management; building and maintaining high public trust on the Partnership Agreement and the programmes.The implementation of the project “Ensure the functioning of the RIC — Plovdiv in the period 2019-2021” will help to obtain publicly accessible, free and timely information about EU funds. As a result of the implementation of the project activities, the recognition of European funds and programmes achieved so far will be built on. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’assurer le bon fonctionnement du centre d’information régional de Plovdiv et de sensibiliser les citoyens aux possibilités offertes par les Fonds structurels et d’investissement européens. La priorité du Centre régional d’information — Plovdiv est de promouvoir le rôle de l’UE, d’informer sur les possibilités de financement par les programmes et d’assurer la transparence dans le processus de mise en œuvre et de gestion des programmes. promouvoir le rôle de l’UE et informer sur les possibilités de financement au titre des programmes; fournir des informations spécifiques aux bénéficiaires potentiels sur les possibilités de postuler dans le cadre des procédures cofinancées par les Fonds ESI; diffusion d’informations et de matériel promotionnel sur les objectifs, les voies et les possibilités de financement des Fonds ESI en Bulgarie; la coopération avec les autorités de gestion/organismes intermédiaires des PO et la collaboration avec les médias nationaux, régionaux et d’autres réseaux d’information de l’UE. Les travaux du PIC Plovdiv contribuent aux objectifs généraux du SNRS, à savoir la promotion du rôle de l’UE; garantir un maximum de transparence dans le processus de mise en œuvre et de gestion du programme; renforcer et maintenir une grande confiance du public dans l’accord de partenariat et les programmes. La mise en œuvre du projet «Assurer le fonctionnement du CIR — Plovdiv au cours de la période 2019-2021» contribuera à obtenir des informations accessibles au public, gratuites et en temps utile sur les fonds de l’UE. À la suite de la mise en œuvre des activités du projet, la reconnaissance des fonds et programmes européens obtenus jusqu’à présent sera renforcée. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, das reibungslose Funktionieren des regionalen Informationszentrums in Plovdiv zu gewährleisten und die Bürger für die Möglichkeiten zu sensibilisieren, die die europäischen Struktur- und Investitionsfonds bieten. Priorität des Regionalen Informationszentrums Plovdiv ist es, die Rolle der EU zu fördern, über die Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten nach Programmen zu informieren und Transparenz bei der Durchführung und Verwaltung der Programme zu gewährleisten. Die im Rahmen des Projekts benannten Mitarbeiter führen folgende Tätigkeiten durch, die den Zielen des Projekts angemessen entsprechen: Förderung der Rolle der EU und Information über Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten im Rahmen der Programme; Bereitstellung spezifischer Informationen für potenzielle Begünstigte über die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten im Rahmen der von den ESI-Fonds kofinanzierten Verfahren; Verbreitung von Informationen und Werbematerial über die Ziele, Möglichkeiten und Möglichkeiten der Finanzierung der ESI-Fonds in Bulgarien; Zusammenarbeit mit Verwaltungsbehörden/zwischengeschalteten OP-Stellen und Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen, regionalen Medien und anderen Informationsnetzen der EU.Die Arbeit des PIC Plovdiv trägt zu den allgemeinen Zielen des NSS bei, nämlich der Förderung der Rolle der EU; Gewährleistung einer größtmöglichen Transparenz bei der Programmdurchführung und -verwaltung; Aufbau und Aufrechterhaltung eines hohen öffentlichen Vertrauens in die Partnerschaftsvereinbarung und die Programme.Die Durchführung des Projekts „Die Funktionsweise des RIC – Plovdiv im Zeitraum 2019-2021 sicherstellen“ wird dazu beitragen, öffentlich zugängliche, kostenlose und zeitnahe Informationen über EU-Mittel zu erhalten. Als Ergebnis der Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten wird die Anerkennung der bisher erreichten europäischen Fonds und Programme darauf aufbauen. (German)
