Основният резултат, който ще се постигне с реализацията на проекта е рехабилитиран участък от път IІ-23 с дължина 21,520 км. Път II-23 обслужва област Русе и осъществява връзка между община Русе и областен център Русе, както и връзка с път I-2 и път I-7. С подобряването на транспортно-експлоатационните качества на пътния участък, ще се осигурят безопасност на движението и комфорт на пътуващите жители на с. Червена вода и с. Ново село до гр. Русе и гр. Кубрат и ще бъде удължен експлоатационния живот на пътя. Подобрените условия за преминаване по участъка ще окажат благоприятно въздействие върху целевите групи по настоящия проект и крайните бенефициенти–населението на област Русе, общини Русе и Кубрат, ще допринесе за подобряване на качеството на живот и работна среда, осигуряването на нови възможности за повишаване конкурентно способността в региона и достъпността до TEN-T мрежата на товари и пътници в рамките на региона, с което се постига и целта на настоящата схема за предоставяне на БФП.Основните дейности, заложени за успешната реализацията на проекта са:-Сформиране на екип за управление на проекта, който ще управлява и координира всички дейности и участници, ангажирани в реализацията на инвестиционното предложение-Избор на Изпълнител за извършване на строително-монтажни работи и дейности по информация и публичност на проекта, подписване на договор с него и извършване на рехабилитация на обекта;, сключване на договор с него и извършване на рехабилитация на обекта-Избор на Изпълнител на строителен надзор (Консултант), сключване на договор с него и извършване на консултантски услуги за упражняване на независим строителен надзор по време на строителството и през гаранционния период за обекта-Упражняване на авторски надзор върху изпъленението на СМР -Изпълнение на мерките по информация и публичност на проекта-Въвеждане на обекта в експлоатация, изпълнение на всички дейности по проекта, верификация на разходите и отчитане на постигнатите резултати (Bulgarian)

The main result to be achieved with the realisation of the project is a rehabilitated section of road II-23 with a length of 21.520 km. Road II-23 serves the district of Ruse and connects the municipality of Ruse with the Ruse district centre, as well as a connection to road I-2 and road I-7. With the improvement of the transport and operational qualities of the road section, road safety and comfort will be ensured for the travelling residents of the villages of Cherven voda and Novo Selo to the towns of Ruse and Kubrat and will be extended the service life of the road. The improved conditions for the passage of the section will have a favourable impact on the target groups of this project and the final beneficiaries — the population of Ruse region, the municipalities of Ruse and Kubrat, will contribute to improving the quality of life and the working environment, providing new opportunities to increase the region’s competitive capacity and accessibility to the TEN-T network of freight and passengers within the region, which achieves the objective of the current grant scheme. The main activities set for the successful implementation of the project are:-Establishment of the project management team, which will manage and coordinate all activities and participants involved in the implementation of the investment proposal — Selection of the grant award scheme. Le principal résultat à atteindre avec la réalisation du projet est un tronçon réhabilité de la route II-23 d’une longueur de 21,520 km. La route II-23 dessert le district de Ruse et relie la municipalité de Ruse au centre de district de Ruse, ainsi qu’une connexion à la route I-2 et à la route I-7. Avec l’amélioration des qualités de transport et d’exploitation du tronçon routier, la sécurité routière et le confort seront assurés pour les résidents itinérants des villages de Cherven voda et Novo Selo aux villes de Ruse et de Kubrat et seront prolongés la durée de vie de la route. L’amélioration des conditions de passage de la section aura un impact favorable sur les groupes cibles de ce projet et les bénéficiaires finaux — la population de la région de Ruse, les municipalités de Ruse et de Kubrat, contribuera à améliorer la qualité de vie et l’environnement de travail, en offrant de nouvelles possibilités d’accroître la capacité concurrentielle de la région et l’accessibilité au réseau RTE-T de fret et de passagers dans la région, ce qui permettra d’atteindre l’objectif du régime actuel de subvention.
