Przedmiotem opracowania jest budowa instalacji fotowoltaicznych dla celów wybranych budynków użyteczności publicznej i stacji uzdatniania wody na terenie Gminy Jeleniewo. Miejsca realizacji inwestycji: - Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej i Mieszkaniowej, Gulbieniszki (SUW), 16-404 Jeleniewo, - Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej i Mieszkaniowej, Stacja Wodociągów Jeleniewo, 16-404 Jeleniewo, - Urząd Gminy Jeleniewo, Słoneczna 3, 16-404 Jeleniewo. W jednym przypadku zostanie wykonana instalacja naziemna. W jednym przypadku zostanie wykonana instalacja naziemna oraz na dachu budynku stacji uzdatniania wody w Jeleniewie. W jednym przypadku zdecydowano się na umieszczenie instalacji na dachu budynku (Urząd Gminy Jeleniewo). Ponadto w ramach projektu założono zaangażowanie inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego (koszt kwalifikowany) oraz przeprowadzenie promocji projektu – brak uwzględnienia w analizie finansowej, koszty promocji zostaną pokryte ze środków własnych gminy. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie ilości energii pochodzącej z OZE poprzez budowę instalacji fotowoltaicznych dla 3 obiektów użyteczności publicznej. Inwestycja przyczynia się do osiągnięcia następujących wskaźników: 1) produktu: -Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE – 3 szt. -Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych - 0,09 MWe; -Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych – 66,72 tony równoważnika CO2; 2) rezultatu: -Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE – 82,16 MWhe. Energia z OZE wyprodukowana w ramach projektu będzie wykorzystywana głównie na własne potrzeby. (Polish)

The subject of the study is the construction of photovoltaic installations for the purposes of selected public buildings and water treatment stations in the municipality of Jeleniawo. Places of implementation of the investment: — Department of Municipal and Housing Economy, Gulbieniszki (SUW), 16-404 Jeleniawo, – Department of Municipal and Housing Management, Jeleniawo Water Supply Station, 16-404 Jeleniawo, – Jeleniawo Municipality Office, Słoneczna 3, 16-404 Jeleniawo. In one case, a ground-based installation will be performed. In one case there will be a ground installation and on the roof of the building of the water treatment plant in Jeleniawo. In one case, it was decided to place the installation on the roof of the building (the Jeleniawo Municipality Office). In addition, the project assumed the involvement of the investor supervision inspector (eligible cost) and the promotion of the project – failure to take into account in the financial analysis, the costs of the promotion will be covered by the municipality’s own resources. The aim of the project is to increase the amount of energy from RES through the construction of photovoltaic installations for 3 public utilities. The investment shall contribute to the achievement of the following indicators: 1)Product: —Number of RES electricity generation units built – 3 pcs. —Additional renewable energy generation capacity – 0.09 MWe; —Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions – 66.72 tonnes of CO2 equivalent; 2) result: Production of electricity from newly built RES installations – 82.16 MWhe. Le sujet de l’étude est la construction d’installations photovoltaïques pour les besoins de certains bâtiments publics et stations de traitement de l’eau dans la municipalité de Jeleniawo. Lieux de mise en œuvre de l’investissement: — Département de l’économie municipale et du logement, Gulbieniszki (SUW), 16-404 Jeleniawo, — Département de la gestion municipale et du logement, station d’approvisionnement en eau de Jeleniawo, 16-404 Jeleniawo, — Bureau municipal de Jeleniawo, Słoneczna 3, 16-404 Jeleniawo. Dans un cas, une installation au sol sera réalisée. Dans un cas, il y aura une installation au sol et sur le toit du bâtiment de la station de traitement de l’eau à Jeleniawo. Dans un cas, il a été décidé de placer l’installation sur le toit du bâtiment (le bureau municipal de Jeleniawo). En outre, le projet supposait la participation de l’inspecteur chargé de la surveillance des investisseurs (coût éligible) et la promotion du projet — faute de prise en compte dans l’analyse financière, les coûts de la promotion seront couverts par les ressources propres de la commune. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter la quantité d’énergie produite par les SER par la construction d’installations photovoltaïques pour 3 services publics. L’investissement contribue à la réalisation des indicateurs suivants: 1) Produit: —Nombre d’unités de production d’électricité SER construites — 3 pièces. —Capacité supplémentaire de production d’énergie renouvelable — 0,09 MWe; —Réduction annuelle estimée des émissions de gaz à effet de serre — 66,72 tonnes d’équivalent CO2; 2) résultat: Production d’électricité à partir d’installations SER nouvellement construites — 82,16 MWhe. L’énergie produite à partir des sources d’énergie renouvelables produites dans le cadre du projet sera principalement utilisée à des fins propres. (French)
