L’opération s’articule autour d’une action par une approche de mobilisations individuelles et collectives des participants PLIE. C'est à travers une mise en pratique concrète des outils numériques et une montée en compétences progressive que l’adhésion et levée les freins aux usages en sera facilitée. 1\. Des sessions thématiques d'une demi-journée sont prévues pour permettre d’avoir une vision claire de cette valeur ajoutée que nous identifions de manière transversale dans la vie quotidienne des personnes (démarches administratives en ligne, accès à la culture, à la garde d’enfants, à la mobilité…) et dans le cadre des démarches d’insertion professionnelle (accès à des sites d’emplois, accès à l’offre de formation, accès aux annuaires professionnels, aux réseaux sociaux en ligne, à l’utilisation d’un traitement de texte…) 2\. Suivis de temps collectifs (également d'une demi-journée) qui sont organisés pour permettre aux participants PLIE une pratique régulière et consolider leurs connaissances. Il s’agira sur ces temps collectifs de passer à la mise en œuvre concrète du plan d’action numérique (accès aux outils - formation - formalisation du plan d’action) défini en début et milieu et fin de parcours avec le conseiller -formateur Argos et en lien avec la demande du chargé de parcours PLIE. 3\. Des entretiens individuels au démarrage- mi parcours et fin d'action pour s’inscrire dans une démarche personnalisée et adaptée au projet et à la suite de parcours de chacun : comprendre le contexte de la situation/ ajuster / conseiller. **__\- Accès aux outils numériques__** Chaque participant PLIE pourra accéder durant le temps de l’action à différents outils numériques (fixes et nomades) et à une connexion internet. Sont mis à la disposition des participants PLIE : ordinateur fixe/ portable - tablette numérique - imprimante laser- scanner-- outils bureautique -Argos dispose d’une salle informatique dédiée avec ordinateurs (fixes et portables- de tablettes numérique -- d’un vidéoprojecteur). -1 atelier sur 2 se déroulera au sein de l'espace ressources de la Maison de l’emploi- partenaire incontournable de notre intervention. Cette mise à disposition vise un double objectif : \- Pour le participant, celui de s’approprier l’espace ressource mis à sa disposition et créer ses codes d’accès ; se familiariser avec le lieu, ses services, gagner en proximité avec son chargé de parcours PLIE ; \- Pour Argos et la Maison de l’emploi, de travailler en étroite collaboration dans la mise en œuvre de l’opération ; de participer à une veille commune sur la e-exclusion/ e-inclusion des participants PLIE du territoire et de mesurer ensemble les résultats. **__La déclinaison de l’action en 4 temps identifiés :__** **Accueil et diagnostic** : les participants PLIE seront reçus en informations collectives pour une présentation de l’action. A l’issue de l’information collective ils bénéficieront d’un premier entretien individuel de diagnostic des besoins et de mise en place d’un plan d’action individuel (passation test de positionnement) . **Modules thématiques** : les participants PLIE participeront à 8 modules collectifs et individualisés d'une demi-journée pour faciliter la connaissance et l’usage des outils numériques. Ces modules sont objectivés et individualisés selon les besoins repérés des participants PLIE lors du premier entretien. **Temps de mise en pratique par « les permanences connectées »** : les participants PLIE pourront accéder aux outils et ressources mise à leur disposition en autonomie mais sous la présence et l’appui du conseiller -formateur Argos. Ces temps serviront à mettre en œuvre le plan d’action prévu selon deux axes : constitution d’un dossier numérique individuel et (ou) programme d’autoformation renforcée. **Bilan final** : A la fin de l’accompagnement, un bilan des compétences numériques sera réalisé en s’appuyant notamment sur le test Cléa depuis l’Emploi Store. Un entretien final permettra de formaliser les étapes du parcours et de faire un état des lieux de la mise en œuvre du plan d’action en correspondance avec le chargé de parcours PLIE. (French)

Group time follow-ups (also half a day) which are organised to allow PLIE participants to practice regularly and consolidate their knowledge. It will be necessary to move on to the concrete implementation of the digital action plan (access to tools — training — formalisation of the action plan) defined at the beginning and middle and end of the journey with the adviser — trainer Argos and in connection with the request of the PLIE path manager. 