Projekt ma na celu poprawę warunków i komfortu pracy pracowników firmy Klimosz Sp. z o.o., z uwagi na identyfikację istotnych zagrożeń związanych z wykonywaną pracą w obrębie zdrowia fizycznego i psychicznego. Projekt jest skierowany do pracowników zatrudnionych na podstawie umowy o pracę (min. 0,5 etatu) z różnych grup pracowniczych, tj. osoby kierujące pracownikami, pracownicy obsługujący monitory ekranowe, montażyści, magazynierzy, kierowcy. Chęć poprawy wynika z przeprowadzonej analizy szkodliwych czynników zdrowotnych w miejscu pracy. Zadania w projekcie: 1. Organizacja szkolenia dla pracowników 2. Doposażenie stanowisk pracy 3. Zakup środka trwałego Okres realizacji projektu: I-VI 2019. Projekt będzie realizowany w siedzibie Wnioskodawcy oraz sklepach detalicznych na terenie woj. śląskiego, tj. Żory, Brenna, Zabłocie, Racibórz, Goleszów. Wnioskodawca osiągnie zaplanowane wskaźniki: Liczba osób, które po opuszczeniu programu podjęły pracę lub kontynuowały zatrudnienie: 35 (Polish)

The project aims to improve the working conditions and comfort of employees of Klimosz Sp. z o.o., due to the identification of significant risks associated with work performed within physical and mental health. The project is addressed to employees employed on the basis of an employment contract (min. 0,5 posts) from different employee groups, i.e. persons managing employees, employees operating screen monitors, assemblers, warehousers, drivers. The desire to improve results from the analysis of harmful health factors in the workplace. Tasks in the project: 1. Organisation of training for employees 2. Refurbishment of workstations 3. Purchase of a fixed asset Period of implementation of the project: I-VI 2019. The project will be implemented at the premises of the Applicant and retail stores in the Silesian Voivodeship, i.e. Zory, Brenna, Mud, Racibórz, Golesz. The applicant shall achieve the planned indicators: Number of persons who have taken up work or continued to work after leaving the programme: 35 (English)

Le projet vise à améliorer les conditions et le confort des employés de Klimosz Sp. z o.o., en raison de l’identification des risques importants liés au travail effectué dans le cadre de la santé physique et mentale. Le projet s’adresse aux employés employés sur la base d’un contrat de travail (minimum 0,5 emploi) provenant de différents groupes de salariés, c’est-à-dire les employés qui gèrent les employés, les écrans d’affichage de fonctionnement des employés, les installateurs, les entreposeurs, les chauffeurs. Le désir d’améliorer est dû à l’analyse des facteurs nocifs pour la santé sur le lieu de travail. Tâches du projet: 1. Organisation de la formation du personnel 2. Mise à niveau des postes de travail 3. Achat d’une immobilisation Période de mise en œuvre du projet: I-VI 2019. Le projet sera mis en œuvre au siège de la requérante et dans les magasins de détail de la voïvodie de Silésie, c’est-à-dire au siège de la requérante. ▲ory, Brenna, Zabłocie, Racibórz, Goleszów.
