Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 200 osób (105 kobiet i 95 mężczyzn) powyżej 29 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy,zarejestrowanych w PUP, zakwalifikowanych do I lub II profilu pomocy, z powiatu wągrowieckiego, należących co najmniej do jednej z kategorii osób:kobiety, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby niepełnosprawne, o niskich kwalifikacjach zaw., powyżej 50 roku życia. W ramach projektu będą realizowaneinstrumenty i usługi rynku pracy, takie jak: staże, szkolenia, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, poradnictwo oraz pośrednictwopracy. Udzielanie wsparcia w postaci usług i instrumentów wskazanych w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004roku będzie poprzedzone pogłębioną analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji, problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika/ uczestniczki projektu (m.in.poprzezustalenie profilu pomocy i opracowanie/ aktualizację IPD). Analiza ta pozwoli na dopasowanie oferty pomocy w taki sposób, aby odpowiadała narzeczywiste potrzeby danego uczestnika/uczestniczki projektu.Projekt jest formą wsparcia dla bezrobotnych kobiet i mężczyzn, którzy mają trudności z samodzielnym wejściem lub powrotem na rynek pracy, tj. takich,którzy posiadają niewielkie umiejętności i kwalifikacje do wykonywania zawodu, nie posiadają lub posiadają niewielkie doświadczenie zawodowe, nie mająwystarczających środków na założenie własnej działalności gospodarczej.Przedsięwzięcie będzie realizowane w okresie 01.01.2017r. do 30.06.2018r. Rekrutacja uczestników będzie trwała do 31.12.2017r. Kwota środków FP narealizację projektu w 2017r. obejmie 1.304.031,32 zł oraz kwota 261.500,00 zł na rok 2018 w ramach dodatkowych 30%. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie nabycie przez osoby bezrobotne kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zaw., a w rezultacie podjęcia pracy bądź działalności gosp. Realizacja projektu będzie zgodna z politykami horyzontalnymi w odniesieniu do zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz równości szans. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 200 people (105 women and 95 men) over 29 years of age, who remain unemployed, registered in the PUP, qualified for the I or II aid profile, from the district of Wągrowiecki, belonging to at least one of the categories of persons:women, long-term unemployed, disabled, low-skilled, incl. over 50 years of age. The project will implement instruments and services of the labour market, such as: traineeships, training, one-off measures for starting a business, guidance and job intermediation. The provision of support in the form of services and instruments specified in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions of 20 April 2004 will be preceded by in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions, professional problems of a given participant/participant of the project (e.g. by establishing the aid profile and developing/updating the IPD). The project is a form of support for unemployed women and men who find it difficult to enter or return to the labour market, i.e. those who have little skills and qualifications to pursue the profession, do not have or have little professional experience, do not have sufficient resources to start their own business.The project will be carried out in the period 30.06.2018. Recruitment of participants will last until 31.12.2017. The amount of FP funds for the implementation of the project in 2017 will include PLN 1.304.031,32 and PLN 261,500,00 for 2018 under the additional 30 %. The main result of the project will be the acquisition by unemployed persons of qualifications and experience, and as a result of taking up a job or activities of gosp. The implementation of the project will be in line with horizontal policies for sustainable development and equal opportunities. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi de 200 personnes (105 femmes et 95 hommes) âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont au chômage, inscrites à l’OLP, qualifiées pour le profil d’aide I ou II, du comté de Wągrowiec, appartenant à au moins une des catégories de osób:kobiety, des chômeurs de longue durée, des personnes handicapées, peu qualifiées, y compris, âgées de plus de 50 ans. Le projet fournira des instruments et des services du marché du travail, tels que: stages, formation, création d’entreprises ponctuelles, conseil et médiation professionnelle. La fourniture d’un soutien sous la forme de services et d’instruments spécifiés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail du 20 avril 2004 sera précédée d’une analyse approfondie des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels d’un participant/participant donné au projet (par exemple, en établissant le profil de l’aide et en développant/actualisant la DPI). Cette analyse permettra d’adapter l’offre d’assistance de manière à répondre aux besoins réels d’un participant/participant au projet. Le projet est une forme de soutien pour les femmes et les hommes au chômage qui ont des difficultés à entrer ou à réintégrer le marché du travail par eux-mêmes, c’est-à-dire ceux qui ont peu de compétences et de qualifications pour exercer la profession, n’ont pas ou n’ont pas d’expérience professionnelle, ne disposent pas de ressources suffisantes pour créer leur propre entreprise. Le projet sera réalisé entre le 1er janvier 2017 et le 30.6.2018. Les participants seront recrutés jusqu’au 31.12.2017. Le montant des fonds du programme-cadre pour la mise en œuvre du projet en 2017 couvrira 1 304.031,32 PLN et 261,500.00 PLN pour 2018 en sus de 30 %. Le principal résultat du projet sera l’acquisition par les chômeurs de qualifications et d’expériences, ainsi que par suite de l’accès à un emploi ou à des activités commerciales. La mise en œuvre du projet sera conforme aux politiques horizontales en matière de développement durable et d’égalité des chances. (French)
