Проектното предложение „Включване в заетост в „БМН Инженеринг“ ООД и обучаване на безработни и неактивни младежи ” се разработва по процедура за подбор на проекти - BG05M9OP001-1.003 „НОВО РАБОТНО МЯСТО 2015“, с финансовата подкрепа на Оперативна програма „Развитие на човешките ресурси“, съфинансирана от ЕС, чрез ЕСФ.Основната цел на проектното предложение - създаване на благоприятни условия за професионално, социално-икономическо и личностно реализиране на дванадесет младежи на възраст до 29 години, които са безработни и/или неактивни, ще спомогне за повишаване на квалификацията и устойчивото им интегриране на пазара на труда. Постигането на целта ще осигури социално включване за тези младежи, заработени доходи и осигурителни права, постъпления от данъци и осигуровки за държавата.Основните дейностите, изпълнението на които ще реализират целта на проекта са: Ø- Наемане от „БМН Инженеринг“ ООД на 12 младежи, които са безработни и/или неактивни, за период до една година; Ø- Предоставяне на професионално обучение и обучение по ключови компетентности на вече наетите по проекта лица;Ø- Закупуване на оборудване и обзавеждане за новите работни места.Закупените със средствата по настоящата процедура апарати и устройства, необходими за съдаване на новите работни места на представителите на целевата група, ще се ползват в ежедневната работа от повече от едно лице. В проектното предложение е включено минималното както по вид, така и по количество работно оборудване, необходимо за нормалното протичане на работните процеси на новосъздадените работни места.Устойчивост на резултатите по проекта ще се постигне със запазване на работното място за минимум една година на половината от наетите по проекта лица, след приключване на дейностите по проекта. The project proposal “Inclusion in employment in BMN Engineering Ltd. and training of unemployed and inactive young people” is being developed under the project selection procedure — BG05M9OP001-1.003 “New WORK 2015”, with the financial support of the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development”, co-financed by the EU, through the ESF. The main objective of the project proposal — creating favourable conditions for professional, socio-economic and personal realisation of twelve young people under the age of 29, who are unemployed and/or inactive, will help to increase their qualification and their sustainable integration into the labour market. The achievement of the goal will ensure social inclusion for these young people, earned income and social security rights, receipts from taxes and insurance for the state.The main activities, the implementation of which will realise the objective of the project are: Ø- Renting by BMN Engineering Ltd. of 12 young people who are unemployed and/or inactive for a period of up to one year; Ø- Provision of vocational training and training on key competences to the persons already employed under the project;Ø- Purchase of equipment and furniture for the new workplaces. The devices and devices purchased under this procedure, necessary to establish the new jobs of the representatives of the target group, will be used in the daily work by more than one person. The project proposal includes the minimum by type and quantity of work equipment necessary for the normal running of the work processes of the newly created workplaces. The sustainability of the project results will be achieved by keeping the workplace for a minimum of one year for half of the employees of the project, after completion of the project activities.
