Фирма ВЕЛИНФИШ” ЕООД има собствена аквакултурна ферма, в която отглежда пъстърва. Целта на настоящия проект е да се организира предприятие за преработка на произведените в собственото рибно стопанство 150 тона годишно пъстърва, до 3т бракувани риби от маточните стада и още 150 тона пъстърва от други рибни стопанства. Производителността на предприятието може да достигне до Пъстърва, почистена от вътрешности и перки с глава замразена - от 280 т суровина – 224 т готов продукт; Топло пушена пъстърва с глава, без вътрешности и перки от 15 т суровина – 11 т готов продукт; Студено пушена пъстърва с глава, без вътрешности и перки от 8 т суровина – 6 т готов продукт.Цехът за преработка на риба ще се разположи в съществуващата масивна едноетажна сграда в УПИ II-2, кв. 1, местност „Гарата”, землище на гр. Белица, Община Белица с площ 332 кв. м. Преустройството на сградата се състои в обособяване на помещения с леки преградни стени със сухо строителство – панели и кнауф, монтаж на инсталации и хигиенизация на обекта. Предприятието ще се обслужва от 5 работника, за които да се организират поотделно санитарно-битови възли на принципа на санитарния филтър със санитарен пропуск и стая за почивка. Общият размер на разходите, необходими за реализиране на проекта са в размер на 1 095 229,49 лв без ДДС, като за подобряване на безопасността, хигиената , здравето и условията на труд са предвидени 12 520 лв , което представлява над 1% от инвестицията по проекта. VELINFISH Ltd. has its own aquaculture farm where it grows trout. The aim of this project is to organise a processing plant for 150 tonnes of trout produced in its own farm, up to 3 tonnes of cull fish from the parent herds and 150 tonnes of trout from other farms. The productivity of the enterprise can reach Trout, cleaned of insides and fins with head frozen — from 280 tons of raw material — 224 tons of finished product; Warm smoked trout with head, without viscera and fins of 15 t raw material — 11 t finished product; Cold smoked trout with head, without viscera and fins of 8 t raw material — 6 t finished product.The fish processing workshop will be located in the existing massive one-storey building in UPI II-2, sq. 1, Garata area, town of Belitsa, Municipality of Belitsa with an area of 332 sq. m. The reconstruction of the building consists of the establishment of premises with light partitions with drywalls — panels and knauf, installation of installations and hygienisation of the site. The company will be served by 5 workers, for whom separate sanitary junctions are organised on the basis of the sanitary filter with a sanitary pass and a rest room. The total costs necessary for the implementation of the project are BGN 1 095 229.49 excluding VAT, and 12 520 BGN are foreseen to improve safety, hygiene, health and working conditions, which represents more than 1 % of the project’s investment.
