Projekt zakłada realizację 3 podstawowych zadań inwestycjnych: 1) renowację zabytkowych murów obronnych wraz z dwoma basztami tj. Basztą Menniczą oraz Basztą Prochową.(Odcinki murów objęte wsparciem znajdują się w centrum wokół starego miasta,: - nad brzegiem Iny – z Basztą Prochową i Basztą Menniczą przy Gimnazjum nr 1 - fragment przy ul. Grunwaldzkiej z Bramą Wolińską oraz wieżyczką z herbami miasta, - odcinek muru przy ul. Barnima I - odcinek muru nad Strugą Goleniowską i goleniowskim placu Planty) 2) remont ruin Kaplicy Św. Jerzego (Ruiny znajdują się w lewobrzeżnej części miasta, będącej podgrodziem średniowiecznego Goleniowa. Dawniej wokół kościoła znajdował się cmentarz. Przy pracach wykopaliskowych odkopano kilka nagrobków. Obecnie jest to skwer otoczony kamiennym murem (ok. 3 m ponad poziomem chodnika), ograniczony ulicami Szczecińską, Sportową i Marii Konopnickiej.) 3) zagospodarowanie terenu wokół ruin Kaplicy Św. Jerzego wraz z przystosowaniem terenu do poruszania się prze osoby niepełnosprawne. W ramach realizacji projektu planowane jest udzielenie zamówień związanych z prowadzeniem w imieniu Inwestora nadzoru nad prawidłowością realizacji przedsięwzięcia. W szczególności zakupione będą usługi z zakresu: - nadzoru inwestorskiego - nadzoru autorskiego. Realizacja projektu w pełnym przewidzianym we wniosku zakresie umożliwi osiągnięcie pełnej funkcjonalności obiektu, bez konieczności przeprowadzania dodatkowych działań inwestycyjnych. Operator i Właściciel obiektu (Gmina Goleniów) zapewni niezbędne zasoby ludzkie i techniczne na potrzeby prawidłowego (zgodnego z założeniami projektu)funkcjonowania obiektu. (Polish)

The project assumes 3 basic investment tasks: 1) Renovation of historic defensive walls together with two towers, i.e. The Mint Tower and the Powder Tower.(The sections of the walls supported are located in the centre around the old town: — on the banks of Ina – with Powder Bastion and Mint Bastion at Junior High School No. 1 – fragment at ul. Grunwaldzka with the Wolińska Gate and a turret with city crests, a section of the wall at ul. Barnima I – section of the wall above Strug Goleniowska and Goleniów Square Planty) 2) Refurbishment of the ruins of the Chapel of St. Jerzy (Ruiny is located in the left-bank part of the city, which is a part of the medieval Goleniów. There was a cemetery around the church. Several gravestones were excavated during the excavations. Today it is a square surrounded by a stone wall (approx. 3 m above the level of the pavement), bounded by Szczecińska, Sportowa and Maria Konopnicka streets.) 3) the development of the area around the ruins of the Chapel of St. George, along with the adaptation of the area to move by disabled people. As part of the implementation of the project, it is planned to award contracts related to conducting supervision on behalf of the Investor over the correctness of the implementation of the project. In particular, the following services will be purchased: — investor supervision – copyright supervision. Implementation of the project to the full extent provided for in the proposal will enable the full functionality of the facility to be achieved, without the need for additional investment activities. The operator and owner of the facility (Goleniów Municipality) will provide the necessary human and technical resources for proper operation of the facility. (English)
