Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie do 31.12.2020 roku zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia 60 osób [36K/24M] w wieku 30 lat i więcej, wyłącznie długotrwale bezrobotnych, w tym zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym/ Miejskim Urzędzie Pracy, zamieszkujących na terenie woj. świętokrzyskiego w rozumieniu Kodeksu cywilnego, z czego min. 6 [3K/3M] osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację ZADAŃ: •diagnoza potrzeb i potencjałów UP wraz z utworzeniem IPD dla 100% UP • indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe w formie jobcoachingu dla 100% UP • szkolenia zawodowe zg. ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i potencjałem UP oraz zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami właściwego lokalnego lub regionalnego rynku pracy dla 100% UP • staże dla 60% UP i pośrednictwo pracy dla 100 % UP • zatrudnienie subsydiowane dla 20% UP. Główne REZULTATY zaplanowane do osiągnięcia, dzięki realizacji proj.: • Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu-min. 30 (17K/13M), • Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu-min. 36 (20K/16M) oraz wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej min.45%. The main objective of the project is to increase by 31.12.2020 the employability of 60 people [36K/24M] at the age of 30 years and above, only long-term unemployed, including registered in the District/Municipal Labour Office, residing in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship within the meaning of the Civil Code, of which 6 [3K/3M] persons with disabilities. The objective will be achieved through the implementation of the APPROVEMENTS: • diagnosis of needs and potentials of UP together with the creation of an IPD for 100 % UP • individual jobcoaching for 100 % of UP • vocational training based on diagnosed needs and potential of UP and diagnosed needs of the relevant local or regional labour market for 100 % of UP • traineeships for 60 % of UP and job intermediation for 100 % of UP • subsidised employment for 20 % UP. Main RESULTS planned to be achieved, through the implementation of the project: • Number of people working, including self-employed, after leaving the programme-min. 30 (17K/13M), • Number of people who were qualified after leaving the programme-min.36 (20K/16M) and employment efficiency ratio of at least 45 %. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître, d’ici au 31.12.2020, l’employabilité de 60 personnes [36K/24M] âgées de 30 ans et plus, seules les chômeurs de longue durée, y compris ceux inscrits au bureau du travail de district/Mijski, résidant dans la voïvodie de Świętokrzyskie au sens du code civil, dont au moins 6 personnes handicapées [3K/3M]. L’objectif sera atteint par la mise en œuvre des exigences: •diagnostic des besoins et des potentiels de l’AP ainsi que la création d’un DPI pour 100 % UP • Orientation professionnelle individuelle sous forme d’accompagnement professionnel pour 100 % UP • Formation professionnelle en fonction des besoins diagnostiqués et du potentiel de l’UP et des besoins diagnostiqués du marché du travail local ou régional pertinent pour 100 % UP • stages pour 60 % UP et placements d’emploi pour 100 % UP • emplois subventionnés pour 20 % UP. Principaux RÉSULTATS prévus, grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet: • Nombre de travailleurs salariés, y compris indépendants, après avoir quitté le programme-min. 30 (17K/13M), • Nombre de personnes qualifiées après avoir quitté le programme-min. 36 (20K/16M) et indice de performance en matière d’emploi min.45 %.
