Стопанството на Иван Зашев е растениевъдно, разположено в землището на с. Черньово, общ. Ихтиман, обл. София. Към настоящия момент, кандидата отглежда 13,301 дка сливи, 2,994 дка малини и 5,690 дка моркови. Насажденията са разположени върху четири имота, за които кандидатът има сключен договор за аренда със срок от 20 стопански години, считано от 15.12.2016 г.. Общият начален икономически размер на стопанството възлиза на 14285,35 евро СПО. Насажденията от сливи се отглеждат по методите на биологичното производство, а насажденията от малини и морковите - по конвенционален метод. В периода на изпълнение на бизнес плана, кандидатът ще засади нови 11,690 дка трайни насаждения от сливи и ще закупи селскостопанска техника. Планираното увеличение на стопанството ще бъде изцяло с отглеждане на култури по биологичен метод. (Bulgarian)

Currently, the applicant grows 13,301 decares of plums, 2,994 decares of raspberries and 5,690 decares of carrots. The plantations are located on four properties for which the applicant has concluded a lease contract for a period of 20 economic years from 15 December 2016. The total starting economic size of the holding amounts to EUR 14 285.35 OSPs. Plums are grown according to organic production methods, and raspberries and carrots are grown using a conventional method. In the period of implementation of the business plan, the applicant will plant new 11,690 decares of plum permanent crops and purchase agricultural machinery. The planned increase of the holding will be entirely organic. (English)
