Проектът предвижда актуализация на СФУК на Община Казанлък с цел разделение на функциите на Община Казанлък като местен орган, Междинно звено и конкретен бенефициент и отразяване на новоделегирани функции на Междинно звено за оценка на проекти по Приоритетна ос 1 по ОПРР 2014-2020. Чрез проекта се създават условия за организация и мониторинг по изпълнението на Инвестиционната програма на Община Казанлък за интегрирано градско развитие. Обезпечава се изпълнение на функциите по оценка на проектните предложения на Община Казанлък, разработени и внесени по процедура по приоритетна ос 1 на ОПРР 2014-2020, вкл. чрез осигуряване на допълнителен (външен) експертен ресурс за оценка. Създават се условия за обмен на опит и добри практики. (Bulgarian)

The project provides for an update of the FSC of the Municipality of Kazanlak in order to separate the functions of the Municipality of Kazanlak as a local authority, Intermediate Unit and specific beneficiary and to reflect the newly delegated functions of the Intermediate Unit for the Evaluation of Projects under Priority Axis 1 under OPRG 2014-2020. The project creates conditions for the organisation and monitoring of the implementation of the Investment Programme of the Municipality of Kazanlak for integrated urban development. The functions of evaluation of the project proposals of Kazanlak Municipality, developed and submitted under the procedure under Priority Axis 1 of OPRG 2014-2020, are ensured, including by providing additional (external) expert resources for evaluation. The conditions for the exchange of experience and good practices shall be established. (English)

Le projet prévoit une mise à jour du FSC de la municipalité de Kazanlak afin de séparer les fonctions de la municipalité de Kazanlak en tant qu’autorité locale, unité intermédiaire et bénéficiaire spécifique et de refléter les fonctions nouvellement déléguées de l’unité intermédiaire pour l’évaluation des projets au titre de l’axe prioritaire 1 au titre de l’OPRG 2014-2020. Le projet crée les conditions nécessaires à l’organisation et au suivi de la mise en œuvre du programme d’investissement de la municipalité de Kazanlak pour le développement urbain intégré. Les fonctions d’évaluation des propositions de projet de la municipalité de Kazanlak, élaborées et soumises dans le cadre de la procédure relevant de l’axe prioritaire no 1 de l’OPRG 2014-2020, sont assurées, notamment en fournissant des ressources (externes) supplémentaires pour l’évaluation. Les conditions d’échange d’expériences et de bonnes pratiques sont établies. (French)
