La proposition de projet prévoit la construction d’un centre de soutien quotidien pour les enfants handicapés et leurs familles à Karnobat grâce à des réparations, à la reconstruction, à la reconstruction, à la rénovation du parc immobilier, y compris l’espace de chantier adjacent, ainsi qu’à la fourniture d’équipements et d’ameublement.
