Проект "Интегриран подход за осигуряване на трайна интеграция на маргинализираните общности в община Бойчиновци" цели създаване на модел за насърчаване партньорството и сътрудничеството между местните власти и ромските общности чрез участието на всички институции, партньори и асоциирани партньори, работещи за интеграцията на тези целевите групи в българското общество. В проектното предложение са предвидени реализирането на дейности за активиране на икономически неактивни лица, психологическо подпомагане, мотивиране, социална и професионална интеграция на лица от целевите групи с фокус насърчаване участието им на пазара на труда и създаване на умения за успешно справяне на работното място и/или адаптиране към работните условия при включването им в заетост. Предвидено е обучение по ключова компетентност 1 - общуване на роден език, по ключова компетентност 4 - дигитална компетентност и провеждане на обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация "Работник в озеленяването", които ще предоставят възможност на обучените лица от целевата група за бъдеща реализация на пазара на труда. Ще бъде осигурена заетост на минимум 45 лица от целевата група, които ще бъдат наети от община Бойчиновци. Друга основна дейност е повишаване информираността относно социалните и здравните права на маргинализираните групи, чрез провеждане на информационни кампании. Насърчаване семейното планиране промяна на практики, имащи негативно влияние върху социалното включване на младите хора от маргинализираните общности, повишаване на здравната култура. Предвидено е подпомагане на деца и ученици от етническите малцинства на територията на Община Бойчиновци в сферата на образованието, както и работа с родителите им за повишаване на интереса към образованието - семейна подкрепа на децата им в училище и извън училище за постигане на по-добри резултати. The project “Integrated Approach to Ensure Sustainable Integration of the Marginalised Communities in the Municipality of Boychinovtsi” aims to create a model for promoting partnership and cooperation between local authorities and Roma communities through the participation of all institutions, partners and associated partners working for the integration of these target groups into Bulgarian society. The project proposal provides for the implementation of activities for activation of economically inactive persons, psychological support, motivation, social and professional integration of people from the target groups with a focus on promoting their participation in the labour market and creating skills for successful job management and/or adaptation to the working conditions when they are included in employment. Training on key competences 1 — communication in native language, key competence 4 — digital competence and training for the acquisition of professional qualification “Worker in landscaping”, which will provide the opportunity for the trained persons in the target group for future realisation on the labour market. A minimum of 45 targeted persons will be employed by the municipality of Boychinovtsi. Another main activity is raising awareness of the social and health rights of marginalised groups through information campaigns. Promoting family planning to change practices that have a negative impact on the social inclusion of young people from marginalised communities, to enhance health culture. Support for children and students from ethnic minorities on the territory of the Municipality of Boychinovci in the field of education, as well as working with their parents to increase the interest in education — family support of their children at school and outside school to achieve better results is foreseen. Le projet «Approche intégrée pour assurer l’intégration durable des communautés marginalisées dans la municipalité de Boychinovtsi» vise à créer un modèle de promotion du partenariat et de la coopération entre les autorités locales et les communautés roms grâce à la participation de toutes les institutions, partenaires et partenaires associés œuvrant pour l’intégration de ces groupes cibles dans la société bulgare. La proposition de projet prévoit la mise en œuvre d’activités d’activation des personnes économiquement inactives, de soutien psychologique, de motivation, d’intégration sociale et professionnelle des personnes appartenant aux groupes cibles, l’accent étant mis sur la promotion de leur participation au marché du travail et la création de compétences pour une gestion réussie de l’emploi et/ou l’adaptation aux conditions de travail lorsqu’elles sont incluses dans l’emploi. Formation sur les compétences clés 1 — communication en langue maternelle, compétence clé 4 — compétences numériques et formation pour l’acquisition de la qualification professionnelle «travailleur dans l’aménagement paysager», qui offrira aux personnes formées du groupe cible l’occasion de se réaliser à l’avenir sur le marché du travail. Au moins 45 personnes ciblées seront employées par la municipalité de Boychinovtsi. Une autre activité principale consiste à sensibiliser les groupes marginalisés aux droits sociaux et à la santé au moyen de campagnes d’information. Promouvoir la planification familiale afin de modifier les pratiques qui ont un impact négatif sur l’inclusion sociale des jeunes issus de communautés marginalisées, afin d’améliorer la culture sanitaire. Le soutien aux enfants et aux étudiants issus de minorités ethniques sur le territoire de la municipalité de Boychinovci dans le domaine de l’éducation, ainsi que la collaboration avec leurs parents pour accroître l’intérêt pour l’éducation — le soutien familial de leurs enfants à l’école et à l’extérieur de l’école afin d’obtenir de meilleurs résultats est prévu.
