Община Никола Козлево е разположена в Североизточна България, част от област Шумен. Населението на общината е около 6 100 души и по данни на Националния статистически институт към 2011 година, 2 883 от тях се самоопределят като представители на турския етнос, а 1 176 като роми. През последните години ромското население трайно се увеличава. Етническото многообразие води както до благоприятни демографски тенденции – висока раждаемост и относително висок дял на младите хора в общината, така и до редица социално-икономически проблеми. Основна предпоставка за решаването им е пълноценната социализация на етническите малцинства – приоритет, залегнал в политиката и стратегическите документи на Община Никола Козлево. В изпълнение на тази политика, с акцент образованието на децата и младежите като условие за успешната им професионална, социална и творческа реализация, Община Никола Козлево разработи проект „Бъдещето днес – образование и интеграция”. Проектът предвижда в обучения по български език, допълнителни занимания със застрашени от отпадане ученици и дейности за подобряване на образователната среда в училищата, в които се обучават интегрирано ученици от етническите малцинства, съхраняване и развитие на културната идентичност на учениците, активизиране и овластяване на родителите и кампании за подкрепа на образованието в етнически смесена среда да бъдат включени максимален брой представители на целевите групи: 408 ученици от етническите малцинства от всички пет училища на територията на община Никола Козлево и 220 родители. В резултат, в образователната система успешно ще бъдат интегрирани 327 ученици от етническите малцинства /вкл. роми/.За постигане на интеграционен ефект, в дейностите ще участват и ученици и родители, които не са част от целевите малцинствени групи. Община Никола Козлево ще изпълни проекта в партньорство със СУ „Цанко Бакалов Церковски” и Сдружение „Нов път”. (Bulgarian)

Nikola Kozlevo Municipality is located in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Shumen district. The population of the municipality was about 6,100 people and according to data from the National Statistical Institute as of 2011, 2 883 of them identified themselves as representatives of the Turkish ethnicity and 1 176 as Roma. In recent years, the Roma population has steadily increased. Ethnic diversity leads to both favourable demographic trends — high birth rates and relatively high share of young people in the municipality, as well as a number of socio-economic problems. A key prerequisite for their solution is the full socialisation of ethnic minorities — a priority enshrined in the politics and strategic documents of the Municipality of Nikola Kozlevo. In implementation of this policy, with emphasis on the education of children and young people as a condition for their successful professional, social and creative realisation, Nikola Kozlevo Municipality developed a project “The Future Today — Education and Integration”. The project foresees in Bulgarian language trainings, additional activities with students at risk of dropping out and activities to improve the educational environment in schools where integrated students from ethnic minorities are trained, preserving and developing the cultural identity of students, activation and empowerment of parents and campaigns to support education in an ethnically mixed environment to include a maximum number of representatives of the target groups: 408 students from ethnic minorities from all five schools on the territory of Nikola Kozlevo municipality and 220 parents. As a result, 327 students from ethnic minorities (incl. Roma) will be successfully integrated into the education system.To achieve integration effect, students and parents who are not part of the target minority groups will also participate in the activities. Nikola Kozlevo Municipality will implement the project in partnership with Sofia University “Tsanko Bakalov Tserkovski” and “New Road” Association. (English)

La municipalité de Nikola Kozlevo est située dans le nord-est de la Bulgarie, dans le district de Shumen. La population de la municipalité était d’environ 6 100 personnes et, d’après les données de l’Institut national de statistique en 2011, 2 883 d’entre elles se sont identifiées comme des représentants de l’ethnie turque et 1 176 comme des Roms. Ces dernières années, la population rom n’a cessé d’augmenter. La diversité ethnique entraîne à la fois des tendances démographiques favorables — des taux de natalité élevés et une proportion relativement élevée de jeunes dans la municipalité, ainsi qu’un certain nombre de problèmes socio-économiques. Une condition préalable essentielle à leur solution est la pleine socialisation des minorités ethniques — une priorité inscrite dans les documents politiques et stratégiques de la municipalité de Nikola Kozlevo. Dans la mise en œuvre de cette politique, en mettant l’accent sur l’éducation des enfants et des jeunes comme condition de leur réussite professionnelle, sociale et créative, la municipalité Nikola Kozlevo a développé un projet «L’avenir aujourd’hui — éducation et intégration». Le projet prévoit des formations en langue bulgare, des activités supplémentaires avec les élèves exposés au risque d’abandon scolaire et des activités visant à améliorer l’environnement éducatif dans les écoles où des élèves intégrés issus de minorités ethniques sont formés, à préserver et à développer l’identité culturelle des élèves, à activer et à autonomiser les parents et à mener des campagnes de soutien à l’éducation dans un environnement ethniquement mixte afin d’inclure un maximum de représentants des groupes cibles: 408 élèves issus de minorités ethniques des cinq écoles situées sur le territoire de la municipalité de Nikola Kozlevo et 220 parents. En conséquence, 327 élèves issus de minorités ethniques (y compris les Roms) seront intégrés avec succès dans le système éducatif.Pour obtenir l’effet d’intégration, les élèves et les parents qui ne font pas partie des groupes minoritaires cibles participeront également aux activités. La municipalité de Nikola Kozlevo mettra en œuvre le projet en partenariat avec l’Université de Sofia «Tsanko Bakalov Tserkovski» et l’association «Nouvelle route». (French)