3\. Individual interviews at the start- mid-term and end of the action to be part of a personalised approach adapted to the project and following each of them: understand the context of the situation/adjust/advisor. **__\- Access to digital tools__** Each PLIE participant will be able to access different digital tools (fixed and nomads) and an internet connection during the time of the action. The following are made available to PLIE participants: fixed/Portable computer — digital tablet — laser printer- scanner- office tools -Argos has a dedicated computer room with computers (fixed and laptops- digital tablets — a projector). —1 workshop out of 2 will take place within the resource space of the Maison de l’Emploi — essential partner of our intervention. The purpose of this provision is twofold: \- For the participant to own the resource space made available to the participant and to create access codes; get acquainted with the place, its services, gain close contact with his PLIE path manager; \- For Argos and the Maison de l’Emploi, to work closely together in the implementation of the operation; to participate in a joint monitoring of e-exclusion/e-inclusion of PLIE participants from the territory and to measure together the results. **__The declination of the action in 4 times identified:__** **Home and Diagnosis**: PLIE participants will be received in collective information for a presentation of the action. At the end of the collective information they will benefit from a first individual interview to diagnose needs and to set up an individual action plan (position test pass). **Thematic modules**: the PLIE participants will participate in 8 group and individualised half-day modules to facilitate the knowledge and use of digital tools. These modules are objectified and individualised according to the needs identified by PLIE participants during the first interview. **Implementation time by “connected permanences”**: PLIE participants will be able to access the tools and resources made available to them independently but under the presence and support of the Argos trainer advisor. These times will be used to implement the planned action plan in two areas: creation of an individual digital file and/or enhanced self-training programme. **Final review**: At the end of the coaching, a digital skills assessment will be carried out using the Cléa test since the Job Store. A final interview will make it possible to formalise the stages of the route and to take stock of the implementation of the action plan in correspondence with the PLIE path manager. (English)

Die Operation beruht auf einer Aktion, bei der individuelle und kollektive Mobilisierungen der PLIE-Teilnehmer angestrebt werden. Dies wird durch die praktische Umsetzung der digitalen Instrumente und den schrittweisen Ausbau der Kompetenzen erleichtert werden, um die Akzeptanz zu erleichtern und die Hindernisse für die Nutzung zu beseitigen. 1\. Es sind halbtägige thematische Sitzungen vorgesehen, um einen klaren Überblick über diesen Mehrwert zu erhalten, den wir bereichsübergreifend im Alltag der Menschen erkennen (Verwaltungsschritte im Internet, Zugang zu Kultur, Kinderbetreuung, Mobilität usw.) und im Rahmen der beruflichen Eingliederung (Zugang zu Arbeitsstellen, Zugang zu Ausbildungsangeboten, Zugang zu Berufsverzeichnissen, zu sozialen Online-Netzwerken, zur Verwendung von Textverarbeitung usw.) 2\. Mit dieser Bereitstellung wird ein zweifaches Ziel verfolgt: \- Für den Teilnehmer, sich den ihm zur Verfügung gestellten Ressourcenbereich zu eigen zu machen und seine Zugangscodes zu erstellen; sich mit dem Ort und seinen Dienstleistungen vertraut zu machen, in der Nähe seines Reiseleiters PLIE zu gewinnen; \- Für Argos und das Arbeitshaus, eng zusammenarbeiten bei der Umsetzung der Operation; an einer gemeinsamen Beobachtung der e-Ausschluss/e-Integration der PLIE-Teilnehmer aus dem Gebiet teilzunehmen und die Ergebnisse gemeinsam zu messen. **__Die Deklination der Aktion in 4 identifizierten Takten:__*** **Startseite und Diagnose**: die PLIE-Teilnehmer werden gemeinsam zur Präsentation der Maßnahme informiert. Nach der kollektiven Information erhalten sie ein erstes persönliches Gespräch über die Bedarfsdiagnose und die Aufstellung eines individuellen Aktionsplans (Passage Test Positionierung). **Themenmodule**: die PLIE-Teilnehmer werden an 8 halbtägigen Gruppenmodulen teilnehmen, um das Wissen und die Nutzung digitaler Werkzeuge zu erleichtern. Diese Module sind objektiv und individualisiert, je nach den Bedürfnissen der PLIE-Teilnehmer im ersten Gespräch. **Zeit der Umsetzung durch „verbundene Bereitschaftsdienste“**: die PLIE-Teilnehmer haben Zugang zu den Instrumenten und Ressourcen, die ihnen eigenständig zur Verfügung gestellt werden, jedoch unter Anwesenheit und Unterstützung des Beraters – Ausbilder Argos. Diese Zeiten werden für die Umsetzung des geplanten Aktionsplans in zwei Richtungen verwendet: Erstellung eines individuellen digitalen Dossiers und (oder) verstärktes Selbstschulungsprogramm. **Schlussbilanz**: Am Ende der Begleitung wird eine Bestandsaufnahme der digitalen Kompetenzen durchgeführt, insbesondere auf der Grundlage des Cléa-Tests aus dem Job Store. Ein abschließendes Gespräch wird es ermöglichen, die Etappen der Strecke zu formalisieren und einen Überblick über die Umsetzung des Aktionsplans in Übereinstimmung mit dem Reiseleiter PLIE zu geben.
