Целта на проекта е осигуряване на заетост на 26 (двадесет и шест) лица за 12 месеца субсидирана заетост (вкл. и чрез ползване на инвестиционна подкрепа), както и след това за още 12 месеца Бенефициента да предостави запазване на минимум 13 (тринадесет) работни места. Бенефициент на проекта е „ИРА–ЕКО” ООД - дружество с опит в изпълнение на дейности, подобни на тези, включени в проектното предложение, вкл. успешно изпълнени проекти. Предложеният ръководител на проекта е и управител на дружеството - има управленски опит, както свързан с наемане и управление на работниците, така и с придобиване на оборудване и цялостно управление на своята дейност.Представителите на целевата група са безработни и неактивни лица, като се предвижда следното: - да се осигури заетост на 26 (двадесет и шест) лица, от които: - минимум 13 (тринадесет) лица с ниска степен на образование (под ISCED 3); Общата стойност на проекта и на безвъзмездното финансиране е 252 220 лева. Предвидени са 4 (четири) дейности - Д1: Организация и управление на проекта и индикативна стойност 25 200 лева (без вкл. ДДС) ; Д2: Информиране и публичност - с инд. стойност 2 500 лева (без ДДС) ; Д3: Наемане на безработни и/или неактивни лица за период до 12 месеца - инд. стойност - 149 724,23 лева и Д4: Придобиване оборудване/стопански инвентар на новите работни места - 74 795,77 лева (без ДДС). Разходите по проекта са ефективни, ефикасни и икономически обосновани, както и е спазена структурата на бюджета и изискванията на схемата. Проектът е в синхрон и изпълнява трите хоризонтални принципа на ОП РЧР. Срокът на проекта е 18 месеца, но не по-късно от 31.12.2017 г. Място на изпълнение на проекта е гр. София и с. Тодор Икономово, обл. Шумен, България. Индикатор за изпълнение (1) е включени в заетост безработни и неактивни участници с целева стойност - 26 лица, а индикатор за резултат (2) е безработни и неактивни участници, които при напускане на операцията имат работа - целева стойност - 13 лица. The aim of the project is to provide employment for 26 (twenty-six) persons for 12 months of subsidised employment (including through the use of investment support), and then for a further 12 months, the Beneficiary will provide a minimum of 13 (thirteen) jobs. The beneficiary of the project is IRA-EKO OOD, a company with experience in carrying out activities similar to those included in the project proposal, including successfully implemented projects. The proposed project manager is also a manager of the company — he has management experience, both in hiring and managing the workers, as well as in the acquisition of equipment and overall management of his/her activities. The representatives of the target group are unemployed and inactive, and the following are foreseen: — to provide employment for 26 (twenty-six) persons, of which: — a minimum of 13 (thirteen) persons with a low level of education (below ISCED 3); The total cost of the project and the grant is BGN 252 220. 4 (four) activities are foreseen — E1: Organisation and management of the project and indicative value of BGN 25 200 (excluding VAT); E2: Information and publicity — with an indicative value of BGN 2 500 (excluding VAT); E3: Employment of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of up to 12 months — value — 149 724.23 BGN and D4: Acquisition of equipment/business inventory of new workplaces — BGN 74 795.77 (excluding VAT). The costs of the project are effective, efficient and economically justified, as well as the structure of the budget and the requirements of the scheme. The project is in sync and implements the three horizontal principles of OP HRD. The duration of the project is 18 months, but not later than 31.12.2017. The place of implementation of the project is Sofia and Todor Ikonomovo village, region. Shumen, Bulgaria. Performance indicator (1) is included in employment unemployed and inactive participants with a target value of 26 persons, and result indicator (2) is unemployed and inactive participants, who, when leaving the operation, have a target of 13 persons. Les coûts du projet sont efficaces, efficients et économiquement justifiés, ainsi que la structure du budget et les exigences du régime. Le projet est synchronisé et met en œuvre les trois principes horizontaux du PO HRD. La durée du projet est de 18 mois, mais au plus tard le 31.12.2017. Le lieu de mise en œuvre du projet est Sofia et le village de Todor Ikonomovo, région. Shumen, Bulgarie.
