Проект - Въвеждане на ЕСМ за рехабилитация и модернизация на уличното осветление в район „Централен“ и район „Южен“ на Община Пловдив“, по ФМ на ЕИП 2014-2021, цели изграждането на модернизирана общинска система за изкуствено външно осветление (СУО) чрез въвеждане на мерки за ЕЕ в два района на град Пловдив – „Централен“ (между бул.„Копривщица“, бул.„Марица-юг“, бул. „Руски“ и бул.„Христо Ботев“) и „Южен“ (между ул.„Коматевско шосе“, ул. „Академик Петър Динеков“,бул.„Македония“ и бул.„Никола Вапцаров“). Специфичните цели на проекта ще бъдат реализирани чрез изпълнение на предвидените в него синергични дейности, а именно: 1. Организация и управление на проекта; 2. Осигуряване на информация и комуникация по проекта; 3. Извършване на инженеринг за изграждане на ЕЕ СУО; 4. Извършване на строителен надзор и оценка на съответствието; 5. Финансов одит; 6.Организиране и провеждане на дейности по обмен на опит и трансфер на знания в областта на ЕЕ. Предвиденият комплекс от дейности ще осигури качественото, прозрачно и ефективно реализиране на проекта, което ще доведе до: подмяната на 1913бр. осветителни тела със съвременни LED такива, част от СУО в двата пловдивски района; изграждане на система за автоматизирано управление и контрол и въвеждане на ВЕИ-базирано захранване за СУО. С настоящия проект, Община Пловдив ще има възможността да намали емисиите на CO2, енергийното потребление и финансовите разходи за ел.енергия, както и да подобри условията за живот на населението, пряко засегнато от проектните интервенции или - 165818д., както и, в дългосрочен план - на жителите и гостите на града. Проектът е в пълна кореспондентност на водещи стратегически планове в национален и европейски контекст, като допринася за намаляване на енергийното потребление, зависимост от внос на енергийни ресурси и замърсяване с вредни емисии; повишаването на ЕЕ и ползването на ВЕИ и др. Project — Introduction of the ESM for rehabilitation and modernisation of street lighting in the district “Central” and “South” region of Plovdiv Municipality, under the EEA FM 2014-2021, aims to build a modernised municipal system for artificial outdoor lighting (MSS) by introducing EE measures in two districts of Plovdiv — “Central” (between Koprivshtitsa Blvd., Maritsa-South), Ruski Blvd. and Hristo Botev Blvd. and Yuzhen (between Komatevsko shose Street, Academic Petar Dinekov Street, Macedonia blvd. and Nikola Vaptsarov Blvd.). The specific objectives of the project will be realised through the implementation of the synergistic activities provided for therein, namely: 1. Organisation and management of the project; 2. Providing information and communication on the project; 3. Carrying out engineering for the construction of ESCs; 4. Carrying out construction supervision and conformity assessment; 5. Financial audit; 6.Organisation and conduct of activities for exchange of experience and transfer of knowledge in the field of EE. The envisaged set of activities will ensure the qualitative, transparent and effective implementation of the project, which will lead to: the replacement of 1913 luminaires with modern LEDs, part of the SC in the two Plovdiv regions; construction of an automated management and control system and introduction of RES-based power supply for CMS. With this project, the Municipality of Plovdiv will have the opportunity to reduce CO2 emissions, energy consumption and the financial costs of electricity, as well as to improve the living conditions of the population directly affected by the project interventions or — 165818e. Projet — Introduction du MES pour la réhabilitation et la modernisation de l’éclairage public dans les districts «Central» et «Sud» de la municipalité de Plovdiv, dans le cadre de l’AEE FM 2014-2021, vise à construire un système municipal modernisé pour l’éclairage extérieur artificiel (MSS) en introduisant des mesures EE dans deux districts de Plovdiv — «Central» (entre Koprivshtitsa Blvd., Maritsa-Sud), Ruski Blvd. et Hristo Botev Blvd. et Yuzhen (entre la rue Komatevsko shose, rue académique Petar Dinekov, Macédoine blvd. et Nikola Vaptalvd.). Les objectifs spécifiques du projet seront atteints par la mise en œuvre des activités synergiques qui y sont prévues, à savoir: 1. Organisation et gestion du projet; 2. Fournir des informations et des communications sur le projet; 3. Réalisation de travaux d’ingénierie pour la construction d’ESC; 4. Effectuer la supervision de la construction et l’évaluation de la conformité; 5. Audit financier; 6. Organisation et conduite d’activités d’échange de données d’expérience et de transfert de connaissances dans le domaine de l’efficacité énergétique. L’ensemble d’activités envisagé garantira la mise en œuvre qualitative, transparente et efficace du projet, ce qui permettra: le remplacement des luminaires 1913 par des LED modernes, qui font partie du SC dans les deux régions de Plovdiv; construction d’un système de gestion et de contrôle automatisé et introduction d’une alimentation en énergie SER pour CMS. Avec ce projet, la municipalité de Plovdiv aura la possibilité de réduire les émissions de CO2, la consommation d’énergie et les coûts financiers de l’électricité, ainsi que d’améliorer les conditions de vie de la population directement touchée par les interventions du projet ou — 165818e. Le projet est pleinement conforme aux plans stratégiques phares dans un contexte national et européen, contribuant à réduire la consommation d’énergie, la dépendance à l’égard des importations de ressources énergétiques et la pollution par les émissions nocives; la promotion de l’efficacité énergétique et l’utilisation des SER, etc. (French)
